agement photos and locations. She made sure we had a photo wishlist for the wedding so she could make sure to capture all the photos we wanted! She also did research on the church/venue location before she even came to town to make sure the lighting was adequate/not too much for great pics! We booked Jenn for the whole day and she graciously joined us at the salon to take pics while we got ready, she scoped the church out for the best pics, she had a second photographer join her to capture the day from two perspectives, she used her creative eye to get pictures I would have never thought of, and was open to any ideas we had! She captured our day perfectly from getting ready through the bouquet toss /garter toss!! She made sure we had all the shots we were looking for before taking off for the night! She had our pictures uploaded to the website in 2 weeks and then we had the tough decision to pick which photos we wanted to order. She also did a great job editing!! She 'opened my eyes' in our family picture where I blinked in the only picture where all of the kids finally cooperated and were looking! You couldn't even tell it was edited!!! We were so excited to get the prints in the mail and we were even more happy with the quality!! Jenn is fun, laid back, timely, creative, flexible, open to suggestions, and VERY talented! My husband and I would recommend her without hesitation!

timeline, since we were married 5 months after getting engaged. Jenn was fantastic to work with. Even though her studio is located north of Ames, she was willing to travel to Des Moines or anywhere else we wanted our photos taken. We were able to schedule an engagement session (included with the wedding package) within a few weeks of booking her for the wedding, and able to have a preview session to review the photos within about a week. She offers many wedding packages depending on how many professional photos you want. We were able to sit down with her a few weeks before the wedding and talk through the group photos that were most important to us, and she kept a list for the actual wedding day. We chose to have her with us for 8 hours, so she met my husband for our "first look" where we shared a few photos and then went to another location for photos with our wedding party prior to heading to our wedding venue. She stayed through the first dances, speeches, etc. until about 8:30, but made sure we were okay with her leaving. When we saw had our preview session for the wedding photos, we were so pleased! Jenn had captured a lot of great shots, and we hadn't even realized she was there taking photos for some of them! Even some of our guests remarked at how they knew a photographer was there, but she was not in anyone's way or obvious. Yet, she still took great photos. After we spent a certain dollar amount on engagement and wedding photos, we were able to receive a USB with all of the wedding and engagement shots, so we can share them online or print some additional photos in the future if we would like. We love to hear all of the wonderful comments from family and friends who see or wedding photos, which we will always treasure. Thanks, Jenn!
