Being able to rent all centerpiece decor through her made the process simple and stress free. Julie was spectacular to work with for the upcoming wedding. She gently guided my picky bride to flowers appropriate and in the season for an August wedding. In the months prior to the wedding, she was in communication with us with her designs, asking for our input to personalize and with fair pricing and contracts so there were no surprises. The day of - because it was such a large wedding party and lots of centerpieces and bouquets, she brought in extra hands at no charge just so things would go smoothly. She and her assistant were all smiles and worked quietly and efficiently for her creations to make our event magical - it did. Julie brought to life a dream that I had in ways I never expected were possible. She took my ideas, drawings, and many Pinterest inspiration pictures and made floral arrangements more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. She took our barn reception venue and made it into something out of a fairytale. I have a very simple style and didn't want our wedding to be too flashy or extravagant. When it came time to decide on florals, centerpieces, and ceremony decor, I opted for greenery only--No flowers and no bridal bouquets. I was a little worried about how this would look. I didn't want it to look like I was trying to take the easy way out just to save a bit of money. Julie took my ideas and made them even better. Once I saw Julie's designs on Facebook and had an initial conversation with her- I didn't need to worry anymore from there. She suggested new trendy floral designs and other items that would make our day unique. We ended up creating giant white baloons with greenery on the stems and they were so impactful and gorgeous at the reception. Julie was amazing to work with!! I don't know much about flowers and she helped me choose the perfect setup, and was very knowledgeable! The bouquets were gorgeous and went perfect with all of my colors. The day of she was very organized and helped pass out the corsages and boutonnières to the wedding party! She helped place the guys boutonnieres, and she had vases filled with water for the girls bouquets to keep them looking beautiful. She helped me pick out the centerpieces and I gave her some ideas of what I did and didn't like and I couldn't picture them being anymore perfect. Julie the amazing woman behind J. Blu Design was wonderful to work with and perfectly designed my wedding flowers with the fairy princess feel I wanted. She delivered them altogether in water and secure to last for afternoon pictures, a 430 wedding and the full evening reception for an August 6th wedding date.
