My daughter was then told it would be ready in December, only to later be pushed to January — again without proactive communication. Each time, my daughter had to initiate contact just to get basic information. When we finally saw the completed dress, the overskirt was completely different from the sample she tried on and approved. The structure and overall look did not match and could not be corrected through alterations. After I sent a detailed email requesting a resolution, we never received a response. The lack of communication and accountability made this an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend them.

accuracies. The overskirt Taylor received is the exact overskirt that she selected and approved, produced from the same pattern and specifications as the sample. Any difference in appearance is due solely to how the sample was clipped during her appointment, which is standard in bridal prior to alterations. This has been communicated clearly and in detail. When Taylor's gown arrived, it fit well, and missing buttons were identified and added promptly. Jenna communicated these updates proactively and with care. We stand by the accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship of the gown and overskirt, and with alterations, the overskirt will replicate the original look. Our previous communication has outlined that the overskirt requires standard alterations to achieve the clipped look shown during her appointment. At this point, there is little more we can do if alterations are not pursued, as every bride completes alterations as part of the bridal process.

I was then told the dress would be ready in December, but after hearing nothing, I had to call again only to be told it was now pushed to the first two weeks of January. I once again had to reach out to find out if it was even in. When I finally saw the dress, the overskirt was completely different from the sample I tried on and said yes to. The structure and look did not match at all, and this was not something that could be fixed with alterations. After my mom sent a detailed email explaining these concerns and asking for a resolution, we never received a response. Overall, the lack of communication and accountability made this a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would urge future brides to proceed with caution.

She started off the appointment with a dress totally opposite of what I was thinking (she had a variety of dresses pulled just in case I liked something I thought I wouldn’t) and I could not be more happy she did! I ended up going with a the second dress that I tried on. She encouraged me to try on as many dresses as I wanted and made me feel comfortable when I went the unexpected route. She was so kind and comforting. I could not have asked for someone better! The dress I went with was new to the store. Since I was the first person to purchase the dress, they named it after me. explained better. I know they do not do alterations there but I feel a little uneasy with not knowing if the dress can be altered to fit me. Or how they would alter the dress if they had any idea to at least guide me with that. Also wish I was shown more veils I was only given the option between two. I found out after looking at my dress online through the designer website that there is two separate shoulder options and neither of these were discussed. It would have been nice to know I could purchase something for the arms even though it was off the rack since I did ask for a dress with something on the arm. Not sure if that was not mentioned because it was off the rack or not. I was also sent home without the corset tie to my back and had to call and get a replacement. Jenna in White was a nice experience and they leave all brides feeling amazing. I just wish I did not feel so rushed and things were discussed a little more in detail. Renee was very nice and sweet to deal with and she did make me feel comfortable.

I was thinking I would have to settle with a fitted dress (which are beautiful too, just not what I was envisioning for my wedding day), and then I went to Jenna in White. I told them literally all of the above, and the sales woman, Heather, was basically like "I got you girl," and the first dress she pulled was the MOST PERFECT A LINE DRESS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE and, kicker, IT LOOKED AMAZING ON ME! So clearly I bought it that day and am still obsessed with it and dont ever want to take it off even though I got married a month ago! It was clear the staff just wanted me to be happy and were trying to figure out more of what I would love. They guided me towards a dress that was not at all what I had sourced for myself and - of course - that I absolutely fell in love with and felt very “me”. The experience was very intimate and my family got to participate. Bonus points for my mom crying happy tears when she saw the dress they picked for me to try! The whole staff was knowledgeable and worked together. Heather gave me wedding day advice on enjoying the moment and even teared up and gave me a hug.
