Amazing experience from the first phone call! Aidan was so professional and kind and I cannot believe I found my dress so effortlessly! The gowns are all designed by Jenna and are exquisite. Definitely an upgrade from a ‘factory store’ experience which I had just come from in town. I loved the one on one and my dress is stunning, adorned with lace from France. It was affordable and very classy. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to find their perfect dress!

Made an appointment just to see what I liked, never excepted to find THE dress! Getting the pleasure of working one on one with Jenna from Jenna in White however made finding the dress of my dreams a reality within minutes! She truly listened to what I wanted, let me try on what I thought would be perfect, then picked for me the most beautiful gown that fits like a glove in all the right places! I was so unsure walking in, however I left with the most confidence, the biggest smile and the best glow all because of her kind, fun and amazing heart! Also love the phone call from Jenna before my appointment as well as the ability to text her inspo photos before so that she could see what I was thinking! I’m so happy she instead had the most perfect dress picked out that was no where close to what I thought would look good on me!

I bought my dress here during an off the rack sale. It was supposed to be a 15 minute appointment that somehow turned into closer to an hour with me getting to try on several dresses and ultimately walking out with the dress of my dreams! The sales associate is gorgeous, but she made me feel like the most beautiful girl in the world! Everything was very clean and very professional. And even though my appointment was quick, I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome!

I had a wonderful experience with Nella. Everything felt very personal and supportive. There was no rush and Nella gave excellent advice and I did not feel pressured. I would strongly recommend visiting if you are looking for an intimate experience.

Nice little shop and very friendly owner. I thought all of the dresses I tried on were lovely, they just weren’t “the one”. My consultant told me that I would “never find the one” ….after this experience I was totally discouraged and sad. I also did not like that I was restricted to the little stage. I wanted to walk around and sit down in a dress that I would be potentially wearing for half a day.

Jenna in White is an absolutely fabulous salon! I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed throughout the entire appointment and the ladies were so kind that I worked with (thank you Nelle!). They asked me what I was interested in over the phone and had me send photo inspirations prior to the appointment which helped a lot with decisions. I was recommended to this place by a friend and would absolutely recommend to others as well! So happy I said yes to the dress here!

Everyone here was excellent! When I booked an appointment to look here, they requested I send inspo pictures and they were able to find dresses that matched my examples so well! They made me feel extremely comfortable trying dresses on and offered really help feedback. Even some good tips/tricks for the dress on the day of! They have such a wide variety of selections for all different sizes, which was great. Would definitely check them out!

I had an amazing experience at Jenna In White in Berkley!! The staff members are SO kind, SO helpful and super friendly. I found my dream dress and I am SO excited to walk down the aisle at my wedding in my dress from Jenna In White - Thank you Renee @ the Berkley location - You are the BEST!! I went to Jenna in white after going to another bridal shop, and the whole visit felt like a competition for them to beat my top dresses at the other location. After I’d try a dress on, they’d say , “so did we knock out any of the dresses from the other place?” My mom got told to not touch the dresses, and I was forced to try on dresses that I knew I did not like. When my group and I left, we all agreed it felt like a bullying vibe. I was very disappointed because I heard good things prior to going. I would not recommend this bridal store to anyone.

I can only say positive things about my experience with Renee and Jenna in White. I was very in between the type of dress/style I wanted for my wedding. Renee took one look at me and knew the style that I would look amazing in. Every dress she pulled was not only stunning the style was what I was looking for and every dress complimented my shape. I just ordered my dress from here! Jenna and Renee helped me feel so beautiful and were so kind. I only tried on a few dresses and found the one I’ll be getting married in! My only complaints was the amount of people you can bring with you as I have 5 bridesmaids I wanted to bring but I was only allowed 4 guests, and that my guests weren’t allowed to pick out or touch any dresses for me to try on. Other than that, it was perfect.

