The only person who wasn’t nice to me on my wedding day was Jenni V. From the minute I arrived at the church, I got the impression Jenni had no desire to be there. When well mea...ning guests tried to get photos, stepping in her shot, she did not redirect them, instead glaring at them until I awkwardly asked them to move. To me this is a standard task of a photographer & not something a Bride should do. When we arrived at the venue, my mom actually had to ask her to take pictures of us all in the bridal suite, which she seemed annoyed by, strangely. She took a few shots of us as the night went on, but it was not a comfortable or cozy vibe. Her partner Jess was very friendly and seemed to be overcompensating for Jenni’s cool demeanor. I eventually agreed to quick pics in front of the sweetheart table which I did not initially want but I felt it was my only option based on how Jenni was treating me & my guests. She then spent a few hours taking pictures of my guests rather than follow me or my husband and I did not see her until she abruptly came up to me only to say very RUDELY “I have 15 minutes if you want any more pictures.” Her tone was so jarring, I responded “No, we are all set, I guess.” She could tell I was offended and tried to soften the blow, but at that point it was too late… who wants their picture taken by someone who doesn’t seem to like them or want to be there? The pictures came out OK but it’s clear she didn’t want to be there even by the shots.. not moving chairs in church lobby etc. Who wants pictures of the table settings? I specifically said I did not. Don’t not hire her.
