She even put together a little wedding video that makes my parents cry every time they see it. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The day of the wedding, Jenn Marie and her assistant spent time photographing each other at our beautiful lighthouse location. For some reason, these personal pictures were included on the USB’s of our wedding photos. When it came time to take family pictures, Jenn Marie seemed impatient (something my family commented on after the fact). She had clearly not printed off the shot list I had taken the time to prepare and send to her in advance, so proceeded to ask me multiple times if she had taken all of the pictures I had requested. Ladies let me tell you, our wedding was pretty laid back, but my head had so many things going through it that day it was definitely not capable of answering that question. Which is exactly why I had prepared a list beforehand. They then proceeded to leave the reception an hour early, after I couldn’t think of any more specific pictures I wanted to be taken. After ordering the prints included in our package, it took Jenn Marie two months to process the majority of them. The second photo album in our order never arrived. It took us a total of five months, and much pleading, to receive that second album. During this time, Jenn Marie stopped responding to emails, Facebook messages, and actually hung up on me when I tried calling her to talk about the missing album. After I left a voicemail telling her how disappointed we were, she apologized by text message, saying she hadn’t ordered another album because she couldn’t afford it, but that she would ASAP. Throughout the entire experience, I felt that Jenn Marie lacked the professionalism I would have expected from an experienced wedding photographer. She takes beautiful pictures, but I personally would have much preferred the seamless professionalism of an expert. We will not be taking advantage of the free, annual photo sessions for life that she offers for her wedding clients.
