Jean Ann's helped me find the perfect dress. They were very patient with me and let me try on as many dresses as I needed to find the perfect one. Their seamstress was wonderful an...
d made my dress fit like a glove.
Walked in excised to try on dresses for the first time and immediately regretted it. If you are above a size 14 they likely will only have 2-3 dresses in your size and they are all...
over $1750. They also will just leave you to the area without telling you where the fitting rooms are or anything. They didn’t seem thrilled at all with how many were in my group, it was just my mom and maid of honor with me. It just wasn’t a great experience 😕
So disheartening. I'm a naturally busty but thin woman. When confronted with my large bust the sales associate rudely stated "what am I supposed to do with THOSE?!" Also they would...
not assist me with getting into and out of the dresses and would not allow any of my bridesmaids in the dressing room to assist. Even if I found my dream dress, I would not buy it from there. I left in tears!
I loved my experience at Jean Ann's! Amanda was so helpful when it came to finding me a dress in the style that I wanted and tying me into those tricky corset-back dresses. I was a...
ble to find my dream dress in a clean and friendly facility. Couldn't be happier with the service that I received at Jean Ann's!
I was very happy with my experience overall. Some of the staff was a little snotty for lack of a better word, but they worked with me until I found the dress of my dreams. They ha...
ve a good variety of bridal gowns to choose from. Bridesmaids dresses.. not so much. The lady who does their alterations is amazing. I had lost weight and wanted some extra fabric added to my dress. She did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.
Although I have to say that they had a very nice selection of bridal gowns, they sure weren't very helpful to my daughter, and took very little interest in her. I would say that if...
your primary business is catering to brides for one of the happiest times in their life, then perhaps you could express a little happiness for her and be a tad more helpful, or find another line of business. Even though the sale prices on some of the dresses were way below our budget, I would prefer to go elsewhere and spend more just to have a salesperson who genuinely seemed to want to help someone find the gown of their dreams.
Jean Ann's has a pretty good selection of wedding dresses and I absolutely loved the wedding dress I bought but after I bought the dress they were terrible with their service we as...
ked multiple times for help picking out jewelry and nobody would help us even though they had multiple people standing around doing nothing!! I actually ended up going to another bridal shop (Chantilly lace) for jewelry and I wish I had bought my dress there because they were much nicer and way more helpful!
Jean Ann's was where I found and fell in love with my wedding dress. They were also who we rented our tux's from. They did a great job and were super helpful when I needed anything...
. Also bought my shoes and veil from there.
My dress was absolutely beautiful and my dream dress. I loved it, and they have better designers than anyone around. However, they're very rude and try to force you to buy things y...
ou don't want. The seamstress is awesome too, but the ladies that work there can be very pushy
It's great! This shop is located in an older 2-story house and every room is filled to the brim with dresses and shoes! They have a wide range of sizes and styles, you'd have to tr...
avel hours away to get such a selection elsewhere. Also, the staff is very eager to help. I was thrilled with my dress and very happy to have come across this shop to get it at.
Just what the bride wanted, looked beautiful, simple and elegant. Many, many raves on the dress.
The help was wonderful, but they were very pricey for the area and definitely a little pushy. There was a dress there that I fell in love with, but it was more than our budget.
