n very quickly to get fitted by store manager Bianca. Bianca is such a kind and gentle lady. She gave me ideas on how to choose my veil and it looks stunning. I said yes to the dress!!!! This was the best experience I’ve ever had and I truly recommend this lovely boutique for all the ladies who want to be one of a kind bride!!

nd new" wedding gown with a stain on it that Jeannine claimed she couldn't see. She sent it to the cleaners to remove the stain and said it would be back in one month, after two months she let me know the dress still hadn't been cleaned. She said since my wedding date wasn't near, my dress was not her priority. Jeannine then told me she is not the owner when her name is on the building. This woman is immature, unprofessional, and rude.

the first dress I tried on, so I got shoes, a fur jacket and my dress all right at our budget. I looked absolutely fabulous for my big day! You can't beat the exceptional service provided by Jeannine and the woman who did the alterations!

rench point. When I got the dress home I didn't see the French point and was upset because we paid $120. After the wedding we went back to the shop and she said oh well you were supposed to the it up. Nobody ever explained this to me or should me in a second fitting. They are way over priced and have terrible customer service. If I could give less then one star I would.

to our appointment - her first lie. We were actually about 10 minutes early and waited in the parking lot until my appointment time, when we walked in the door. Her second lie was that she offered to reschedule my appointment and apologized. When we walked in, Jeannine ignored me for at least 5-10 minutes, after which I finally got the opportunity to tell her that I was there for my appointment. She did not at any time look at or pull any dresses for me. Instead, Jeannine simply told me to go look through the stock on my own. My family and I pulled 6 dresses on our own while Jeannine was MIA. After I managed to get myself into a dress, Jeannine saw me and made a very disparaging comment about both my appearance and my (conservative) desires for a dress. She then proceeded to ignore us until we walked out, when she called after me that she would beat the price of any other bridal shop. Now for the third lie in her post: That I falsely accused her of claiming that I stole her intellectual property. I sincerely wish that I could post a screenshot of her message to me in this review, but since I cannot, I shall simply quote her Facebook message to me: "Hey Jamie, I think this content is my intellectual property, and it can't be used without my permission. Could you please message me back about this or take it down?" There was an unavailable attachment, so I responded with "What content are you talking about?" Jeannine then wrote back "Why such a horrible review? . . ." then proceeded to continue with some of the lies that appear in her response to my original review, but it appears that she has since had time to come up with additional lies. On to the fourth lie: she claims that I say that the 2017 collection of dresses are frayed and have a brown substance on them. Firstly, I did not say that any dresses were frayed, and second, I did not specifically mention the 2017 collection - I would have had to have her assistance to even identify such dresses, which I most certainly did not. However, the dresses that I spoke about were definitely stained with a brown substance, whichever collection they were from. Given the experience that I had, Jeannine's ridiculous claim that I stole her intellectual property, and now posting lies about me online require me to warn anyone who may be planning to visit this place of business. I also caution Jeannine against publishing lies about other people and direct her to Florida's defamation laws before doing so again.

to look around and ended up making an appointment with Jeannine. She was wonderful. She took a lot of time with me and was very interested in my needs. I found what I wanted and also felt I wasn't pressured and also spent a lot less money than I would have at other shops. I have two friends getting married within the next year and have already told them about Jeannine. Thank you very much Jeannine for making this a great experience. I really appreciate it.

e was also able to find us the same dress at a much better price. We originally didnt want to drive out to Cape Coral but we are soo glad we did. I recommend you stop in to see her before you buy.

My mom, sister, a friend, and I had to pull all dresses ourselves (about half of which were ripped, frayed, or smeared with a brown substance), set up a dressing room ourselves, and I had to attempt to try on the dresses without any assistance. I managed to get myself part way into one dress out of the 6 we had pulled and my entourage helped me hold it up. We had to contend with the manager's grandson sitting on the (terrible looking) "pedestal" throwing a toy while we were trying to look at the dress. The manager eventually came over, made a very rude and derogatory comment to me and walked away. If that was the attitude we got while searching for a dress, I can only imagine how poor the service would be after she had my money. I could never recommend this store in good conscience. I posted the above review on the Jeannine's Bridal Facebook page and was contacted almost immediately by the page manager, accusing me of stealing her intellectual property (a completely fallacious and unfounded accusation with no basis in law or fact, and one which I assume to be an intimidation tactic). When I countered her about it, she admitted that she made that claim because of the "horrible review". I am now blocked from reviewing her page on Facebook.
