ou are getting... almost anyone with a decent camera and some editing skills can take your photos but do those photos speak to who you are as a person? Do they tell a story? Did you feel good and comfortable while you were being photographed? Jenn is amazing, she is a real person, who wants to know you and your story and capture that on film. Jenn had done a couple of my friends weddings and engagement photos and I had always been such a fan of how she carried herself and engaged people. Her extreme talent is icing on the cake. I am shocked that there are not more reviews on here as she is finds a way to make everyone feel so amazing. I couldn't wait to have her shoot my wedding. We had her do an engagement shoot (last minute while we were in town, in the rain, and in between her normal appointments) and when we started it felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. She asked us about our story and laughed with us and made us feel like we were the most important people to her in that moment. Now I had spent some time with her in the past due to other weddings but I got the feeling that is just who she is. We only had less than an half hour with her and we had over 100 shots that were jaw dropping and playful and so full of life and love. The wedding was no different. She showed up the morning of my wedding and my videographer captured my excitement as she walked through the door, she was what made it feel real that morning. She had emailed back and forth with me in the weeks prior with all my requests and worries and the moment I saw her smiling face I knew it was all going to be awesome. She was patient with my husband as he doesn't do as well being photographed and got him laughing and smiling for real. She was able to wrangle our families together for the best photos we have had in years. She made me laugh and smile and relax. She was everywhere and nowhere all at the same time. She never missed a moment. The thing that has always made me a fan of her work is the quiet moments she captures when you least expect it.

Just a few reasons why Jenn is, in my opinion, the best choice for your wedding photography: 1. She is a true professional - Jenn is so professional in her communications with her clients. She always responds to emails in a timely manner, is upfront about her pricing, and never tries to upsell you or pressure you in any way. It's clear that she has her clients' best interests at heart, and she is very helpful in recommending the best photography package to meet your individual needs. 2. She is laid back, yet directive- My husband has never been comfortable in front of the camera. I was very worried that during our engagement portraits, he'd freeze up and appear sort of stiff. Within minutes of meeting Jenn, both of us felt comfortable around her because of her easy-going nature. She never tried to force us into awkward poses, but was so good about letting us know when we needed to change things up. Similarly, on our wedding day, Jenn made all of our family and friends feel comfortable and relaxed, while at the same time keeping a close eye on our timeline. She was really good about moving things along and keeping us on track, without making me feel stressed and like we were rushing. 3. Her photos are simply stunning- She was somehow able to capture all of the subtle moments that made our wedding day so special. She doesn't over-edit anything, so the final product looks so natural and organic. We couldn't have been happier with the results. We feel so thankful to have found Jenn and I know we will continue to use her for all of our future photography needs.
