Jen House Design was amazing to work with! Their communication is great and they spent a lot of time on our meetings to go through details to make sure everything was perfect! We got so many compliments on our florals and it was better than expected. They are the best!!

Jen House Design was great to work with. They took my inspiration pictures and made the florals even better than I could have imagined. They took notes on what florals I liked, what colors I preferred and accommodated an allergy. I wanted peonies and we were trying to see if they would be in season and since this winter was cooler they were not, they offered suggestions of what they think would be a good substitute and it turned out perfect. They were very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. The staff members who moved our arrangements and helped clean up at the end of the night was also great. I would highly recommend Jen house design.

I hired Jen house design for my wedding and they blew my mind when I saw everything come together in person - it's hard to put into words, the flowers were insanely gorgeous! The planning process with Jen & Kendall was seamless, they were communicative and I loved how they always responded with the timing you can expect to hear back, based on your wedding date. My mom and I had a few planning calls with them and they were so accommodating - worked with us to make necessary adjustments and love that they had an inspiration board for us to continue looking back on. JHD - Thank you for making my wedding venue absolutely stunning with your florals - it was a magical day that I will never forget.

JenHouse Design is amazing and so knowledgable!!! I booked them about 11 months ahead of time and had 4-5 meetings with them. The first meeting was with Jen and every time after that was with Kendall and both are so great!! They were prepared, professional, and guided me through their entire process. They were also so positive, authentic and excited during every meeting, which made us more excited! They asked a lot of questions to understand my vision, asked to see my pinterest board, wanted to get to know me/etc. to fully understand our wedding as a whole - beyond just the florals! We got married at The Colony Club and right away JHD knew their table sizes, the vendor drop off rules, the staff at the venue, etc. This was beyond helpful! They also gave me suggestions on other vendors to use and gave me so much general wedding-planning tips here and there throughout each meeting! They are extremely knowledgable and want to truly help you - they are not transactional at all!

Stunning! Use them! They spent so much time with me trying to understand my vision and I was blown away with the results.

Flowers were beautiful. Table arrangements, bouquets and boutonnieres were fabulous. Easy to work with.

We hired JHD for our wedding on 4/29/23. We had booked our florist last and had only a couple months to plan everything with JHD. Despite the time crunch, JHD took the time to explain all of our options, were extremely polite and professional, and delivered the most amazing floral arrangements. Kendall delivered the flowers & set everything up on the wedding day which was so nice & put my mind at ease. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. I am still receiving compliments from our wedding guests on how gorgeous our flowers were. I would hire them in an instant!

Jen House Design was a dream to work with for our winter wedding! They were so friendly and helpful through zoom meetings and their vision board for the day of was executed perfectly. They were so accommodating the day of and delivered our bouquets and boutonnières directly to our hotel room. I highly recommend them for any event.

We are so happy we chose Jen House Design to manage our floral and design for our wedding. Jen and Kendall were so knowledgeable, organized, professional and had great advice and opinions our design. We didn’t have very specific ideas in mind for our designs, just vague concepts (which I’m sure made us great clients ;)) and they were really helpful in asking the right questions and leading us towards decisions, giving just the right amount of stylistic advice while not being pushy. I also felt very comfortable with them. They were super responsive the entire process, having regular check-ins and giving us checklists / things to finish on our own. Design/ florals is one of the few parts of the wedding we weren’t stressed about it all. Finally, the actual execution was unbelievable. I was shocked at how amazing the room looked and got so many compliments. It was absolutely breathtaking and they fulfilled everything we were looking for and more! Highly recommend.

They made so many helpful suggestions that we never would have though of that saved us money (like repurposing our ceremony arch florals on the head table for dinner) and patiently answered all our questions. I found Jen House Design through a, probably not so random, Instagram ad of before I was engaged. After I was engaged, I reached out to a large handful of florists, including JHD, to get pricing and offerings. JHD was the obvious choice based on their work, pricing and overall excellent customer service. We worked with Kendall and she helped to bring the vision for our wedding day to life while making recommendations to stay within budget. I never felt like I was being sold on anything or that I was paying over price. She was happy to answer any questions via email and set up multiple meetings to talk through the details. We had a disco ball installation over the dance floor and she worked directly with that vendor to coordinate the greenery that would be included. Lastly, the bouquets were beyond beautiful and more than I could have imagined. All of the floral and greenery for the wedding was absolutely perfect and at a price that was reasonable. I can't give their work enough praise and highly recommend anyone to work with them!

Jen and Kendall were super helpful answering all my questions and working with my budget. I don't know much about florals but they took my rough ideas and turned them into gorgeous arrangements and bouquets for my wedding day! They rearranged centerpiece candles when we reduced our table numbers and it made our head table look beautiful! Great communication throughout the process and loved the running cost template so you can see a visual of each element's cost.

Jen House was perfect for our wedding and we are so happy we went with them!! The flowers were beyond beautiful and somehow they took my vague vision and turned it into a perfect reality! I am so excited for the pictures to come back from the photographer!! :) Not only were the flowers beautiful but Kendall, Jen, and Olivia were so flexible and easy to work with. We went from a wedding with 100 guests to a wedding with 7 because of Covid and they really worked with us to help us get the best flowers for a smaller venue! We also had to change locations and had to pick up the flowers the day before and they met with us to show us how to keep them looking fresh all weekend! Jen House Design is THE go to for weddings around the Detroit area. I am so pleased with how smooth and stress free they made planning. They flowers, not only for my wedding but for my rehearsal dinner, were perfect. We had done large florals as well as short florals and candles throughout the reception area and they were exactly how I imagined / but even better! My bouquet as well as the bridal party bouquet and the boutonnière s were also amazing. They also were able to save some flowers for the day after brunch that we had at the venue as well. They were so professional and friendly through out the whole planning process. Jen House also did my stationary ( wedding programs, menu, welcome sign, name tags). They were so great and able to change last minute things even the week of the wedding which helped make everything less stressful. I am so thankful for this team and would recommend them to anyone. I received soooo many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. I cannot wait to receive my pictures so I can see all the beautiful floral designs again :)

