We had our wedding on a family friend's farm, so we were looking to rent a tent, tables, chairs, etc. Jefferson Rentals was fantastic to work with. They were very responsive and quick to share information and answer questions. We ended up renting a restroom trailer, sound system, generators, fans, lights, and linens from them as well. They have a showroom you can visit to see some of the rental items in person before choosing what you want. And they walk you through different layout options based on your guest count. They deliver the tent a few days early and pick it up a day or two after the event, so there's plenty of time to set up and clean up. They were easy to communicate with, and everything we rented was high quality. I'd recommend them if you're looking for event rentals!

The delivery and set up couldn't have been better, especially because we were having the wedding on a private farm, so not a typical setup. We managed to pull off a beautiful wedding in the midst of a hurricane and our prayers were answered with sunshine on the big day. The 40x80 high peak tent, bistro lights, chairs, tables, linens & wine barrels were delivered as promised even after I changed my order multiple times. Thank you for your incredible patience and understanding throughout the process.
Communication with your team was excellent-whether I called or texted, I always received prompt responses. Ordering the side walls at the last minute proved to be a wise decision, helping to keep the rain out until the wedding day. Fortunately, the rain cooperated the day of, and we were able to remove most of them.
Thank you, Jefferson Rental, for contributing to a perfect day! The bride and groom also enjoyed their thank-you gift, what a nice touch.

about what I would need, and offered fantastic suggestions (without pushing unneeded items). Last minute, we needed to pivot due to weather, and she was my saving grace! The whole team is so on-point, and provides the best customer experience!
But wait, there's more! The delivery/pick-up crew (Willie, Tony, Christian, Isais F. and Mauro) was perfection! The team was so communicative on arrival time, set up was very quick, and they checked along the way to ensure it was exactly as I envisioned it.
Pricing was extremely reasonable, as well as terms of contract. I will only be using them for my rental needs moving forward! They are too fantastic to even consider anyone else!

ommunicative and welcoming when we went to see the show room and continued to communicate with us and answer all of our questions leading up to our wedding, during the wedding, and after. The tent set up was literally flawless. There was an issue with the sound system and they showed up on the day of our wedding to replace the speaker and microphone and refunded us for a wobbly table.
The tear-down crew was professional and extremely skilled. Thank you Luis, Roger, Oscar, Rosy & Juan!

hings several times but Tori was always there and prompt in giving us quote after quote. We didn’t notice when signing the contract but they also included 2 free trash cans which was amazing because we would have forgotten otherwise. Highly recommend!

I had a similar experience - they were in and out of our venue very, very, quickly with all of our chairs and cocktail tables. I didn't like our venue's tables, and Jefferson's chair rental costs were very affordable compared to chair covers or chiavari chairs.
Definitely worth booking again on price and ease of set up.
