Hands down the BEST decision we made during our wedding planning journey. I truly could not have imagined going through the planning process without Jennifer to guide me. After our first meeting, Jennifer took my vision and ran with it. She completely understood the vision and fully brought it to life the day of our wedding. Michelle, Lauren, and Milly the day of the wedding were an absolute dream come true. Everyone couldn't believe how calm I was, but what is there to stress about when I have this crew! Please do yourself the biggest favor and hire Jennifer and team for your wedding. You won't regret it!!!
When I say that Jennifer and her team were worth every penny, I mean they were worth Every. Single. Penny! As our wedding coordinator, they took over two months before with all of our vendors - with meticulous attention to detail. They asked all of the right questions (even questions around any family dynamics they had to be aware of) in order for them to be as informed as possible to make our day so special and worry free. Our wedding day was perfect - in no small part because of them. They were attentive, so helpful, and took care of EVERYTHING (right down to some minor issues that remained minor because they were so professional and top notch). Anything we needed - they were right there to assist. Above all, they were a dream to work with/spend the day with - they were so friendly, radiated excitement/positivity, and professionalism. We truly were worry-free leading up to and throughout our wedding because we knew we had Jennifer & her team. I can't thank them enough! Firstly, if you're a bride reading this—HIRE THE COORDINATOR AND HIRE JENNIFER B EVENTS! It was, without a doubt, the best investment I made, and worth every penny! I truly can’t express enough how amazing our experience was with Jennifer and her team. From start to finish, everything was absolutely phenomenal! Jen has been in this industry a while and knows exactly what she is doing.
First and foremost, communication was top-notch from the very beginning. I never had to wait for a response, which was such a relief, especially as we got closer to the wedding. Jen and Michelle took charge, reaching out to all of my vendors to ensure everything was aligned. The paperwork they provided was thorough and detail-oriented, helping everything run smoothly on the big day.
Jen also guided us through our rehearsal at the church, ensuring everything went as planned which ended up being much needed. On wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing—exactly what I needed after months of planning. Jen and Michelle arrived to my getting ready location punctually and handled everything from setting up my detail items for the photographer to making sure all my bridesmaids’ dresses were steamed, organized on individual hangers, and ready to go with no straps or strings. They even helped our moms get dressed and me get dressed and looking picture perfect. Overall, I just showed up and they took care of everything. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and I was blown away by how seamless everything was. Jen even worked closely with the photographer and videographer to ensure we got all the shots I requested.
When we left the getting ready location, all of my things were packed up and already put on the bus for me. Nothing was left behind. All gratuities were distributed. The ceremony setup was gorgeous, and Jen and Michelle kept everything on track, from managing the wedding party to making sure the ceremony started on time. My dress never hit the ground, it was always fluffed for photos and they even held my bouquet for me at times when it got a little too heavy. Once we arrived at the venue, everything was just as we had planned—stunning and perfect.
One of the standout moments to me was how Jen and Michelle set up our place cards on the champagne glasses, which I know took a lot of time and care. Jen’s timeline was flawless and accounted for every last detail. The entire day went off without a hitch, and I honestly can’t imagine how we would have managed without them. Even now, our family, wedding party, and guests are still raving about how amazing they were.

