To me, someone that is doing bridal hair and makeup should be hyping the bridal party up. You’re a part of getting ready with all of them, so be excited and be a part of the party. JC fell short of by not conversating with the bridal party, including the bride. They also acted like they didn’t even want to be there which put a little damper on the morning. Nonetheless, they did the job but when paying for a bridal service good customer service and people skills should come with it. I also would not book unless getting ready at their salon. Them coming to you is a hassle.

Alyssa and Hailey were a fantastic duo for hair and makeup! My bridal party and I went to their salon to have hair and makeup done and it was a very cozy, relaxing atmosphere where we were able to bring breakfast and have fun while we were getting ready. Hailey was able to do all different hairstyles on by bridesmaids, some up-dos and some half-up styles, and they all looked beautiful! Alyssa did my hair and makeup, and it was everything I had envisioned! My hair and makeup looked fantastic all day and I am so happy with how it turned out! Alyssa also did the makeup for my bridal party and did a gorgeous job on each girl, even making sure my bridesmaid with sensitive skin had products she was comfortable with using! Thank you both so much for making myself and my bridal party feel beautiful on my wedding day! Overall, we had a wonderful experience with JC’s Hair and Design, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for wedding day hair and makeup!

Alyssa was amazing! I got my bridal hair and makeup done here with 7 of my bridesmaids and the MOB. We had a trial before the wedding and she knew exactly how to help get the right hair and makeup. We had a lot of people to get through in a small time frame and she was able to make it happen. All of our guests complimented my hair and makeup - it was fabulous! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great experience.

We were absolutely obsessed with the job that Alyssa and Haleigh did for bridal & bridesmaid hair and makeup. Alyssa met with me (bride) for a hair and makeup trial well in advance so I knew what to expect for my wedding day. Her intricate hair design was exactly like the picture I showed her. Her airbrush makeup was better than I could've ever imagine - I truly felt like my most beautiful self on my wedding day. Not to mention, it lasted for 12.5 hours! I had 12 people getting hair and makeup and they created a schedule to make sure that everyone had enough time to get ready, do any touch ups, and they did a beautiful job. They cam straight to our "getting ready" location so we didn't have to leave to get ready. They also gave us little touchup bags in case we got shiny or needed a bobby pin or oil wipe. Overall, I was so impressed and so thankful for the beautiful, modern styles they gave us and how stress-free they made the process. Worth every penny to go with JC's for your bridal/bridal party hair and makeup!

Alyssa and Haleigh from J.C.’s hair design did an AMAZING job on the hair for myself, my bridesmaids, and the moms. I got so many compliments on my hair from guests and it stayed in place all night! All of my bridesmaids loved their hair as well and they looked beautiful all night long! I would 100% recommend J.C.’s hair design for any weddings!

Alyssa and her assistant were amazing. Everyone's hair turned out perfect and the vast majority held all day (8:00am-11:30pm)! These girls were fantastic to work with!

I was searching for a hair/makeup team that would travel to my bridal party in our hotel as most of my bridesmaids were from out of town. Alyssa was absolutely incredible from start to finish! She is professional, calming, and kind which made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was so helpful during my hair/makeup trial and was so accommodating with having my mom do a trial run too. Her and her teammate Haleigh were fantastic the day of our wedding and handled my large wedding party in a way that caused me zero stress. I could not be more pleased with how my hair and makeup looked that day and am so thankful that I found Alyssa!

Alyssa and her assistant did a great job on our hair & makeup! They showed up promptly the morning of my wedding & worked diligently to have us all looking our best by picture time. They even left makeup touch-up kits for us.

Alyssa did my bridesmaids' and my makeup for my wedding. She did a fantastic job! I live in Dayton, but my wedding was in Cleveland so it was a little difficult to schedule meetings and trials with vendors. Thankfully Alyssa was one of the vendors who helped the distance be much less stressful for me. Alyssa was flexible and patient with me when we had to change our contract and make a last minute change, I can't even explain how much I appreciated her in that moment. We ended up doing my trial the day before my wedding, which was perfect because then she just changed my makeup a little bit for my rehearsal dinner so I didn't have to worry about it myself and I didnt have the same look two days in a row. I showed Alyssa one picture of what I had in mind and she nailed the look I was going for! All of our makeup looked natural, beautiful, and lasted all day! The last thing I'll add is that J C's Hair Design had the best and most fair prices for makeup in the entire cleveland area and as I was researching them I noticed they also had the best reviews and pictures from their clients. I would absolutely use CJ's again!

Alyssa did a FANTASTIC job on all of our makeup. Everyone looked beautiful and the makeup lasted all day.

Alyssa did my wife's and her maid of honors hair and makeup. They went into her shop and was able to bring food and drinks. She did everything she asked for and even did a last minute change to her hair until she was happy and she had no problem doing that for her. She was very professional and flexible and communicated quickly. I would recommend Alyssa for hair and makeup!

JC Hair Design is a wonderful company all together!  Our wedding was 1-19-19. Alyssa and her crew really know what they are doing!! Alyssa communicated very well during the time leading up to the wedding. She and her two helpers really took their time to make sure we all looked perfect!
