I appreciated the communication we had with Jenn Asia, however I was dissatisfied with the Talent Agency that she works with. The Agency had the incorrect time of our ceremony (whi...ch we had given them notice with the correct date and time). This information was incorrect on the contract and led this company to miss our entire ceremony. Rather than apologizing for the lack of communication, the talent agency made excuses as to why this occurred. Because of the back and forth, it was a battle on trying to get a refund and had to communicate directly with the talent agency on our honeymoon since Jenn did not perform or play for us. I would not recommend working with this agency.
