For the price the team at JBenzal truly exceeded my expectations with their service and attention to detail in crafting my custom engagement suit. Upon entering the store, I was wa...
rmly greeted by Ben who not only provided impeccable service but also treated me to a delightful espresso and water to-go. They effortlessly translated my vision into reality, capturring every nuance that I struggled to articulate. My overall experience in the store was exceptional, with a fast turnaround time of just 3-4 weeks for my suit to be ready if I remember correctly. Upon returning to collect my suit, I had the pleasure of meeting Christina, whose impeccable taste and valuable styyle advice truly enhanced my experience. Discovering this gem of a store in downtown Indy has made me a loyal customer, and I'm already envisioning my custom wedding suit and outfits for my groomsmen. JBenzal has saved me lots of time, they have undoubtedly become my go-to destination for all my suiting needs.
