Jen Schmidt

Jen captured our day beautifully despite some difficult weather conditions. Her photos truly brought out who we are and look very natural without any excessive filters. We will treasure these incredible photos forever. Additionally, Jen was extremely easy-going and very enjoyable to work with. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic photographer!

Jen is as sweet as can be! She's easy to talk to and really made an effort to get to know me and my finance before and during our engagement shoot. We also chose Jen as our photographer for our October 2014 wedding at the Hyatt in Incline Village. My only concern with Jen was that since she is so sweet (and pretty quiet) we had a hard time getting all the pictures we wanted of our large wedding party and extended families. She doesn't seem to have the personality to direct people and keep their attention. It wasn't all her fault, plenty of groomsmen wanted to wander off between shots. But, it was a little disappointing that we didn't get a variety of shots that we were anticipating with everyone we wanted pictures with. Her work is beaituful, however.. and she's pretty fun.
