sistant were there for us with anything we needed. The communication was always quick and effective and our guests can’t stop raving about how gorgeous and well kept everything was

ur day a stress-free, memorable and joyful celebration. Most of the credit, of course, goes to our Event Designer, Shai, who went above and beyond, to ensure that all went smoothly until the very end, especially catering to us throughout the evening. Her warmth and enthusiasm were evident from the first time we met her. She was always available to answer any questions and very accommodating in making changes throughout the process, from menu to timeline to last minute guest changes. Many of our guests also remarked to us how friendly and solicitous the JAM staff were to all of them. We received many compliments about the venue, as well, the beautiful grounds and charming barn were a perfect location for our reception. Our guests appreciated the Refreshment Table that greeted them on that hot Saturday with cool, refreshing waters. They are still raving about the delicious hors d’oeuvres, the elaborate Harvest Table and, of course, the delectable entrees. Many shared that our wedding cake was the best that they’ve ever had because it tasted homemade. We already knew how delicious the food would be, since we had attended a private tasting, which we would highly recommend. Definitely, we would 100% recommend JAM!

s, and every dish exceeded our expectations. It made us even more excited for our wedding day knowing our guests will get to enjoy such amazing food. We can't wait to celebrate with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer!

ose from, and we had a number of people tell us that even our vegan option was truly delicious. I also appreciate that they were really attentive to dietary restrictions (we had a bunch of them for friends and family) and they came up with solutions for everyone. I would recommend JAM for catering. My only advice to couples would be that some of the options that we tried at the tasting (which were all so good) were technically upgrades and yet this was not clearly communicated during the tasting— so when it came time to decide on the menu a few items that we thought were included in our package were not. This ended up being no problem at all (their standard options are truly so delicious) but just something to keep in mind. All of the staff were really lovely, and so much thought and time is put into this food. Would recommend!

with the planning process and was great on the wedding day. However, dont be surprised if many choices are an upgrade and incur extra costs. Overall loved our venue and would choose them again!

we had a wonderful day. The event staff were friendly, polite, helpful and truly a pleasure to work with.

as so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process, and ran a truly seamless day. They are true professionals at their craft. We highly recommend going with JAM for your wedding!! Also the food was spectacular, SO many guests reached out to us after the wedding to mention it specifically!

d, and they made everything so easy for us. Thanks, JAM!

catering was TO DIE FOR! We have gotten so many compliments from our guests about the amazing food quality and portions. The planning crew were absolutely fabulous and make the whole process such a breeze. Huge thanks to the JAM family for making our wedding day dreams come true.

as perfect. She was very informative and helpful through out the planning process. On the day of our wedding, Joan and her assistant Doris made sure we had everything we needed and the entire day was stress free. Anytime myself, my husband, and even our parents needed something they were right there to help whether it was a new drink or bringing me my jacket because I was cold- seriously!!! The staff of JAM were incredibly professional and not to mention the food and drinks were DELICIOUS. I read many reviews before booking JAM / Tyler Arboretum and they all said just what I’m saying. You will not regret getting married at a JAM venue. They take care of you like you are family and you can tell everyone truly loves their job. If anything went wrong on my wedding day, I never even knew about it. We can not say enough good things about this company!

absolutely perfect. There were multiple ceremony locations which was great for us due to our wedding taking place in October. Our ceremony took place in the Secret Garden and it was a dream. Our reception in The Meeting House was stunning and the perfect size for our intimate wedding. The food was incredible and guests that I spoke to say the same. The entire J.A.M staff made us feel like VIPs and the wedding process from first deposit until we left on wedding day, was perfectly executed. If you're looking for a scenic, budget friendly, great food wedding venue - Waterloo Village with J.A.M is your wedding dream location. I've already told my husband, God willing, we will renew our vows here <3

ailable. The staff was very easy to work with. Set up and clean up was a breeze. The night just felt magical and I did not have a care in the world. If you are considering Waterloo JAM - just book it!

with an incredible selection of appetizers that were as beautifully presented as they were delicious. Dinner was equally outstanding. The Tuscan stuffed chicken was flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned, while the steak in its rich brown butter sauce was simply unforgettable. The fresh vegetables were vibrant and cooked to perfection, and the mashed potatoes… absolutely the most amazing I’ve ever tasted—creamy, buttery, and impossible to stop eating. Every course demonstrated such care, creativity, and attention to detail. This venue didn’t just serve a meal; they created a dining experience that elevated the entire celebration. Truly outstanding in every way. It’s been a month and our guests are still mentioning how delicious everything was! Now we need someone to get married with them and invite us so we can enjoy it at a slower pace, as you know all weddings go way too fast! And this one was the wedding of our dreams for so many reasons, but the food was an incredible part!

