I ended up doing two trials with her, and my mom did one, as we both wanted to feel fully comfortable with our hairstyle choices on wedding day. Kristen was an absolute joy to work with. She is kind, personable, and open to feedback which I so appreciated. She really took the time to listen to my ideas for my wedding day hairstyle, and executed my vision to perfection. Our other day of artist was May, and she was fantastic as well. She helped me find a wonderful place to buy extensions, glam seamless in NYC that matched my color perfectly and helped my curls last all night, my hair is pin straight. We redid our trial. On my wedding day she was on time, so warm and so amazing to each one of my girls, she even squeezed in my niece as she has alopecia and decided last min to not wear her wig. Jessica is wonderful and made us all look and feel amazing, everyone’s hair stayed and looked beautiful, I would recommend her to anyone.

lutely loved the way that Kristen did my bridal updo and got so many compliments on it. Because of covid, I hadn't scheduled a trial, so was a little bit nervous that I wasn't going to get the exact look that I wanted. I had a low, romantic bun with a few loose pieces and it was PERFECT. Kristen made a few adjustments to make sure it was exactly the look that I wanted, and was able to easily incorporate a fancy comb that I had purchased to complete the look. It worked perfectly with my veil, and without it. It was far and away my favorite updo I had ever had. I had a large bridal party (7 bridesmaids), and the JC Hair Design team was very accommodating. Each bridesmaid had a different look, and everyone was really happy with how their turned out. We had updos, half up/half down looks, fancy ponytails, and some with just loose curls. They were very versatile. JC Hair Design was also able to seamlessly coordinate the day of schedule with Beauty on Location. Everything worked perfectly day-of, we were even ahead of schedule! I highly recommend JC Hair Design to any bride/bridesmaid!

I don't often style my hair and she found a way to make it look like a natural, effortless hairstyle which was fitting for the more casual wedding day. n a normal day. She listened and made adjustments. My hair actually held a curl all night and it still looked amazing after being outside all day. She also did my makeup. I usually don’t wear tons of makeup and she made me look very natural while accentuating my features.