Hiring Jennifer B was single-handledly the best decision and investment we made for our wedding. From meeting with her prior to the wedding, to the actual wedding day Jennifer (and Michelle) were FANTASTIC. She was recommended to us by our photographer and I am so glad we found her. They had me at the walkie-talkies and ear-pieces they use to communicate the entire wedding day (they even brought one for our photographer!!!!) - this made them even more organized especially because we had a very spread out wedding venue. Of course it rained on our wedding day, and Jennifer and Michelle were ready with umbrellas and were completely unphased by it. A few things didn’t go as planned for our wedding day which made things extremely stressful, but Jennifer and Michelle were totally on top of it. From Jennifer peeling off the stickers on the bottom of my shoes (didn’t even think of this!!!), to Michelle ironing my dad’s tux shirt, to trimming the frays off my husbands bow tie, no detail was spared. There were probably other things she and Michelle fixed on our wedding day that I am not even aware of, but that's how amazing they are. Would recommend Jennifer B Events to any bride getting married and they would be absolutely lucky to have their coordination services!
We can’t thank Jennifer and her team enough for making our wedding day absolutely amazing! From our first meeting, Jennifer was so friendly and reassuring, which made the whole planning process feel way less overwhelming. Jennifer truly cares and helps you with every step. Whatever you decide to hire her for, she’s going to put 110% into it. Her attention to detail and care of what she’s planning is the best in the business. She truly is an exceptional planner. Jennifer has the best contacts in the business. Specifically, for us, florals, and day of stationary. When my husband and I came with a specific vision, Jennifer immediately had the best florist and stationary vendors in mind that she knew could make everything come to life! Not only did Jennifer and Michelle think of every little detail regarding signage, place settings etc., but also little details that a bride would never think of, especially during such a stressful time. Michelle and Jennifer were just a phone call/text/email away and they always responded quickly. It was reassuring to know that they were always there for us even when we had the smallest of questions. Going to each meeting with vendors was easy and literally Jennifer knew exactly what I was thinking without having to say anything. She knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn’t. On our wedding day, everything that we discussed with Jennifer over a two-year span came to life, down to the smallest detail. She really took the time to understand our vision, but us as a couple as well. Both my husband and I felt like we knew her and her team for years! Lynn and Katie were outstanding. Lynn came to my rehearsal at the church and handled everything professionally, had taken notes and made sure that my family and I were happy with scheduling and overall organization of how the church would be for the big day. Both Lynn and Katie were my go-to the whole entire wedding. While Jennifer was executing the day perfectly, there was Lynn and Katie making sure that I was prepared, makeup fixed up, photos were being done and most importantly making sure that the timeline was be done according to plan. They did that and more. I love Jennifer, Michelle, Lynn, and Katie so much. I really don’t know what I would have done without them. Because of them, my husband I had absolutely no worries the day of. We can’t recommend her and her team enough!!
Just wow!! There are not enough good things I can say about Jen and her team. They are insanely talented and made our day so magical and care free. I don’t have much design knowledge or experience and gave Jen full control, she did not disappoint. she’s creative, kind and just overall an amazing person, planner and now friend. Just hire her and her team, you will not be disappointed.
We hired Jennifer for our day-of coordinator and found it extremely useful to have her organize our vendors and timeline. This is the part I found most stressful about wedding planning, so it was helpful to have someone do this part for us. Jennifer sent Michelle and Katie as our day-of assistants and they were truly my fairy godmothers. They were so sweet and so helpful and literally had EVERYTHING we needed (like magic). There are so many things that happen day of that you just cannot predict (such as my MOH's dress unravelling or my dad forgetting to shave that morning) and Michelle and Katie had sewing kits and razors ready to go and fixed everything in five minutes. Anything I or my bridal party needed help with (dress or shoe issues, hair and makeup fixes, blood sugar issues, overheating, literally anything), Michelle and Katie handled it so quickly and flawlessly. Truly if anything was going wrong I don't even think I would have known it was happening because they had it handled. Having them there meant everyone could relax and go with the flow. It was so stressful planning everything in advance (I am not type A or detail oriented) that I had my doubts about what would happen on my wedding day, but I would not even think about doing another event without day-of coordinators like Michelle and Katie. All the planning in advance was worth it to be able to enjoy my day the way I did.
Jennifer B and her staff (I had Michelle and Jess who were just lovely) was beyond helpful from start to finish. I did not have to think or worry about anything from flowers to lip gloss on the day of the wedding! What an amazing feeling to just get ready with my girls and relax. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Booking Jen and her team as my day-of coordinators was the smartest decision I made for the wedding. They weren't just coordinators; they were lifesavers. Jen dove deep before the wedding, understanding my vision and crafting a minute-by-minute plan. She even provided organizers and checklists that kept me sane throughout the process. These became their "playbook" for the big day, ensuring everything flowed flawlessly. Jen helped prep everything prior to the event, but my actual day-of coordinators were Michelle and Lauren. The moment Michelle and Lauren arrived, my stress vanished--these ladies were able to anticipate my needs before I even knew what I needed. They seamlessly took over everything--from handling the vendors to ensuring my home was photo ready--they had it covered. Michelle, a magician disguised as a coordinator, had a Mary Poppins bag filled with solutions - even tackling a makeup stain on my dress (which of course happened immediately after putting it on). Their expertise extended far beyond my well-being. When surprise guests arrived (more than we planned for!), Michelle swooped in like a BOSS. She revamped the seating chart, accommodating everyone without me ever knowing there was an issue. Lauren never left my side to ensure I was always comfortable, that my hair/makeup/dress looked impeccable, and that I was always in the know of everything that was going on. She ensured I was always taken care of while Michelle handled any fires that arose. These incredible women made my wedding day perfect. I can't thank Jen, Michelle, and Lauren enough!

