on. I was getting discouraged about my decision. It was clear the staff just wanted me to be happy and were trying to figure out more of what I would love. They guided me towards a dress that was not at all what I had sourced for myself and - of course - that I absolutely fell in love with and felt very “me”. The experience was very intimate and my family got to participate. Bonus points for my mom crying happy tears when she saw the dress they picked for me to try! The whole staff was knowledgeable and worked together. Heather gave me wedding day advice on enjoying the moment and even teared up and gave me a hug. It’s obvious she loves what she does, and she is great at it! Overall a very fun, no pressure situation! Trust these experts with your wedding dress decision!

She did not disappoint when I met her in-person, where she was my bridal consultant for the duration of my appointment. She was so helpful in every way, knew exactly what she was talking about with each of the dresses and she knew the inventory like the back of her hand. She knew exactly what dresses to pick out for me to try on based on one phone conversation and WOW was she spot on. I said YES to my dress at Jenna in White all thanks to Heather, who was the most personable human being and had us all in tears at the end of the appointment just by talking about how much this job meant to her. She is amazing at her job & definitely puts her heart into her work. Their entire selection was STUNNING but she read my face & mind and put me in my absolute DREAM gown. I cancelled my appointment at the other shop I was scheduled at later that day because I was so sure of the dress and Heather’s expertise. didn't need to go anywhere else!! Working with Heather was like hanging out with an old friend. I felt comfortable with her right away. As soon as I walked in, Heather grabbed dresses that matched my inspiration pictures and dresses that were not my style. Heather helped me into dress after dress and took into account what I liked and what I didn't about each and I tried on all the different styles. She had me try on my favorite dress LAST and it was really funny because when she originally pulled this dress off the rack mine and my fiance's favorite song came on over the speakers!!! It was a sign. She showed me how my dress can be altered to have adjustable straps and how I can have different breast padding. Now that it's been almost 2 weeks since buying my dress, I am SO thankful that she had me try on all different styles (ballgown, mermaid, long sleeve, etc.) because now when I see photos of these types of dresses on Instagram or FB I have more confidence that I chose the right one for me instead of thinking "aw I wonder if I should've tried on that style". You can tell Heather is experienced and knowledgable and really cares about her brides. She not only made sure I was confident in my choice in store but she thought ahead and made sure I had peace of mind after buying it. Thank you so much Heather!!! We tried on dress after dress, and after each dress she was able to take the one thing I loved about a certain dress and implement it into the next until I found one that had everything I was searching for!! but I did. I finally (after 2 covid postponements) got to wear it and it was spectacular. I love the fact that Jenna has her own designs and you can order those specifically to your measurements instead of going with the size for your largest measurement and having it altered down to fit in the other places. It saved me a ton in alterations.

I came in wanting a specific style, but was open to anything because a picture doesn't show how it will fit each of our beautiful and unique bodies. After noticing my engagement ring and hearing our proposal story, Heather knew my original idea wasn't quite the right fit. She immediately pulled a form-fitting, Art Deco style of dress that was every combination of me, mine and my fiance's story, and our venue. I still cannot believe that I found my dress on my very first stop! If you are like I was, not knowing where to begin, I recommend coming here. Because, it will likely be your first or or last stop.

Jenna herself was helping me, able to know exactly what dress would look good on me and helped suggested an added layer of sparkles to the dress I chose to really step it up to what I fully wanted. She measured me perfectly so I didn't need any alterations other than the bustle, and I was even pregnant when she did it! Couldn't have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend Jenna's bridal boutique.

She turned down the lights so I could see what the dresses looked like in the dark with the uplighting. She knew what would look good on my body, and chose great options. Honestly, I cannot get over what a magical experience it was, considering how disappointing the other two shops were. Don't waste your time going anywhere else and go here (and ask for Heather!!!!) I'm so happy she helped me find my dress!!!!

a problem! I went in for my appointment and Heather was AMAZING! She wasn’t pushy or neglectful she was focused and really wanted to help me find my dream dress. She made me feel comfortable to say no to dresses that weren’t for me and she pulled dresses that were similar to my Pinterest board and kept within the budget! They are able to do custom measurements on some of their own dresses with no extra cost! Also due to Covid it was a private appointment and I was able to have 2 people with me (my mom and sister) & I had others that wanted to be apart of the day we were able to zoom and show my family and friends the dresses and even THE dress!! I’m so excited to wear my dress and get married this experience was amazing!
