My husband and I both wanted to hire someone who would be truly dedicated to capturing our special day. From day one of reaching out to Jay about his service to meeting him in person, was a very smooth experience. We researched over 10 photographers in the SF Bay Area but there was something special about Jay's quality of work that caught our attention. We knew he was the photographer we wanted to work with once we reviewed his work and interacted with him. He was patient, flexible, accommodating and honest. He's also great at capturing those special moments with his unique talent, and will go out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied. Our final wedding album was impressive and worth every penny! After all the stressful wedding planning and actual wedding day, being able to reminisce on that special day through all of Jay and Peggy's work was delightful and stress-free experience. If you're looking for a reliable photographer that will be dedicated to your special day, look no further, you will not be disappointed.

Jay was recommended to us by our venue and we are so happy that we went with him! Before the wedding, Jay was very accommodating with our schedules and was actually able to meet with us at nighttime (my husband and I both work long hours). Jay was very responsive to phone calls and emails. He provided us with a form which was actually very helpful for both us and him (it really made us think about what wedding shots we wanted and who needed to be where & when). On the day of, Jay and his team were fun to work with -- they were pleasant to talk to, they were prompt, and they were actually very accommodating. For example, my maid of honor wanted us to take certain funny photos which he was able to carry out. His team was also very patient -- we had many amateur photographers who would get in his way but he was so patient, let them take their photos, and then he would take his own. Jay has a great eye for what makes for great photos -- his team actually scouts out the area before the wedding. It was fun working with his team when it came to trying to pose (we were all pretty terrible at it but in the end we got it! and we had fun doing it!). Before the wedding, I thought taking photos would feel awkward, but he made it so enjoyable that it seemed pretty natural and not awkward at all. A bonus that we had no idea about..is that Jay speaks Mandarin - which was super helpful for some of our guests. Overall, we highly highly recommend Jay!