I truly don't know what we would have done without this team. Jen knows (HAHA) I have a tough time 'letting go' as a bride and she truly made sure I was able to do just that and enjoy the entire weekend stress-free. Constantly over communicating with vendors, family members, bridal parties, etc. to make sure everything was absolutely perfect and running according to plan. Everything from the detailed timeline, to helping me carry my dress all over NYC to take pictures, cleaning/steaming my dress to ensure it was always perfect and wrinkle free, making sure my husband and I were feeling good at all times, organizing every little detail, solving any hiccups without stress... words don't do it justice. Having her there on behalf on my husband and I made all the difference... You won't regret having her on your side for one of the most important days of your life! I had Jennifer and Michelle as my day of coordinators and oh my God, they were a Godsend! Literally the reason I was calm and able to enjoy every moment of the day. The venue would ask me questions, which normally would stress me out, but Jennifer would take over so I could just focus on myself. They made sure everything was on track time wise, made sure myself and my hubby and our families and bridal party was taken care of. They literally helped me tape my boobs when I felt like things were off with my dress and helped me with my outfit change into my traditional outfit.
I even had an annoying person in my bridal party (annoying is understatement) but Michelle and Jennifer kept that person in check.
My husband didn’t see the point of a DOC, and I was hesitant at first, but omg we ended up tipping them extra because of how amazing they were.
Jennifer and her team started their work before the actual wedding and I loved how organized and detailed she was. We went over everything over emails and zoom meetings. I felt confident leaving one of my biggest days in my life in her hands and I was so right to feel that way!
I cannot thank her and Michelle and their amazing team enough.

Jennifer made my wedding day stress-free! Jen is easy to work with, she was amazing to work with leading up to my wedding as well. She answered all of my questions/ calls and texts. The day of my wedding, she was on top of her game communicating with all of my vendors. I highly recommend booking Jennifer!! PS- her whole team is fantastic to work with as well!!

Jennifer and her assistant Alex were incredible. I wasn't sure at first if hiring a day of coordinator was something I really needed, but I DEFINITELY do not regret it. I am extremely picky and I knew I would be worried about all the small stuff the day of my wedding, and wouldn't be able to enjoy myself. Hiring Jennifer was one of the best things I did. She is extremely organized and helped make the last few months of planning go smoothly. Jennifer and Alex showed up the morning of, ready to go. I was unhappy with my bouquet and she was able to fix it and make it exactly how I wanted. There were so many small things she took care of that day, that I would have never thought of. She worked so well with all of the vendors and made sure everything was executed perfectly. I can thank Jennifer and Alex for helping to make my wedding day perfect and stress free. If you're thinking about hiring a day of coordinator, DO IT.
If you want to have a wedding that exceeds all expectations and a planner that understands your vision better than you do, look no further than Jennifer B Events!!! Jennifer and her team did a phenomenal job at my wedding! I got engaged about 2 years before my wedding so Jennifer and I worked together for a while. She was always super attentive and helped keep me on schedule. She also has an amazing network of vendors that she regularly works with so picking specific vendors for each category was very difficult because of all the tremendous choices!! I even ended up bringing in some vendors that Jennifer had not yet worked with, but that proved to be a seamless process as well. The day of my wedding Jennifer and her team were there for us every step of the way. Anything I needed or any question I had was taken care of within minutes. There was a lot up in the air by the wedding date when it came to the decor and florals, and I really had to trust Jennifer and the florist to create what I was envisioning for my ballroom. They did that ten fold. I think Jennifer ended up understanding my vision better than I did myself because I truly could not have envisioned a better outcome when it came to design!!! Special shout out to Michelle who was a star in her own right, but who was like a godsend for mine and my bridesmaids many wardrobe malfunctions! My guests and I had an incredible time that I know could not have been accomplished without Jennifer and her team!!!!!

