Very disappointed. Bought 3 of these, each in different colors for my wife and two daughters after our daughter/their sister passed away. I had ordered the books to have her name ...
on to try and help them work through their grief while hopefully being able to focus on some positivity. It took over 6 weeks for delivery. One of the books came without the advertised floral print and none of the books had her name inscribed. When I reached out to see what happened, I was told to return it and pay for shipping, and once received they would refund me. Absolute lack of customer service. Do better!
I connected with Jen for our day of wedding stationary after having an issue with our invitations company. I was working with a somewhat tight timeline and wanted to be cognizant o...
f costs. Jen quickly sent along paper samples for my review, was insanely responsive, and provided especially quick and thorough work and feedback.
I wish I would have worked with Jen on my invitation suite too. Her design was picture perfect and I'd recommend any and all brides work with her too!

ly and friends calling me to tell me how beautiful they were. Jen was prompt and really helped get us organized to create the perfect invitations. From wording to personal touches, we were walked threw every step of the process professionally. The timeliness of her communication and quick turn around time made everything easy. We were invited to several weddings this year and I can confidently say these invites are top notch! We are so happy with our purchase we have decided to ditch the DIY and have Jen help us with the rest of the process. From a deeply satisfied client, Jen Simpson design Rocks!
COMPLETE DISASTER & highly unprofessional.
Warning: I would hate for anyone else to have to experience this. DO NOT RISK USING THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY IMPORTANT EVENTS.

ths planning my wedding suite with Jen. We paid a 50% deposit and signed her contract, and 1 day before our entire wedding invitations were due, she e-mailed me that the paper isn't available.
When I explained how unprofessional this is and it was an avoidable issue, she took zero credibility and told me she was terminating the contract and cancelling our order, leaving us with no wedding invitations for our guests.
I had asked Jen many times to please make sure this order was ready on time as we had a very tight turn around time with our guests' rsvps. I approved our invitations 7/7/21 and she assured me production was going well about 1.5 weeks after I approved the order (not sure what she could have been speaking about because 1-2 days before she was due to deliver them they suddenly didn't have paper).
This experience is aside from the errors experienced in the proofing process and the poor quality in which the samples were mailed and presented to us. She also tries to charge you for adjustments or small requests. It was a terrible terrible experience for something that should be so joyful.
I share this so this experience hopefully doesn't happen to anyone else.

She is very responsive and she shipped the cards quickly, too. She was a pleasure to work with all around! Thank you so much, Jen! Our escort cards were perfect! :)

th aspects that reflected our personalities and wedding theme. Almost everywhere we looked we were told "you need a custom design" that would cost us an arm and leg! I also knew I wanted a letterpress design, and again was faced with high costs. Then we found Jen! She was so flexible and willing to work with us come up with a design we loved, and at a reasonable price. She sent us paper samples so that we could feel the weight of the paper options, as well as a few designs we were interested in mocking up. She was so great about making small adjustments and tweaking the design until we were completely satisfied. She even matched the ink color to my bridesmaid dresses! We received our invitations and I could not be happier with how they came out. They are perfect - very high quality and something I will treasure forever. Thank you so much, Jen!

vitations, wedding day signage, reception menus, table numbers...you name it!!! Jen really has an eye for design and it shows in her work. Very elegant, classy and simple. When I met with her to see invitation examples...I liked so many of them I didn't know which one to choose! I looked at other vendors and they didn't have the sense of style that Jen shows with her work.
Not only is Jen talented but patient and friendly. She was so good through the planning process to send proofs and let me review everything before printing.