Gowns are all very pretty. I had Renee help me with mine. I ended up purchasing an off the rack dress to fit my budget. The only thing I wished is that the alterations process was explained better. I know they do not do alterations there but I feel a little uneasy with not knowing if the dress can be altered to fit me. Or how they would alter the dress if they had any idea to at least guide me with that. Also wish I was shown more veils I was only given the option between two. I found out after looking at my dress online through the designer website that there is two separate shoulder options and neither of these were discussed. It would have been nice to know I could purchase something for the arms even though it was off the rack since I did ask for a dress with something on the arm. Not sure if that was not mentioned because it was off the rack or not. I was also sent home without the corset tie to my back and had to call and get a replacement. Jenna in White was a nice experience and they leave all brides feeling amazing. I just wish I did not feel so rushed and things were discussed a little more in detail. Renee was very nice and sweet to deal with and she did make me feel comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience at Jenna in White! I came in for their off-the-rack sale, didn't gravitate toward any in my size, but fell in love with a gown that Renee pulled for me. I was very nervous and yet Renee was able to read my reactions and find the wedding gown for me. I tried on 8 dresses and chose dress number 7. We completed this all in 30 minutes or so! I enjoyed the intimate store and how I felt I was a priority the entire time. I didn't think I'd pick a gown on the first day, but now I can't stop looking at pictures of it!

This was my first experience ever wedding dress shopping and my consultant Renee made it very memorable and special. I highly recommend coming to Jenna in White if you want a personal and east experience. I felt very comfortable, supported, and confident with Renee. She really advocated for me and what dress I wanted and how it made ME feel. She also made sure to include my 8yr old niece in the process which was really nice. I did say yes to the dress at the end of my experience.

I had a horrible experience shopping at Jenna in White in Berkley. I worked with Heather, who is the manager of the store, and from beginning to end, the staff was rude and pushy. They were extremely impatient because they wanted to close for the day and made me feel very rushed in my appointment. I ended up being pushed into purchasing a dress that was in no way what I was looking for. I am hoping to be able to sell the dress I purchased here and move past this frustrating and stressful experience. I highly recommend wedding dress shopping somewhere else, and would definitely not recommend this store to anyone I know.

Jenna and her staff are absolutely amazing! I had such a wonderful experience working with her. Filled with laughs and great conversation, plus she always made sure I was absolutely comfortable! With just talking to me and a few inspiration pictures prior to my appointment she knew exactly what to pull! I felt not only confident but also beautiful, Jenna just knew exactly what I wanted in the short time we got to know each other. Needless to say, I said YES to the dress and couldn't be more excited or happier! Truly an amazing dress shop! My sister and friend both got their dresses from Jenna in White and I knew this was where I would find mine. I called and Jenna listened to all of my requests and was able to get me in quickly. I worked with Renee for my appointment and again she listened to everything I wanted/didn't want and respected my price range. She pulled quite a few dresses for me and the first few were so pretty but not what I wanted. She was determined to find me a dress and she did! She pulled a beautiful gown that made me feel so comfortable and I was able to take it home that day. All of the women that were working that day were so incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress!!

Jenna & her team were an absolute dream to work with. She talked me through the process with so much enthusiasm, worked with me on my budget, pulled absolutely INCREDIBLE dresses, and ultimately sent me home with my dream dress and loads of friendly, helpful advice. 10/10 would recommend to any bride!

When I was looking at inspo pictures online, I knew I needed to check out Jenna in White in Holland! From the moment we walked in, Shana was very helpful, understanding and made us feel very welcome. Once I described to Shana what I was looking for, she immediately knew which dress would be mine. Jenna in White has an amazing selection for every bride, I would highly recommend!

Everybody at Jenna In White was so nice and so helpful and absolutely wonderful with helping me find my dream dress; especially Amy who was my main stylist during my appointment. They were also super accommodating when I realized I left a sentimental piece of jewelry at their shop and made time for me to be able to come pick it up. I can’t wait for my dress to come in!!

