Jen is a total Rockstar and an absolute pleasure to be around! From our engagement session, where she perched cliffside to get a killer shot, to our wedding day, where she and Antoine were an inspiration of a husband & wife team, we knew we had picked the right person! Jen captured our wedding so wonderfully and captured all of our favorite moments as well as all the details you will miss amongst the chaos of the day. When it came down to picking our photographer, we based our decision on who we would want to hang out with on the most important day of our lives, and Jen was hands down that fun friend for us!

Jen and her husband were absolutely PHENOMENAL. Jen made us feel so comfortable throughout our engagement shoot and it made it that much better nearly a year later when she shot our wedding. We highly recommend doing the engagement + wedding package - it made us feel so much more comfortable in front of the camera on our big day! Jen’s infectious personality and spark is sure to get you and your S/O smiling and we could not be more appreciative of her and her husband’s patience with us! Even after we received our engagement photos, Jen was super willing to edit small hairs that were bothering me and did so in 24 hours! We could not have chosen a better photographer and are so grateful for Jen and her talent! Cannot recommend enough!

I cannot say enough great things about Jen. If you are thinking of booking her for your wedding - do it! Jen has a friendly and positive attitude that completely put us at ease during our wedding. It truly felt like she was another friend at our party, and she was able to capture so many great memories without making photos the focus of the event. I had so many friends come up to me after to tell me that she was wonderful, and said it felt like I had known her for years because I seemed so comfortable with her. There was one point during the day that we needed to squeeze a bunch of photos into a short time frame and she was so efficient while still maintaining her great attitude. Jen and her team were a dream to work with!!! We couldn't be happier!! My husband and I were both nervous to be in front of the camera. I was especially nervous! But Jen's fun, relaxed, and outgoing personality made the entire experience enjoyable and carefree for both of us. She is professional, kind, genuine, easy to get along with, and especially hard working. During the planning process, Jen helped me through all kinds of decisions I had to make, even non-photo related ones! I was very grateful for her timely and thorough responses. She was always quick to get back to me and made sure I felt like I had all the information I needed to make the next decision. I highly recommend Jen. My experience with Jen was absolutely incredible. Not only is she an amazing photographer, but she is professional and super fun to work with. From the very beginning she was great with her communication and was SO thorough with everything. We sent dozens of emails back and forth to each other and she always got back to me right away and made sure nothing was forgotten or left out. Jen and her husband worked together on the day of my wedding and they were such a great team. They never missed a beat and made the entire process fun, even after taking what felt like 10,000 photos. My favorite part was how amazing Jen was at wrangling my husband's groomsmen. She meant business and it was so great to have someone else that wasn't me take charge for a change. She would not let anyone get in the way of getting the perfect shots and I loved it! After receiving my photos recently I can say for sure that choosing Jen as my photographer was one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. The photos are gorgeous and it shows that not only does Jen love what she does, but she's damn good at it too!

Jen truly deserves 5 stars x 10000000!! Her personality alone should be enough for you to want to work with her — she is so upbeat, fun and spunky — and has this way of making you feel so so comfortable!!! Like you’ve been friends with her forever!!! Aside from being obsessed with her as a person — she is INSANELY. TALENTED. I mean insanely. We had Jen take our engagement photos and I will say when we started I was so nervous because she would only take 1-2 shots and then say “ok! Got it!” And I’d be thinking “umm there’s no way she could have gotten a good one that quickly?!” I kid you not... when we recieved our photos back... we legitimately did not recognize ourselves. She is AMAZING. It’s unreal. She captured our love and personalities so perfectly, and also used the city we love so much as our prop. UN.REAL. I’m telling you!!! We then (of course) knew we had to have her shoot our wedding. BEST INVESTMENT WE MADE IN OUR WEDDING. Not only is she super quick (so no one ever felt like they were holding a pose for 45 min- we’ve all been there!) but again captured our day - the joy, the laughs, the tears, the excitement, the LOVE - so so perfectly. Her husband also was helping her at our wedding and he is the BEST! So so nice and fun and easy going just like Jen - they make a great team and when she was grabbing a new roll of film he’d be right behind her with her other camera starting to shoot. They are awesome!!! We got our photos earlier this month and seriously can’t stop looking at them (and crying... let’s be honest....they’re so beautiful they just take us right back to that day and those tender moments she captured so perfectly!). Thank you Jen from the bottom of my heart — you will be our photographer for any and all big moments in our life from here on out!!!

