Jeni Brady, Hair + Make-up Artist

Jeni did not communicate clearly or convey much concern for me as a potential customer. She and I emailed several times, concluding that she and another stylist from Pearl Events were going to do hair and makeup for my wedding. A few weeks later, she failed to respond to an email I sent her. After emailing her twice and finally texting her, she emailed me saying she had booked another wedding "after she didn't hear back from me." She didn't check in with me before booking the other wedding, which conveyed that she really didn't care about maintaining positive relationships with potential customers. She was barely apologetic - made several excuses, in fact - even though I'm sure she knows full well that it will be difficult for me to find other stylists at this point. I'm sure Jeni does lovely work, but if you choose to hire her be VERY CLEAR about whether she is committed to your date.

Jeni is an amazing hair artist. She styled my whole bridal party who all had different styles in mind. They all came out better than expected, held up all night and even through some rain, and we received so many compliments. She is a such a sweet person to work with as well. I couldn't be happier and recommend her high above any other hair artist I've worked with!

Jen Hoover. Gorgeous work. Consumate professional. From the hair trial at her salon for my daughter, the bride-to-be, to her fabulous updos and styling for the entire bridal party at our home, we could not have been more pleased. Her full attention to the bride, her ideas, Pinterest photos, and unrushed demeanor at the salon gave us all a great feeling about what was to come. The day of the wedding (3-22-14) she arrived right on time, set up a mini-salon in our master bath, and proceeded to work her magic. A last minute style change by the bride based on a more recent find of "THE" prefect hair photo didn't phase Jen a bit. She recreated it beautifully to the bride's great joy! It held up through the ceremony and a long, happy night of dancing. Each member of the bridal party looked absolutely stunning. My gratitude to Jen goes deeper than I have space to write here for a last minute save she did on my hair as well. I highly recommend her!

Jeni did a great job on all our hair for the wedding-- but I have to say, mine was my favorite! It couldnt have been more perfect. Book her early!

Jeni did an awesome job on my hair and makeup. I had her style my hair down, she did very lovely waves and she did my makeup very natural looking, I loved it. She was super nice and very easy to work with, would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Jeni did my hair for my bridal portraits and wedding and it was exactly what I wanted. She was so great to work with!! She books up super fast (she had another wedding the same day as mine) so reach out to her early!

Jeni is awesome! I'm still confused/amazed by the fact that my weightless-feeling makeup stayed on perfectly ALL NIGHT. Insane. Jeni was also great about making sure the look was just how I wanted it. After my trial, I had a couple revisions I wanted to make, which Jeni welcomed with open arms. Sure, she might be more expensive than other makeup artists, but she's worth every penny.