y (it was a little chilly if you plan on getting ready up there). We had an intimate reception that was all in the mansion following the Mass. From our original tour with Madeline Saber to our planning process and wedding day with our planner, Jenna Greenlee, we have nothing but the best to say about the venue and their team. Jenna was a pleasure to work with as she was responsive and informative throughout the whole process! The food was spectacular at the tasting and at the actual event. The service was top notch and it was evident that they did everything in their power to make sure you had the best day! I highly recommend them! Bellevue Hall was such a beautiful venue!

Karen was so easy and lovely to work with in the entire process. I would highly recommend using JAM to host your event and one of their beautiful locations!

ion felt inconsistent and very corporate. We did not feel like valued customers, rather like we were just the next ones on the assembly line. Our food the day of received excellent reviews, however getting to that point proved to be a challenge. We did not receive our final menu until the week of our wedding, with the same excuses given each time we asked for them. The venue (the Racquet Club of Philadelphia) had a logistical hiccup and the back and forth between JAM and the venue, to us left much to be desired. Once we got to the venue, all was straightened out - but not by JAM. We had an amazing day of, but getting there was more frustrating than necessary. We would recommend them overall, but know that the road to the wedding might not feel as smooth as you'd like it to be.

! The food was absolutely delicious, and the venue was so beautiful that our guests couldn't stop talking about it! A special shoutout to Sam who was incredibly responsive and always there to help with anything we needed during the wedding planning process. He brought our vision to life and we can't thank him enough for it! On the wedding day, Sam handled every single task so efficiently, running around and managing everything despite the 90 degree heat. All our guests were raving about the service they received and that speaks to the effort that the JAM staff put into executing that day. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect and we so appreciate them for it! The food was delicious, the venue was absolutely beautiful, and the JAM staff was phenomenal - it was quite possibly the best day of our lives! We are so incredibly grateful to Sam and the JAM staff for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more.

on everything they promise. Dorothy and Bonnie, our coordinators and initial contacts were kind and helpful at every turn. Wish we could do it again, and we would do it all the same!

ed to book our wedding with JAM for three main reasons: 1. Tyler Arboretum is a gorgeous venue, and includes a variety of beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from for your ceremony and reception. 2. We appreciated that JAM’s model is full-service (meaning packages include the space, the bar, food, tables, chairs, linens, silverware, the staff, etc.), as it lessened the burden of having to book and coordinate a ton of different vendors. 3. We liked their menu offerings, and had heard positive things about the food from other online reviews. (We were unable to try the food prior to booking with them, but were pleased with the quality when we eventually had our tasting). About five months prior to our wedding, we were paired with our Event Designer, Joan, who helped us plan all of the details of the day, including the menu, floor plan, timeline, etc. Joan and her team at Tyler were so kind and professional, and were lovely to work with leading up to and on the big day. Even though it rained on our wedding day, everything ran smoothly and was absolutely stunning! We got so many compliments from our guests on the food, the venue, and the flow of the evening. We are incredibly grateful for the part JAM played in making our wedding so special!

not dry at all, I'm impressed." Loved that sea bass was an option, you rarely see that on a wedding menu!

not recommend them enough.

fessional, and kind. As a couple, we did the group tasting at Aldie – it was great to sample how the food would taste when prepared for a large group. We also did the private tasting in Philly with family which was excellent and a fun experience for the group. The quality of the food, drink, and cake was outstanding – we still have guests rave to this day that our wedding cake was the best they've ever had. We also worked with Buttercup, the JAM-associated florist. Darlene translated my ideas into reality even better than I had envisioned; I loved working with her. From the rehearsal through the after party, we had the wedding of our dreams at Aldie. I highly recommend JAM to anyone seeking a streamlined, professionally-run wedding experience.

levue has the mansion with the bridal suite because it added a more memorable space to have the cocktail hour. Guests loved the food at cocktail hour!

so on top of everything, so much so that an anxious person like myself never had to worry! Our tasting was amazing and the food on our wedding day was just as good. We are still receiving compliments and messages about how delicious everything was and how nice all of the staff were.