We can't sing Jen's praises enough - she far surpassed what we we were expecting for a wedding photographer and was an absolute dream to work with! Her bubbly, energetic personality put us and our family and friends at ease and she was so much fun to work with. We always thought being photographed would feel awkward, but Jen's directions made it so easy for us to feel and look natural, which is exactly what we wanted for our engagement and wedding photos. Jen was also so easy to work with, very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our engagement shoot (including spending extra time to scout out the best possible locations a day before) and our big day. Our engagement pictures were absolutely beautiful (we received SO many compliments on them!) and I have no doubt that our wedding pictures will be the same! Jen is the BEST photographer! She was super efficient at capturing all of our photo requests while making sure we still had plenty of time to enjoy our wedding and time with our guests. She was super fun to work with, gave simple great guidance to make sure you looked great in every shot. Jen really is the best ever!!!! She is an amazing photographer and an incredibly sweet, genuine person! You can tell she loves what she does and that reflects in the GORGEOUS photos she takes. We booked an engagement and wedding package with her and couldn't be happier with our experience and the photos! I don't even know where to start. Jen is amazing. She's so fun to be around and makes everyone feel comfortable. Working with Jen Rodriguez has been a dream! From our very first email, I knew that I had found a photographer with not only amazing talent but also a fun and sweet personality! We were lucky enough to have Jen for our engagement photos and our wedding in September. Her communication from January until now has been stellar and I always feel that we were being well taken care of! We had so much fun with her at our wedding and we just received our completed photo gallery. I feel truly honored to have had such a talented photographer capture the raw emotions and beauty of my wedding day so that I can relive the moments for years to come! We would highly reccomend Jen for engagement and wedding photography! Not only does she have the sweetest personality, she has such a passion and love for what she does. The day of our engagement shoot it was 98 and humid. We were all pretty miserably hot and had sweat dripping down our faces and somehow the photos turned out amazing and Jen had us comfortable and laughing the entire time. Then on our wedding day, minutes after the ceremony started it started to rain and soon enough it was a complete downpour. Through the unexpected events (Mother Nature) and craziness that can add to a wedding, Jen and her husband captured the most amazing photos while staying calm and professional throughout the entire time. We have received several compliments from guest about Jen because she also captured photos each guest as couples and friends (which is now everyone's Facebook profile photo) :) To sum it up, if you want a photographer who is totally on it, so professional, super sweet, and can roll with the 'unexpected wedding' punches, hire Jen! She is simply amazing!

Jen Is AMAZING! I don't even think amazing truly explains it. She is so talented and humble and OHHHH so much FUN! She has a knack for being able to capture the perfect moments. every time I look at our wedding photos I can relive the pure emotion in each moment. I feel sooo blessed that we put our faith and photos in the hands of someone so professional and Creative. Best decision of the wedding was hiring Jen to come to Cabo with us to capture our forever memories!

Jen is absolutely amazing, not only is her work stunning- but she is such a kind and warm person, the type of person you want to be working with on your big day! We did an engagement shoot with Jen and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. Our pictures are everything we could have asked for, and it was such great practice for the wedding. She instantly made us feel comfortable and that carried through to the wedding. My friends and family had nothing but wonderful things to say about her the entire time. I honestly didn't even notice that our pictures were being taken during the ceremony, she and her husband ( who helps her shoot) were so unobtrusive- but somehow they captured the perfect moments on film. When we got our wedding pics, everyone was just floored by how breathtaking they were. Jen's style is really unique, it's soft and natural- and she does some seriously amazing things with light. You will not be disappointed if you decide to work with Jen for your wedding, she is nothing short of wonderful.

Jen was amazing! She picked the perfect location for our engagement photos and I knew immediately she had a feel for what we were looking for. On our wedding day she made every photo fun and natural and captured so many things I would have missed if there wasn't a picture of it! She was so great to work with, professional, and had our pictures ready so quickly. It's easy to see she loves what she does, which make you love the experience even more. I couldn't recommend her enough, and 2+ years later I still love looking through our wedding photos.

