Janessa was seriously amazing! During my trial she was so patient with me and my husband (yes I brought my husband with me) and really listened to us for ideas or changes. Most oth...
er wedding hairdressers that I have dealt with don’t listen to you and claim they know what they’re doing and you get very little say. Janessa was able to capture my vision exactly and was super easy going about it all! On the day of, she did hair for 9 people, including me, and was so fast but also the hair stayed really well and looked amazing! One of my bridesmaids who has very straight hair—her hair can’t hold a curl—Janessa was able to get her hair to stay curled for HOURS! She did such a fantastic job! My husband would not stop talking about my hair all day long saying it was the best my hair has ever looked and was absolutely perfect! I looked like me, but elevated! I highly recommend working with her!
Janessa works very closely with Janelle Maris (makeup artist) and put me in contact with her. Janelle is a fantastic makeup artist. She doesn’t use airbrush, which I prefer as I have not had good experiences with airbrush in the past, and her makeup really makes a wow-factor! My husband and I both loved my makeup on the day of the trial, but as I thought more about it, I was afraid it might be too dark; so day of I asked her to make a few tweaks and the makeup turned out to be the best I have ever had! My husband would not stop talking about how beautiful I looked and said I really did look the most beautiful on my wedding day! I looked like me, but elevated! I highly recommend working with Jay Beauty with both Janessa and Janelle!

made the morning of a breeze by coming to our bridal suite and was right on schedule. She is also a great price for her service! Highly recommend!!!
My mother and I had our hair done for my wedding . She did an amazing job and got our hair exactly like we imagined it!
Janessa was extremely punctual, professional and kind! She style my hair for my wedding and I could not have been happier with her work! I am normally super picky with my hair, and...
she asked all the right questions to ensure I'd be happy with the end result! My style lasted the entire evening! She managed to smooth out all of my unruly fly aways, while still keeping my updo looking effortless and beautiful! I could not recommend a better hair stylist for your big day!!!
Janessa applied my makeup and styled my hair for my September wedding. My first impression was Janessa is professional, punctual, and creative.

hich was the opposite glam of what I ended up deciding on. We decided on my hairstyle at my trial
She was so patient and flexible.
My wedding day ended up being pretty windy, and at the last minute, we decided on an updo to avoid my hair flying crazy everywhere (half updo is what was planned). She had extra rhinestone pins with her just in case. She saved me.
I would recommend her to any bride, but I would say book early as she is super busy.