We hired Jennifer for DOC and from our first call I knew we were in amazing hands. She is so organized and on top of everything! I have a very type A personality and I crave organization so I knew we would be a perfect match when we spoke.
Michelle was my DOC working the day of my wedding assisted by Shannon… WOW!!! I didn’t have to lift a finger! These girls were constantly 10 steps ahead of me. The main issue of my day was my wedding dress. The alterations weren’t perfect and it didn’t really fit and I was so uncomfortable… they went above and beyond taping everything and fixing the straps a million times to make sure I felt and looked stunning. When me and my husband were outside taking pics before the ceremony my shoes and dress got filthy with mud.. I was so stressed but these girls had it… they were scrubbing my dress and cleaning my shoes while my hair and makeup team were touching me up.
Everything was perfect.. if anything went wrong I still have no idea about it
These women were straight up my fairy god mothers and besties for the day
I owe them so much gratitude for helping to make the day sooo special

We hired Jennifer B Events as a day of coordinator for our daughters wedding. All of her services from the months leading up to the day of were impeccable! She provided so much support, guidance and direction to help make the wedding day go seamlessly.
On the actual day- Lynne was our day of coordinator along with her assistant Antoinetta. Both were so attentive and helpful.
Lynne was absolutely the best!!! She kept track of all the moving pieces and then some. We were able to relax and enjoy our daughters wedding knowing that JBE and her team had EVERYTHING under control.

I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer and her team for partial planning and day of coordination. When I booked a vineyard wedding, I had so many ideas and knew I needed someone I could trust to help bring all of my visions to life. Jennifer listened to all of my ideas and helped me hone in on what we wanted the day and night to look and feel like from start to finish - and then proceeded to bring that vibe to life beyond my wildest dreams. She has an amazing eye for design and impeccable taste - and she helped me pick the most amazing vendors to trust with my vision. I had a stress free morning knowing Jennifer was at our venue making sure every detail was perfect and just as I pictured. Michelle and Lynne completed our team and made sure our entire day went off without a hitch. Michelle was at my side all day anticipating my every need, fluffing my train and making sure I looked perfect in every photo, while Lynne was attending to anything the parents and bridal party needed and making sure everything stayed on track. They were able to handle every situation from suit stains, buttons popping, dress bustling, dodging raindrops, and even following our antique car on our long drive out east incase of a break down, all while keeping a 24 person bridal party in check - and we could not have imagined our day without them. We can not thank this team enough for making our day absolutely perfect!!!
Where do I even begin… if you know me you know when it comes to events I’m a little noratic and controlling..lol & so my daughter convinced me to hire a planner. Jennifer & her team are the most detailed ,efficient, organized.personable,patient accommodating & hands down sweetest people to work with. My daughters shower became the dream I created in my mind…wouldn’t look any other place..believe me they will work magic! Onto the wedding!!❤️

I hired JBE for my April wedding. I loved how she displays the details of her work. This immediately showed me her work is spectacular! When I tell you Jennifer, valentina, and Michelle delivered I mean it. It rained and they immediately took over the timeline and had a plan. Moreover, my guests were sooo pleased with Jennifer and team! They were amazed at the level of service and decoration provided at my wedding. 10/10 service, decor, responsive, and excited with you.

The first thing I did in the wedding planning process was book JBE! I was introduced to Jennifer a few years prior as she planned my sisters off-premise wedding in 2020. When we chose to have our wedding at my in-laws farm, we knew we couldn't make it happen without Jennifer and team!
Throughout the whole process, Jennifer and Valentina helped guide us in our planning journey- never missing a beat or a single detail. JBE provides so many helpful tools, checklists and more to make sure you are on track. Being that our wedding was not in your typical venue, there were SO many moving parts as we were transforming an empty barn into our venue. Jennifer and Valentina helped us get options for caterers, rentals, staffing and more that were in line with our vision and budget, while providing honest feedback and direction to help us in our decision making.
Jennifer made multiple site visits to our family farm in NJ during the planning process to walk through the space and discuss the details of the day while answering any questions and concerns we had. In the lead up to wedding, Jennifer and Valentina helped to keep things as stress free as possible. They created a super detailed timeline for the day and took care of all vendor confirmation, allowing my fiance and I to focus on last minute DIY projects and appointments.
On the day of, our family, friends and guests were blown away by our event and the transformation of the barn. The space was everything we wanted and the day was truly magical. Our family and bridal party still continue to rave about Jennifer and Valentina. Their professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. Valentina was by my side all day making sure I drank water, ate and had fresh lip gloss when I needed it. She was also so fun to be around and kept me at ease, helping to coordinate the timeline with our photographer, shuttle driver and was always communicating to Jennifer who was holding things down at the farm with the setup! When the night was over I was sad to know we wouldn't be speaking to Jennifer and Valentina as frequently! They truly are the best and made everyone feel relaxed on a day that could have been so stressful- especially being that it was at my in-laws farm.
Most importantly, my husband and I were truly able to enjoy ourselves during our wedding day knowing JBE had everything covered! If you are looking for a planner or day of coordinator, Jennifer and her team are for you! They are top notch and will make your dream day come to life.