This was the 5th place I went to look for dresses. I really wanted an A line, but I am short and curvy and everywhere I went put me in A lines that looked terrible on my body type. I was thinking I would have to settle with a fitted dress (which are beautiful too, just not what I was envisioning for my wedding day), and then I went to Jenna in White. I told them literally all of the above, and the sales woman, Heather, was basically like "I got you girl," and the first dress she pulled was the MOST PERFECT A LINE DRESS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE and, kicker, IT LOOKED AMAZING ON ME! So clearly I bought it that day and am still obsessed with it and dont ever want to take it off even though I got married a month ago! Heather was so warm and welcoming, she was also fun and excited to be working with me to find my dress! I highly recommend this place and their beautiful dresses!

The only dress shop I went to as a bride and I would go back and do it over and over again. The staff at Jenna in White, Heather specifically who helped my find my dress, are absolutely amazing! I came in with a vision and left with a completely different dress that I ever thought I would wear. I ordered my dress at Jenna in White. Everyone was so patient and fun! They did not rush me, or make me feel like I was just a sale. After trying on quite a few dresses similar to ones I had seen online, nothing was very exciting when I put it on. I was getting discouraged about my decision. It was clear the staff just wanted me to be happy and were trying to figure out more of what I would love. They guided me towards a dress that was not at all what I had sourced for myself and - of course - that I absolutely fell in love with and felt very “me”. The experience was very intimate and my family got to participate. Bonus points for my mom crying happy tears when she saw the dress they picked for me to try! The whole staff was knowledgeable and worked together. Heather gave me wedding day advice on enjoying the moment and even teared up and gave me a hug. It’s obvious she loves what she does, and she is great at it! Overall a very fun, no pressure situation! Trust these experts with your wedding dress decision!

Jenna in White was absolutely wonderful to work with. Ahead of the appointment Heather had me send over inspiration photos and when it came time for the appointment she had several dresses ready for me to try on. The second dress was incredible and the dress I ended up purchasing. Heather was not pushy and listened to my feedback and you can tell she loves her job and is amazing at it! After this appointment I went to two other salons in Birmingham and the service and dresses did not compare to what was at Jenna in White. I would recommend this salon to anyone getting married!

I went dress shopping here today and was honestly dreading the experience. I lost my mother 8 years ago and I recently put on a few pounds from a medication and do not like how i look at the moment. When I called to schedule an appointment, Heather was SO FRIENDLY and reassured me that it will be fine. She asked me what I wanted and told me she already had a few dresses in mind. When I got there, she found the dresses and made me feel really comfortable. I ended up finding my dress at this appointment, and she said that this was the dress she was thinking of on the phone. Heather is AMAZING at her job. You need to come to Jenna in White and I guarantee you will find your dress!!!!!!

I had the best experience at the Berkley location with Heather! She is phenomenal at her job and truly made it a one of a kind experience. I had dresses in mind that I wanted to try. She picked a couple specifically she thought would look good on me. Sure enough, her pick and the second one I tried on, was my yes dress! She was patient with me and really took the time to make sure the dress I chose was one I loved in every way. Went to the Holland location, and the employee there was great! She was very patient in helping me find just what I wanted, and was almost as happy as I was when I found the right one! I never felt any pressure from her to buy from her either.

Where do I even begin? I went to Jenna in White based off of two recommendations and let me just be the first to say that I am glad that I did. I called to make my appointment over the phone and spoke with Heather, who I could tell was the most sweetest kind-hearted person who really was in love with every aspect of her job. She did not disappoint when I met her in-person, where she was my bridal consultant for the duration of my appointment. She was so helpful in every way, knew exactly what she was talking about with each of the dresses and she knew the inventory like the back of her hand. She knew exactly what dresses to pick out for me to try on based on one phone conversation and WOW was she spot on. I said YES to my dress at Jenna in White all thanks to Heather, who was the most personable human being and had us all in tears at the end of the appointment just by talking about how much this job meant to her. I highly recommend and I cannot WAIT to say I DO in this dress!

My experience at Jenna in White was amazing.
