ABSOLUTELY amazing food!!!! Dave helped us from the moment we walked in his door to inquire about catering like we were his friends. He’s very personable and helpful and knows the catering business. The food (we had brisket, pulled pork & chicken, baked beans, Mac n cheese, salad & rolls) was to die for. I was 1000% happy about everything and have not one complaint as a bride. All the guests were extremely happy with the food and couldn’t compliment it enough! Dave was very prompt with his arriva time and meeting the timeline for dinner. He cleaned up after himself and left not one mess for us to deal with (we had to set up and clean up the whole weekend). This is the place to go for some good bbq and just an evening dinner cause he does it all!!! Reasonable pricing too as far as I’m concerned. About $17/person and that included add on appetizers (cheese & sausage). Job well done and my hat off to Dave. Thank you so much!

If you are looking for delicious yet affordable catering I highly recommend veteran owned, Jayell Smoke House. Their barbecue and sauces are delicious and their staff was so wonderful. Mystique, our dog, especially liked taste testing all the meats! Finding a caterer for such a large amount of guests (300+) within our budget proved to be one of the most difficult tasks during our planning. But even with a very reasonable travel fee Jayell Smoke House gave us the best quote by far and was exactly what we were looking for (BBQ). Pro tip: order more brisket than you think you will need, it’s definitely a crowd favorite!!!