s a dream. Every one of my guests has said it's the best wedding food they've ever had. Michele went above and beyond to make sure that the details were executed perfectly, and made us both feel really confident and relaxed that the day would go off without a hitch. We had rain the whole day leading up to the ceremony, and when it stopped right before guests began arriving the team was able to pivot and reset everything for an outdoor ceremony. Also part of the reason we picked them was because of their extensive vegan food selections. If this is something you're looking for, definitely go with JAM. In terms of timeline, we booked our venue about a year and a half in advance, but didn't really start meeting with anyone from the team/booking tastings etc until about 6 months out. Only thing I was not happy with was going through their floral division (which is not required). We felt that communication was poor throughout the process, and while our florals turned out beautiful, they weren't what we asked for. The color palette wasn't what we had discussed, and there were a ton of one type of flower in all the bouquets that I personally really dislike. I ended up cutting a few out prior to the ceremony...again, they were still very pretty but not what we had discussed in the multiple conversations leading up to the big day, so I'm still unsure what got lost in translation. That aside, so so happy we went with JAM and would recommend them to anyone!

g day! Early on, the process seemed a little dicey because our main wedding contact was leaving the company, and we didn’t get a lot of clear communication until a few months out when we got assigned our “day-of” coordinator. We were signed Alexis, and I cannot give her enough praise for how amazing she was! Alexis was amazing, and very prompt in answering all of our emails and addressing any concerns (such as the flower pots not looking well kept the week before our wedding- she was right on getting the landscaping people to fix them up!). The day-of, she was easy to find and handled everything! There were a lot of food choices through JAM, and we got compliments about all of it! My only complaint is wishing they had more variety at the group tasting for each season. We did purchase the Tomahawk steak station as an add-on, and our guests continue to rave about it. I also have to give a massive shout out to the JAM staff that was present on our wedding day. Every single person was so nice and really did their best to make the day amazing for us; everyone was amazing. Our guests went out of their way to tell us how amazing the serving staff and bartenders were. Overall- they are truly who made our wedding day run so smoothly. Overall, JAM was fantastic to work with, and I would 10/10 recommend working with them!

aking our day special. The menu options are creative and delicious, and the tasting blew us away. Their experience and professionalism have made the planning process feel easy and exciting—we feel like we’re in great hands. We can’t wait to see it all come together on our big day!

in addition to great food and service!

een excellent! Pricing has been very fair for what you get!

ons. We were a big fan of the creativity with the BBQ in a jar. The tomahawk steak was another fan favorite. We can’t wait for our upcoming wedding and feel confident that our guests will have nothing but good things to say about the food.

was nearly impossible to decide wat to serve at our wedding. Not only is the food great, but the service is also stellar. They have amazing planning packages and other amenities that make planning our special day so much less stressful. My fiancé and I could not be more grateful to JAM catering for all they have done to make our wedding amazing.

had an exclusive contract with JAM, this was nice for convenience - they showed me the venue, set me up with a planner, and completed all the catering and set up of decor. The tasting we attended was a group tasting. None of the food we tasted was the same as the food we ended up with at our wedding, it was more of an event for JAM to sell you on their various upgrades. However, the food was great the day of, so I have no real complaints! The planner we were assigned was not the most helpful. They conveyed all the necessary information but did not make the process particularly easy considering we paid $1,000 extra for the premium planning package. There were miscommunications regarding invoicing, several planning steps that were completed late and rushed, and the planner did not inform us they were leaving the wedding 2 hours before it ended, causing a lot of confusion on our part. The wait staff and day of coordinators were great, and they really made up for our sub par planner. Overall, JAM was okay to work with. If I could give myself some advice a year ago I would have gotten a lot more clarification from them prior to the wedding, and I probably would have hired an outside planner instead of “upgrading” with an in house planner.

till elegant and well-managed, and I found that so quickly with JAM and ASHM. The space is beautiful, historic, and unique, not to mention conveniently located for Philadelphians! I also really value the venue's commitment to preserving the building as a piece of Pennsylvania history and JAM's dedication to sustainability and ethical practices in an industry that often feels so wasteful. Overall, I couldn't recommend them more!