Valentina and Shannon were my day of assistant coordinators and they couldn’t have made me feel more at-ease. They both were vital in making sure the morning ran smoothly whether it was handling the floral delivery, helping the photographer, or even making sure my lipgloss was properly reapplied. I could not have asked for a better team. If you think you don’t need a wedding planner— think again!! JBE is the best.
I spent months searching and interviewing a half dozen wedding planners in an attempt to find the perfect match. Jennifer is the real deal, she delivers a curated, organized service that helps you create your dream wedding with less stress. From ironing out the design details to talking through dynamics of guest, Jennifer has seen it all and knows what to do. She will tell you when to save your money, when you are overthinking something and how to prioritize. Her team is just as good as she is, especially Valentina who really got involved in the last 6 months. I would advise trusting the process, Jennifer and her team will never steer you wrong, including when to start on the next thing on your list.
On the day of the wedding, my anxiety was at a high and Jennifer & Valentina were so supportive. They even made sure I always had a water or tea in my hand to calm my nerves. Every guest said it was one of the best wedding they have been to. All of my bridesmaids were blown away by how organized they were. Some are even considering hiring her for their wedding.
Honestly, Jennifer B Events is a staple in the LI wedding world. You should try to hirer her before you pick you venue and do the full planning (I did partial, but wish I had her sooner). Stop searching, and call Jennifer.
We hired JBE as a day of coordinator for our wedding in December and worked with Jennifer & Valentina. They were worth every single penny. My goal was to be fully present and able to actually enjoy my wedding and they insured that happened. They were so helpful leading up to the day with communicating & confirming all the vendors and creating a timeline (and executing that timeline!), they even reached out to all my bridesmaids with all day of information.
On the day of the wedding they kept everyone in check and made everything I wanted happen exactly as I wanted it, if there was an issue they handled it. They even handed out hand warmers during our outdoor photos. It was truly the best day and I credit them not only for making it happen but for allowing me to enjoy every moment with my husband and our loved ones. If you are on the fence, DO IT. My mom and sisters rolled their eyes at me when I first told them I hired a day of coordinator and now they all understand why and agree it was the BEST thing. My sisters (and MOHs) both said “wow I didn’t have to do anything they did everything!” If you want a stress-free day for not only you but your entire wedding party, you need Jennifer!!

When I started planning my wedding I told my husband I needed a day of coordinator because everyone on the facebook bride pages told me I needed one. Originally he was confused as to what a day of coordinator actually was, but of course he hired her anyways (because happy wife happy life). When I tell you I would not have been able to get through my wedding without Jennifer and Valentina I am not even exaggerating. If you are looking for a day of coordinator or wedding planner you need to book her immediately. When we had our first meeting she immediately won me over... she had me at excel spreadsheets.. Not only is she super organized, but her team is so on point with responding to e-mails and dealing with the craziness you go through as a bride. Leading up to my wedding I felt completely at ease, and the day of I was blown away. When I tell you I had a million vendors and there were so many moving parts, the day of went so smoothly I did not have to lift a finger. She knew what I wanted to do before I even had to ask, and was always ten steps ahead of me. I honestly felt so at ease the day of and she had the entire bridal party, family members, and my crew of vendors in check. She really is a master at what she does and I knows exactly what to expect at every single moment. I have nothing but good things to say about Jennifer & her team. We hired Jennifer to plan our wedding over a year out and she
did not disappoint. She is detail oriented, professional, but also knows how to keep it real & fun. You can tell that she really knows her stuff and adapts the wedding planning experience for each of her brides based on their personalities / tastes. When I explained to her my vision, she totally got it and developed a 'look book' to provide me with inspiration for each aspect of the wedding. She helped us secure vendors based on people she knows / loves to work with. She kept a very detailed 'to-do' list and financial tracker to make sure we stayed in budget. It was such an enjoyable experience.
That said, the day of the wedding was when Jennifer & team (Lynne & Valentina) really shined. When Lynne and Valentina showed up at the venue they immediately got to work making sure everything was set up for the photographer & videographer. We did not have to lift a finger - and could be rest assured the ENTIRE DAY that they had it covered. They clearly knew what they were doing and had a system to make sure that everything was accounted for.
In addition, despite having a close family member pass the morning of our wedding, Jennifer showed up to our venue on time with a smile and executed all plans perfectly. When I provided feedback that I didn't like how the flowers were turning out, she immediately got involved and got them fixed. She made sure the bridal party and family members knew where they needed to be and when and that our whole wedding timeline (which she developed by the minute) happened perfectly. My family and friends adored her and we would definitely hire her for another event in the future!! Our wedding would not have been nearly as fun, stress free or seamless without her and her team there!! Thank you so much Jennifer <3

