. Also, they said we were going to get a netflix gallery to share with our guests of all the photos but instead we got separate links for the individuals who edited the photos. It was clearly being done 3rd party. The editing of the photos is terrible. Also, the main guy Chandler was very weird and made uncomfortable jokes the whole day. I did not enjoy my experience with them. 

lf about a month ago, the very night he needed footage to be transferred, so we did. Had a contract signed so I can get paid WITHIN 30 days as stated in the contract. Now we have approached 30 days and I have been messaging him in between for him to get pissed off that I am calling since he is not replying to any text messages (mind you on the day of shooting, he called , texted, emailed etc anything to reach me. Now he gets pissed if I follow up to see where things are and if I am getting paid. Taking him to small claims court. I have never worked with someone so difficult and unprofessional 5 years into this business. I had to pay my photographers out of pocket and I was struggling to make payment. Yet Chandler here is the one going through rough road in life right now. I also found complaints all over Texas photography pages as well including. Seems to be going everywhere subcontracting and screwing both bride and photographers over.

g (2 photographers & 2 videographers), and when they arrived there were only 3. I had asked Chandler where the 4th shooter was and he told me “they are around”. I dropped it as I wasn’t trying to get into a discussion about it on my wedding day. I had confirmed with both of our family’s, our bridal party, and wedding planner that a 4th shooter was never seen. We never were refunded for not having that additional person, and were never told they were not coming. The big issues came after the wedding. There was minimal communication, and we were aware that it would take between 8-12 weeks for us to receive all the items. As we rolled around to week 8, I had emailed to check in to confirm how items would be sent over, the status of them, and to see if we could potentially see a few sneak peaks. I heard nothing for 2 weeks. I had emailed & called the number on the invoice with no luck. I was finally able to get ahold of someone through their Instagram DM as a last ditch effort, and was told the gallery would be emailed and that they would send some sneak peaks that night. We received the videos and photos at week 11, and the photos looked nothing like our sneak peaks and the reception video was missing quite a bit of stuff. They hadn’t included entrances, cake cutting, my bouquet dedication to my mother was cut off, our chair game, our first dance didn’t have music and neither did our private last dance, and the interviews that they pulled us out of the reception for we never got. The pictures, the feedback we have been getting from everyone is “they are nice, but I wish you could see the grooms face” or “you look so pale and the colors are not what they were on the day”. I had reached back out to them, and they did make adjustments to the video which took them a couple of weeks. The photos we went back and forth on, and I received the finalized re-edited photos last week (so almost 5 months after the wedding date) but they are now blurry as if a one size fits all filter was placed on all of them. At this point, I feel quite defeated, and will probably have to pay a 3rd party to have them re-edit the raw images we received. We never ended up receiving the trailer that was included in the contract, and the photo album that is included is actually a link to a site for you to create it yourself and they give you a code that deducts the price of the album. Again we were not refunded for never receiving the trailer, but we were given $100 extra for the photo album site they use. Overall, our experience with them made us feel like we were constantly chasing them down. Many times it felt like they were doing us a favor instead of us being paying customers who spent thousands to have our special day documented by them.

t the 10th outreach and well past the contracted delivery date, they delivered last week. For wedding photography, we were expecting at least some of the the posed pictures of us, our family, our venue? It's all candid shots of random guests in random moments, many of them rapid fire shots of the same person in the same moment. 38 of 350 are one woman giving an open mic toast. They're unresponsive again for the past week.

they deliver video coverage that is a WORK OF ART. Last but not least Chandler and team bring great energy and good vibes when filming which is so important considering the wedding day can be nerve wracking.