tasting at the end of December. Wow, what a fun experience! The tasting was held at one of JAM's beautiful venues, Aldie Mansion. You started by getting your welcome packet and were warmly greeted by multiple staff members. From there, you were free to mill about the "cocktail hour." There were multiples rooms of both food and drink. We were instructed to try anything we'd like! The cocktail hour included a pasta station, barbecue in a jar, a meat carving station, hanging pretzels, and a harvest table, just to name a few of the foods. Everything was extremely fresh and delicious. Pre-poured signature cocktails were available, and they were both visually beautiful and tasty. After cocktail hour, we made our way to our table with other JAM couples. It was fun to listen to everyone else's wedding plans and try all of the courses together. Salad, bread, chicken, meat, fish, vegetarian, and dessert. We were so excited to try our wedding menu, and we must say, it did not disappoint. The ingredients were so fresh, and while we didn't get to try every single dish on our specific menu, the options were plentiful. We were able to try 6 different cakes, yum! In addition, there were other dessert stations that could be added to your big day! As a sweet treat lover myself, I was in heaven. Throughout the whole process, JAM staff members were checking in and asking questions and made us all feel comfortable. The evening ended with a small JAM favor! It is safe to say we are very excited to be working with Jeffrey A Miller catering.

sample and plate was delicious, it was one of the most foody experiences of my life. I felt like royalty. If our wedding will be anything like the food tasting event I know our guests will have an experience they never forget at Curtis's venue and amazing farm fresh food.

tor, but after signing contracts, we were informed that someone else would handle this role. While we voiced concerns, we were assured that the coordinator had extensive experience with our venue and would be fully briefed on all details. When the bridesmaids and I arrived we expected the groom and groomsmen to already be in their suite, however no one was there to greet or assist them in getting to the room. This oversight led to my husband and I seeing each other the moment I arrived, ruining our first look. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had to call the coordinator myself to inform her that we were waiting to be taken to our suites. Our photographers, who were unfamiliar with the venue, were given no guidance whatsoever. The bridal party also received no direction and when they approached the coordinator for assistance, she dismissively told them, “You’re supposed to coordinate with the photographers, not us.” The bouquets were missing from the bridal suite and instead of addressing this properly, the coordinator blamed a groomsman, dragged the boxed flowers into the suite, and left me to unpack and distribute them. Despite prior discussions with the planner, the promised day-of rehearsal never occurred. When questioned, the coordinator claimed we had decided against it, though I have emails detailing our plans. Adding to the chaos, family portraits were delayed because staff refused to let family members in until 5:30, despise having confirmed 5:00 with the coordinator over email two days prior. As a result, we missed the entirety of our cocktail hour to make up the photos. For the ceremony, reserved first row seats weren’t marked as requested. This forced family members to have to awkwardly ask guests to move. The coordinator began the processional without checking if I was ready. I was still in the bridal suite, trying to calm down from the mounting issues. My bridal party had to intervene. Guests wandered aimlessly until the bridal party stepped in to help direct them to the cocktail hour location. After rushing through our delayed family photos, my husband and I sat down for our “private moment” to eat some of our cold appetizers. It was then that the coordinator interrupted us to discuss an issue about the decor. The location for our first dance was changed without notifying the DJ, leaving the bridal party to redirect him. During dinner, a bridesmaid had to turn on all the centerpiece lights and fix decorations. The card box was forgotten, I had to request a staff member to bring it to the correct location after guests asked where to put their cards. The bridal party felt abandoned throughout the day, describing the coordinator as rude and dismissive. When we reached out about our experience, I mistakenly received an email from the owner intended for someone else. It implied that the coordinator wasn’t trusted to handle her job properly. I have a screenshot of this but my review was disputed because of it. We were also told that we could have paid for an “enhanced package” for more coordination. So in going with the basic package, our wedding wasn’t treated as a priority. While we received small refunds, the lack of accountability and dismissive response left us feeling brushed aside and without proper closure.

heir delicious foods. Their staff so far has been great to work with and has answered all of our questions in a way that has reassured us that we made the right choice choosing them.

ot only us, but also our family throughout the evening. Monika was incredible throughout our entire planning process. The food was great and service was top-notch. The grounds and mansion were decorated perfectly for Christmas and very well maintained. We absolutely recommend JAM, especially at Aldie Mansion.

planner and she was so amazing. Incredibly organized, very thorough and communicative with us leading up to the day. The food was also SO good! We still get compliments from our guests on how good the food was. Especially the cake - people are still talking about it. We truly wouldn’t have changed anything about our day and JAM and their team was a huge part of making it so special for us!

our needs and preferences. From the start, they've been professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our wedding day perfect. We're confident their food and service will exceed our expectations and make the event truly memorable!
