When complained, they offered to add those back in (and fix 2 long "black" delays in video). 13 emails back & forth, deadlines missed & false promises. Last email was June 30th 2025 was told 2 weeks for new video, still waiting! 1 yr after their beautiful wedding and still no complete video. Warning Janessa owner will call you "friend/s"- do not hire them!!

On the day of our wedding, she and her husband acted as so much more than photographers. They were nerve calmers, wedding party coordinators, dress fluffers, time managers, cheerleaders, and by the end of the day friends.
