She has experience organizing major events (1,000+ guests including A-list VIPs with unique logistical and security needs) and when we brought her in to help with our little 200 person Chicago wedding, it was clear we had brought in an absolute pro (I really felt like I was bringing in ‘the big guns’) Jazmine was highly professional, hard working and effective throughout our planning process. She was collaborative and flexible to our customized requests throughout the process, while also being an honest and effective communicator providing guidance when there was something where she has the benefit of experience in knowing potential outcomes or logistical complications you might not have thought of. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Jazmine was our field general and to paraphrase President Eisenhower “Plans are useless, but, planning is indispensable”, she worked with us hand in hand throughout the planning and execution of the wedding and on the day of was flexible to all the last minute surprises, working tirelessly from the moment our day started to seeing the last (and most challenging!) guests home from the venue after we had already left the building. If you want a pro, if you want peace of mind, if you want a well executed wedding from someone you can trust, who is honest, hardworking, smart and kind, then you should be working with Jazmine.

She was dedicated to helping us plan a wedding that really felt true to us, thought of important details we never would have known/considered, and was very thoughtful about keeping us on track and within our budget. The week of, she was organized and always responsive, and on the day itself, she took over communication with vendors, handled the setup and timeline, and organized the takedown, allowing us to fully enjoy and be present in the celebration. We had a few cultural traditions to bring together both sides and she really understood our vision from the first meeting. She also carried tons of books to set up for us at our gift table, which took a huge burden off my parents. My family absolutely loved her! She's kind and personable and has the perfect balance of being detail-orientated and laid back with a positive attitude, should things arise unexpectedly. If you're debating whether it is worth it to hire a day-of coordinator (as we were), it absolutely is worth it, and we can't recommend Jazmine enough!

Hiring Jazmine was the best thing we did throughout our whole wedding planning process! She made everything so much easier, and thought of things we never would have. She was so helpful on the day of too, helping all the vendors get set up and coordinating the flow of the whole day. She is super reasonably priced and super responsive. We can never thank her enough!!

It really helped us stay organized and plan the most fun we could into our wedding day! On the wedding day, Jazmine was an incredible support! She went above and beyond at times to make sure everything ran smoothly and helped us enjoy our day without a single instance of stress. One example was that we ran out of Whiskey for a moment, but Jazmine went out of her way to find a store and purchase more to keep the reception running smoothly. We are very thankful for Jazmine and would recommend her for anyone planning a wedding!

ob, and starting a new one. I’m not going to question my lucky star alignment, but I will question my sanity. To say the least, things were starting to get overwhelming on my end. It hit me 10 days before the wedding (let me repeat that again, 10 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING) that I desperately needed help to get those final details and close loose ends. I sent an email blast on The Knot for “Day-of-Wedding Coordinators” and stood by patiently. Within 15-20minutes, Jazmine answered my email and within the hour we were already video chatting. Meeting and getting to know Jazmine online, I immediately felt the weight fall off my shoulders and just a sigh of relief. She was so ready to dive right in. By the next morning, she already connected with the venue coordinators and our DJ. Jazmine’s support, thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and responsiveness was impeccable! She not only allowed us to enjoy the day, but allowed our families to enjoy the day as well and not have “responsibilities,” which is so hard for us and our families to let go and have someone else take over. I promise you, our families RAVED about Jazmine. They mentioned the venue, Jazmine, food and drinks in that order. Jazmine went over and beyond for us. The day went so smoothly until it was time to go home. When exiting the venue, the street was closed, cars were getting towed, and some of our family members had a little too much to drink. No one could have predicted this. After two canceled Uber rides to get two family members home, Jazmine ended up taking them home. We were so beyond grateful to have had Jazmine at that moment. From coordinating car rides for pictures to checking in on family members we were just amazed each and every time. My cousin was so impressed by her that he even reached out to Jazmine to help friends who are also getting married this year. You would be SO LUCKY and so glad to have Jazmine on your wedding day, she was an absolute dream to work with!!!

We were so lucky to have Jazmine recommend to us and that she was available for our wedding day! Leading up to the day she really made me feel comfortable handing over all the plans I had in place. She was able to flawlessly take on all of my wedding venders info, the itinerary I had put together, and our verbal conversation of what my day looked like in my head / what I would need from her. She brought forth holes she found in my planning and we were able to get those addressed before the big day! Jazmine was able to be present at our rehearsal. She helped setup the room and coached us all through the ceremony. My cousin was officiating our wedding which was new for him. She was a great support system for him to bounce any concerns or nerves he may of had. Our wedding day went off flawlessly! Jazmine was present and engaging every step of the way from our needs, our parents needs, our guest needs, and our venders needs. Both my husband and I were so calm and relaxed on the big day. I can thank Jazmine for this knowing she had everything handled! Our family raved / still are complimenting how awesome and amazing she was. I almost forgot lol I asked Jazmine to be in charge of the butterflies we were having the guest release at the wedding. She didn’t question or bat an eye when I asked if I could have them shipped to her house the night before. She was on top of the tracking info and followed all the care instructions until they were released at our ceremony. I know it was a stressful 24hr for her but she took great care of them and they all were able to be safely released! I truly couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her. I whole heartedly recommend Jazmine for your event coordinator needs. You will love working with her and not regret your decision to have a coordinator by your side!
