e work of JayLim stood out to me as they had a "light and airy" feel but also cinematic feel which is exactly what I was looking for. Upon my initial inquiry, we were introduced to Tina who met with us twice before booking so that we could iron out details and have all of our questions answered. She was so patient throughout the process and was very thorough. Our main photographer was Hannah who we met about 1 year prior to our wedding for our engagement photoshoot. Hannah's ability to capture scenic views is indescribable and she made both of us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She had a wonderful ability to give positive reinforcement cues when she got the right shots. Leading up to the wedding Tina and the entire staff were so helpful in ironing out the day-of itinerary which led to a seamless day-of wedding. Hannah, John, and Matt were our team for the day and arrived promptly on time and made sure to get every shot necessary. They were very communicative and Hannah kept checking in to make sure they were capturing all of the shots we wanted. We already received our teaser gallery and are so happy with the finished product. JayLim was truly the best to work with and I highly recommend any other couples looking to book them for their wedding needs!

them for any future events! Tina was great at organizing logistics and was always very understanding with our needs and wants. Hannah our photographer from the beginning made our photoshoot very comfortable and fun! She always had us laughing, or maybe we had her laughing? But that made all of our photos so candid which was great. The only thing I would say is that, I gave a sheet of paper before our wedding with shots I would like taken ( I wasn't too specific because I figured photographers know best), but I did care about photos with 3 particular people- grandmas and grandpas... and I am not sure if the photographer received it because my husband and I did not take any photos with our grandmothers. Also, our bridal team complained a little about barely being in any photos (especially after having spent so much to be part of the party, including make up and hair), and I do believe I had added them to the list of photo shots needed. Maybe I should've been more adamant? Other than that, over all excellent studio, professionalism, photos and memories for a lifetime! They sent us teaser photos and they are so beautiful- can't wait to see all the beautiful photos of the most perfect day of my life!

e doing. They arrived exactly at noon as discussed and got right to work. I’m so awkward in front of the camera but they made me feel comfortable and beautiful. We provided a shot list and they made sure to get every single one of them. They were also open and welcomed to last minute additional photos. 10/10 recommend, you will not regret it!