Jennifer B and her team are truly the best in the business. Both Jennifer and Valentina were my day of coordinators and I was blown away with their attention to detail, and their professionalism.
Leading up to the wedding they were the point of contact for all my vendors to confirm timing, details, etc. I didn’t have to worry about any vendor needing information because Jennifer and Valentina were on top of it. They called me a few days before to confirm everything was all set, and it took so much stress off my plate knowing they already took care of everything. On the day of, every vendor was perfectly set up, everyone had what they needed and I didn't have to worry about one thing.
Jennifer and Valentina also made sure all my bridesmaids were aware of the schedule and how the day would unfold. They sent out an email to my girls the week before, so everyone had all the information they needed. There were 12 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen. It was a lot of people to keep track of but Jennifer and Valentina made sure everyone was lined up perfectly at the church, where they needed to be for pictures, on the bus on time, all while keeping the energy high and making sure everyone was having fun. My girls LOVED getting to spend the morning with Jennifer and Valentina. They are all hiring JBE for their weddings after seeing Jennifer and Valentina in action.
Jennifer and Valentina kept the day moving smoothly. Everyone always says things will go wrong on your wedding day and you can't let it upset you, but not one thing went wrong. The day was truly perfect.
At one point my overnight bag was misplaced bc I couldn't remember where I left it. I told Jennifer and Valentina and they immediately knew where it was. They kept immaculate tabs on everyone and everything throughout the day. With their help, pictures went quickly and smoothly. I messed up my makeup from crying (happy tears) and Jennifer perfectly fixed it. Valentina was ready all day with extra bobby-pins for me. I could go on and on. There are so many personal moments on your wedding day that they were so respectful and mindful of. They made sure my dress, veil, bouquet, jewelry, hair looked perfect and fresh all day.
They’re also so sweet and funny, they are the best people to have around you the morning of your wedding! You need to hire them and you’re guaranteed to have a perfect wedding.

I had been following Jennifer B Events on Instagram for years and knew that when the day came where I got engaged I had to have her. Fast forward to April 2021 and it happened I got engaged and immediately reached out once our date was booked for 7.2.2022. Hubby and I both knew we wanted to hire help for Day Of and that we only wanted THE BEST! And she is just that THE BEST! Over the year I was able to keep her number on speed dial she helped calm my nerves, point me in the right direction and overall became not just our planner but our friend. She helped mitigate all of our stresses and advise us what we needed or what we could do without a real straight shooter. When the day came let me tell you it was seamless. She rallied the troops, rallied the vendors, and made everyone part of her show she was truly the ring leader. Not to mention how sensitive she was to my husbands needs that day which truly meant the world to us. To this day everyone has told me how perfect the wedding was and I know it’s mostly in part to having Jennifer and her assistants Michelle and Shannon with us. And I quote “Your event coordinate is incredible good thing you had her”. Michelle was with me for most of the day and she made sure my dress was bustled my face wasn’t too shiny and that I always stayed hydrated. Shannon was to help my husband and his guys the morning before the church - and their personalities couldn’t have meshed better. He still talks about how much of a pip she was and how she got everything done… even fireworks in our backyard (Love you Shannon)!

