JDS PARTY 2 GO

I just used this company on Sept 28, 2024 for a wedding. Jason sent “one of his assistants” who also brought her young child. Set up was very last minute. No test runs to make sure things worked. I was told there would be 2 set ups one for the ceremony where the officiant would have a mic so guest could hear him… those mics didn’t work that was a fail but my preacher/officiant made do and just talked louder. The music was very low almost unheard and not on queue. One set up for the reception with lights and music (there was no lights) Once the reception took place no music was even playing while myself and the groom was out doing pictures. When we finished and come up for the grand entrance as Mr and Mrs my fifteen year old daughter announced us. The music still very low as the “DJ” was out smoking multiple times leaving her child inside touching all the windows and tapping the mic that was left on. When time approached for cut off we decided not to go another hour at that point where then for the last 30 mins the music become so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. My wedding day was PERFECT but the DJ service was HORRIBLE. I reached out to let Jason know I was unhappy and his only response was if I had an event in the future he would offer 50% off where I kindly responded no thanks I would just have to take it as a loss.
