Jay Guzman Music and Events

You need this musician at your wedding!  Jay performed at our wedding this August and we are so grateful that he did.  Right from the booking process through to his double set performance on our special day the music and atmosphere he created was contagious and this part of our day was everything we hoped for and more.  His charismatic energy was on point, the music was beautiful, we had people complimenting our choice of musician and asking for his details during and since our special day.   Jay had the wedding party and guests across three generations on their feet gathered in the open air, dancing, singing and smiling from ear to ear.  He drew us in together and created the perfect vibe which created flow with a building tempo from our ceremony through to evening dance floor.  He clearly listened to us during our meeting and this gave a real personal touch to his performance.  The emotion and energy that he brought to the songs we had chosen was pure magic.  As music is so important to us we wanted to pre choose all song choices for the entire day, Jay worked with us closely on this providing a wonderful song list for inspiration and even offered to learn a couple of songs that were particularly meaningful to us especially for the occasion.  The acoustic performance was absolutely stunning and added such a magical touch to our day. We genuinely couldn’t recommend him enough, can we do it all again please.  

Jay’s quick response after my inquiry was the first of many positives in working with him.  Getting on his calendar for my son’s rehearsal dinner and contracting with him was seamless.  Prior to the event he was in contact with the bride and groom to get a list of their favorites from his repertoire and even added 2 songs they requested.   The evening of the event, he not only showed up promptly but early!  His music is top notch.  He is an extremely talented musician.  He not only played background music but read and interacted with the crowd appropriately.  Our guests and the happy couple loved him.