This review is long overdue but hiring Jen House Design for florals and day of coordination was definitely one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. We got Married in June 2021 but were set to wed in September 2020 and postponed due to the pandemic. I started working with Jen, Kendall and Olivia in April of 2018. As many of you know, planning a wedding during a pandemic was pretty stressful and I am not sure I would have been Able to do it without these ladies. They eased my anxiety, kept me organized, and helped me the entire way through the process. They are truly professionals and masters of their craft. They are so personable, fun, easy to work with and I honestly enjoyed and looked forward to all the meetings. Nothing seemed like work to me when I was working with them! Not only are they incredible at design, coordination and event planning, their florals are incredible. I almost passed out when I saw my bouquet the morning of the wedding. They exceeded my expectations and everything was so magical and beautiful. My florals had a great mix of traditional and modern. They listened to what I wanted, but put their own spin and magic touches on it which I loved. I never once had to question my decision to hire them because once you see their work, you will instantly trust them! You will not regret working with Jen, Kendall and Olivia!

Alright everyone. You better SPRINT to hire JHD and team for florals and event coordination. Jen and Kendall are obscenely talented-- I literally GASPED when I walked into the ceremony space and saw our center pieces. I asked for a huge bouquet and they DELIVERED-- she was thick, heavy, huge gorgeous florals. I was just trying to soak up all the flowers because I couldn't believe I had to get on a plane the next day and leave them behind. It was truly stunning. They were incredibly supportive and sweet over the course of planning our wedding and having to postpone. I know for a fact they were working insane hours in fall 2021 with all the re-booked weddings--I never heard a whisper of a complaint. They treated every event like it was their Super Bowl, and it did not go unnoticed. They worked their butts off to make our day so so so dreamy. I need them to know just how much their hard work made our day incredible!! Now--for the coordination. We hired Best Day Ever, the planning and coordination services through JHD, and Olivia Ballow. You guys--Olivia was my rock. She is so supremely organized, professional, ready to help. She made the entire day run like clockwork. I wiped out in my ballgown and broke part of my dress before the ceremony (true story), Olivia had needle, thread, tissues, and champagne with a straw while we sewed up the near-disaster. Leading up to the wedding she was so knowledgeable and helpful, she has everything down to a science. Not to mention she is just an incredibly lovely person. Every one of my family members was singing her praises the day after the wedding--they couldn't believe that Olivia managed such a complicated event, smiled the entire time, was prepared for everything. I literally wish I could run an advertisement campaign for Olivia because that is how much I love her and how much she deserves the praise. She and her team were running up and down from hotel rooms to event space, making sure I always had food or a drink, keeping us on schedule, adjusting photo timelines for the bad weather. I don't ever write reviews but Olivia deserves it. I would have paid three times the amount to have her there on the day. She is an angel and you NEED to hire her.

We loved working with Jen House Design leading up to our wedding day and our flowers were spectacular. The team at Jen House does an amazing job of taking your ideas and turning them into a reality. I also want to note that the quality of flowers they use is amazing. Our wedding flowers lived for more than 2 weeks (in a vase) after the wedding.

Jen House and her team did such an amazing job with our florals! We had a garden wedding and the florals matched perfectly with the scenery. Everything went so smoothly during the planning process and Jen was able to perfectly capture our vision! We had a unique request for our arch and Jen made it so that we were also able to use it as a decoration for the reception as well. Everything Jen and her team designs is beautiful and they are truly a great vendor to work with!!

We picked Jen House Design because of the level of attention and dedication they offer as a boutique florist. We liked that they only have a maximum of four weddings per day, which allowed them to be closely involved and execute what we envisioned. Another plus for us was that the flowers are fresh, never frozen. The flowers were gorgeous and lasted all day long in the heat and humidity of July!

Jen and Kendall were absolutely amazing for my August 2021 wedding. From the initial meeting, they were so helpful in bringing my visions to life and helping me along the way. They are responsive to messages, amazing with their designs, and overall a wonderful duo.

Jen and Kendall went above and beyond my expectations for the design of my wedding. The florals were my inspiration coming to life but even better and more extravagant than the photos I shared. So many guests commented on the florals immediately and when Kendall dropped off my bouquet I freaking teared up because I was shocked! The flowers were so fresh and stayed fresh on a scorching hot day for our outdoor wedding. In addition to florals, Kendall did signage/stationery for me and it was BEAUTIFUL and matched our invitations perfectly. Jen House Design 1000% made my vision come to life, worked with my lower end budget and rolled with the last minute changes I wanted to make. They are so amazing to work with and I did not have to worry about anything knowing that my florals and stationery were in their hands! HIRE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING!!

Wow...just wow. The awe my husband and I had as we walked into our reception was something else. Everything was decorated and styled so beautifully, better than I ever could have imagined. They took our inspiration photos and turned them into a reality. The flowers were fresh, beautiful, and took our wedding to a whole other level. They even placed our candles throughout the room and created an elegant and romantic environment. Jen House Design is extremely talented with what they do and I could not have been happier to have hired them for our florals!

Absolutely amazing to work with! Finding vendors was hard during Covid, but they were great to work with. We had a couple zoom meetings to discuss and finalize flowers and ideas for our wedding. Flowers were delivered on time to our hotel. They were BEAUTIFUL!! I could not have been happier. Our arch and centerpieces blew me away. Highly recommend!!
