edi. I had nothing but problems with the bookings. I showed up for trial updo and they lost my appt. I had to come back next weekend and they charged me when it was supposed to be free. I was refunded the money when I called up to speak to a manager. 2 out of 3 of the bridesmaids got their hair done there also, the 3rd we cancelled 4 TIMES! Everytime I called it was still in the system with my credit card on file. When she didn't show up, I would've been charged for it even though we cancelled. The day before I was scheduled for a mani but when one of my girls called to confirm for me it was down as a pedi! The girls at the desk need to get their stuff together...It wasn't like a huge bridal party with lots of appts. to get messed up. The stylists did a wonderful job the day of though. My hair and makeup were perfect. They know what they are doing, just the bookeeping is all messed up.
