I have worked with Jay Ray's BBQ for several years and done many events with them. Jay and his crew are amazing. The food is absolutely incredible. He is so attentive to making everything run smoothly. I have watched him feed hundreds of people for free just because it's a good cause. He supports local veterans and first responders in need and has provided food for entire fundraisers. He gives back whenever he can. Go with the caterer who supports your local community.

I’ve used Jay 4 times so far and will use his services as long as he offers it. Jay serves the tastiest food with all the trimmings and with the utmost professionalism. I always sing his praises when the opportunity presents itself. AND he offers many more food choices than your standard bbq fare (but his ribs and brisket are outstanding!!). Highly recommended!!

Hi, My name is Jason Ray. Since HS I've gone by the nickname Jay Ray and lucky for me it ended up being a perfect BBQ name too . I've been building fires and crafting my BBQ dishes for around 14 years and have been catering for over 10 years.
