We met with a few photographers before we found 'the one'. Jessica was pleasant, down-to-earth, and didn't pressure us into making an on the spot decision. The quality of her photos is amazing and the quality of the print, canvas, and wedding album we ordered surpassed our expectations. Jessica was very organized fron Day 1. A few weeks before the wedding she gave us a VERY helpful form so we could list all the people we needed photos with. We didn't forget anyone! Her day of the wedding timeline was accurate and allowed for extra travel time so we didn't feel rushed. Jessica and the second photographer did a fantastic job 'mingling in' during our church ceremony and reception. We hardly noticed they were taking photos which was a huge relief and helped us to relax and focus on the day vs. attempting to look good for every picture because my husband and I can get very awkward around the camera. I have and will continue to recommend Jessica to all my friends and family members searching for an incredible photographer. She also has a studio where she shoots infant and family photos. We plan to visit there once we start our family.

Not only is Jess an amazing photographer, but she is also a wonderful, fun, and talented person. Jess was always available to talk whenever we had questions and was always the sweetest person. She is a truly gifted artist. We are so pleased with our engagement and wedding photos. The wedding album you get is unbelievable as well. My husband and I met Jess and loved her vibe and signed a contract almost immediately. Leading up to the wedding we decided to downsize and Jess was great enough to work with some new budget constraints and we found a way to make it work. Jess was great the day of the wedding and not intrusive at all. We absolutely fell in love with our pictures, my husband and myself are not huge fans of being photographed. Jess took pictures in such a way I forgot that she was there! The emotions and moments that she caught in the pictures is beautiful and I could not be happier. Looking at the pictures is like completely reliving the day, even down to how we felt in each moment. =)

We had a large wedding party and several family members for formal pictures. Jess and Kristen were so patient when trying to do group shots (Especially since we had 5 kids under the age of 7). Jess did a terrific job capturing the special moments of our wedding, from pre-ceremony to reception. Jess was by far one of the best choices we made for our wedding vendors. From engagement session to our wedding day we thoroughly enjoy all the photos we had taken. During the wedding day we barely noticed Jess and her assistant and they still captured amazing photos of the day. Overall extremely satisfied with the work Jess does.

Jess was amazing! Everyone commented on how great her low key style was, but she was able to get all the shots and then some. We are so thrilled with how they turned out and our family and friends have not stopped raving about how lucky we are to have found her. I felt like she truly captured our day and has been wonderful to work with. We also got our photos back SO quickly, which was awesome. Jessica from JCrest photography is AMAZING!! My husband and I were married on 5/29/15 in Newport RI. Jess really listened to our needs and our fears about worst case scenarios ie. weather, family members being intrusive, and timing. She made sure we followed our schedule and helped to keep our guests at bay so we could actually enjoy our special day. One of my biggest requests was for the photographer to be unobtrusive and get as many candid's as possible. Jessica went above and beyond, she captured some truly beautiful moments. I called her our photo ninja! An example of her doing more than expected was on the day of the wedding the wedding party took Pedicabs from the hotel to the venue, Jess was running around outside as the cabs pedaled in a circle snapping all of these great shots of us laughing and joking around. She's not afraid to do something different to get you the perfect shot. Besides being truly lovely to work with she took wonderful photos. Our album she made for us is breathtaking and i love that we got to keep the thumb drive with all our photos on it. We had over 400 photos! We have received multiple compliments from our wedding guest about the quality of our photos and the professionalism of our photographer. Jess is very responsive with her clients, we never had to go track her down. she always was very prompt with communication prior to the date of the wedding and she used the allotted time on the day of the wedding so we got the best value out of our investment. Oh and I cant forget to rave about how affordable she is!!!! I truly feel like she is the best value for a wedding photographer in this whole area! I have recommended her to many of my friends and family and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for wedding photographer you can really trust!

Jess is amazing. She is so professional, personable and calm! Three things you'll want during your photos. Our October wedding happened to come with wind and a cold day we didn't anticipate after such a beautiful fall. It created a little chaos for me since I was just freezing! This letter is in reference to the outstanding quality of work and excellent service I received while working with Jess Raimondi, owner of JCrest Photography. Jess shot my wedding in May of 2012, and was not only a very affordable choice for us, she also ensured we has the product we wanted with the vibe we were looking for. I was looking for a photojournalistic approach to my wedding: I had put so much thought into every detail: the cakes, the flowers, the ties on my groomsmen—that it was important to me that the photos tell the story of the aesthetic as much as they captured the big moments—first kiss, first dance, toasts, posed photos with family, etc. Jess was super-easy to work with. She was early to the wedding and was so relaxed: asking me regularly if I needed a hand (it was a very DIY wedding, so I was arranging the flowers, setting up tables and getting dressed on site) and even helping me find filler flowers in the surrounding park area! She just seemed totally willing to do whatever she needed to help me out. She still took photos during this pre-wedding time, capturing me as I cut flowers, greeted some early guests and enjoyed the morning with my friends. Once the event really got moving, she was seamless: I don’t even remember her being in certain places but the photos reflect that she was with me every step of the way. And wow! The pictures are incredible! Our wedding was featured in RI Monthly’s Engaged! Edition for 2013 and even the editors commented on how original and fun our candids were. She was adept at determining which shots might need a little enhancing and which ones worked well on their own or in sepia or black and white. I really enjoyed that she presented us with a host of options when the time came to select prints. She also was really cool about letting us keep our photo gallery open. All in all, she was just so much fun to be around, so helpful and so talented—I would be happy to recommend her services to anyone. Feel free to email me!

Everyone at my wedding complimented my photographer and admired her non-invasive work. I have attended weddings where I felt like the photographer was always asking people to pose, or always seemed to be visible somewhere in the room. Jess at JCrest does not work this way. My guests didn't even realize she was there shooting pictures. In addition, every single request I made of Jess was honored.