Jen is an amazing photographer. My husband and I are both not very photogenic people but we looked good in her photos. The way she captured light with her camera made it seem like a dreamy event. During the event, people hardly noticed her as she captured great candid reactions and moments. She really captured the essence of our wedding through her photos from the hilarious moments of the ceremony, to the laid back reception, to the winding down if the evening around the firepit. I heard about her from the hair stylist I hired to do my hair for the wedding. During an orientation session, we got to talking about wedding photography and the stylist said she wished she had hired a better photographer for her wedding. I asked her who she would have gone with and she stated Jen as well as another one. Luckily Jen was available for my wedding. Really the best decision I made. Trust me, no one remembers the food, but the pictures will help you and your loved ones remember the event forever.

Jen is AMAZING! Not only is she absolutely adorable, funny, and super sweet, she's an amazing photographer who really gets to know her clients so they feel completely at ease with her--something that is so so important when you're trying to get those perfect wedding shots. Jen will do what it takes to make sure your pictures are absolutely perfect. On our engagement shoot she even took off her boots and socks and waded in a stream because she wanted to get the perfect shot! I can't sing her praises enough--love Jen to pieces!

Where to begin? Choosing a photographer was one of the most important decisions we had to make for our wedding. After reading about Jen and speaking with her, the decision was pretty clear, we were just hoping we could snag her in time! Jen is an amazing photographer who has beautiful style, photos are not super posed, but she knows how to capture the best shot be it standing in a certain way or catching the right light. Prior to the wedding, I asked Jen if she'd be open to meeting my fiancee and I in person to just get to know eachother, and maybe even take a few shots so we could see the interaction and get comfortable behind the camera. Jen showed up on a Sunday evening all smiles and so full of energy - it was amazing. And the shots were GORGEOUS. When my fiancee and I got back in the car, we were so psyched and felt so lucky that we got Jen...we couldn't wait for the wedding day. And on the wedding day, Jen and her husband were wonderful. They literally slipped in and felt like part of the party. Never felt like they were in the way, she was always there when you needed her to be to capture that precious moment, and they were super helpful (helping to scuff the bottom of my heels so I wouldn't slip!!!). I felt super comfortable with both of them, they're fun, mellow, easy going and cool. The perfect addition to the party! We are so thankful and cannot wait to see the pictures which I know will be incredible. Jen, thank you SO much for making our wedding day so special!

All my life, I’ve dreamt of having beautiful pictures from my wedding. Jen Rodriguez has given us this beautiful gift with her amazingly creative vision and artistry. She is the most poised and talented photographer I’ve ever met, hands down. To start, Jen’s energy and sweet personality are contagious, and this really lends itself well to feeling (and looking) happy in the photos. She directs you so comfortably, which is great for those who maybe aren’t used to taking pictures (like my husband). What I love most about her is when she takes a picture she really likes, she giggles and jumps with excitement. You can see just how much she loves what she does. We got a huge treat come the wedding day because her equally-talented and kind husband is also a photographer and her assistant! They were an awesome team and captured us so well. Jen is so humble and knows how to feature you in your best light. I would highly recommend also taking your engagement photos with her because 1. you get more time to get to know her which makes the wedding day that much more fun and 2. you have two sets of the most beautiful pictures you’ll ever take. We plan to see her for anniversary photos as well!

Jen is a doll! I loved our initial interview with her! On the wedding day, she showed up early and got right to work. She busted her butt for 7 hours! She was so much fun to have around. She got along well with families, friends, and vendors! A total pro!!

Jen was a fabulous find, referred to me by our florist, April Flowers. She lives and works in San Luis Obispo, but travels at a reasonable cost. We had our wedding in Monterey and it was much more affordable to have Jen come up from the central coast than to get someone from the Bay Area. But more importantly, she is a FABULOUS photographer who made our pictures beautiful. She captured the essence of the day and found some beautiful spots at our venue to shoot some truly amazing photos. I am forever grateful that our wedding will live on in our photos that are now plastered all over the walls of our house. Jen is amazing!!!