I hired Jennifer to help with most of the Wedding Planning leading up to the wedding & Day Of Coordinating. Ofcourse the wedding turned out spectacular. It is like getting to collab with an artist and make something together that you never thought you could do alone... because you cant!!! You get to go through your day knowing you have an entire team making your wishes come true so you can be as present as possible. Jen is there to make sure all the vendors you hired get delivered, set up, and paid. And also...to make your vision come to life, and make sure you got what you ordered!!! I cannot wait to sit back and watch Jen continue to build her empire. I will never stop bragging about her and what we accomplished together. I truly feel she is my friend now, I mean she puts up with you during your ugliest, most stressed out moments...and is so understanding. She is both a friend and a professional to bounce ideas off of, reassure your decisions, talk you off a ledge, give advice when needed, point you in a direction you want to go, and someone who is just in your corner during this beautiful yet DIFFICULT process. The absolute BEST!! I hired Jennifer B Events for Day of Coordinating for my April 2, 2022 wedding. I am a pretty organized person but I can honestly say that Jennifer B Events was the best decision I made for our wedding. I had Shannon and Valentina as my day of coordinators and they handled everything PERFECTLY! I didn’t have to think about a single detail all day. Jennifer is amazingly talented and was able to provide advice and guidance through every decision that came our way. I can’t recommend them enough. We hired Jennifer for our wedding on 4.30.22 and it was the best decision ever. I heard about Jennifer from my coworker who used her services for his wedding last year and he was very happy with her services. From the moment I talked to Jennifer I knew we had made the right choice. We hired her for the Day of Coordination. During our in person meeting, she was not only friendly and knowledgeable but she showed us she was a boss lady. Even my now husband was impressed with her. We had a very detailed meeting going over all wedding items and as we got closer to our wedding date she give us a detailed timeline. She always answered my emails promptly and the due dates for assignments were very helpful for me to keep us on track. We finalized all the details with Jennifer and the day of our wedding we had Valentina as our coordinator and her assistant Jessica. They were amazing! From the moment they arrived to the cottage were I was getting ready with my bridesmaids, they got to work. Valentina was by my side from the moment she got there until she left. She was always checking in with me and at the same time making sure everything was going according to plan. She coordinated with all vendors, put up some final decorations and gave out the tip envelopes so I could enjoy my day. The ceremony and reception were beautiful and went smoothly. I've been a wedding cinematographer for about ten years, I have worked with planners from around the globe to capture some of the most extravagant weddings of the 21st century. After eight hundred or so weddings, only one planner I had worked with stuck out in my mind, that planner was Jen.

Where do we even begin? From the first time we spoke with Jennifer we knew that booking her for our wedding would be the best thing we could do and she absolutely exceeded our expectations! She is truly one of a kind and words cannot explain how blessed we are to have met her. Our wedding was in Pennsylvania on a lake and the three days leading up to our wedding was a mess due to a hurricane, Jennifer not only helped us remain calm prior to our big day but went out of her way to visit our venue the day before to make sure that there was no flooding or issues at the venue! Our wedding was the most perfect day and it would have not been possible without Jennifer B Events! Love Jennifer and will be using JBE for ALL of our future events!!
We used Jennifer for our 10/10/21 wedding and had the most amazing experience! In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding Jennifer was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. She also provided us with some great recommendations. The week of the wedding I was feeling anxious about the weather forecast. Jennifer was there to provide support and go over multiple back up plans. The morning of the wedding while I was getting ready, there was a last minute cancellation at a photo location that would work better for the potential rain. Jennifer was able to communicate this change with all vendors seamlessly and we were able to get the beautiful backdrop for photos that we wanted. Jennifer also brought her assistant Valentina on the wedding day. Both of them were always there making sure everything was running smoothly and that my husband, family, bridal party, and I had everything we needed. Nothing gets past Jennifer and knowing that she was there and handling everything really allowed us to enjoy the day and take everything in. I would strongly recommend using Jennifer as your day of coordinator!
There are not enough fabulous words I can use to describe how amazing Jennifer and her team (shoutout to Kaitlyn) truly are. Hiring Jennifer was hands down the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. Out of all the vendors we used, she was undoubtedly our favorite. The most thorough, organized and all around professional with the best upbeat personality. She made our day absolutely flawless and flow seamlessly. I am the type of person who gets stressed and anxious very easily and I did not want to feel overwhelmed on our wedding day, hence the reason why I decided a day of coordinator was necessary. Let's just say Jennifer and her assistant, Kaitlyn, went above and beyond every expectation that we had. Two months prior to the wedding, Jennifer helped me organize all of my final details and created the most accurate day of timeline. She was in touch with all of our vendors and finalized every last detail with them so I did not have to. We were even lucky enough to have Jennifer available to come to our rehearsal where she completely ran the show! She organized the bridal party, explained to us how to stand, walk, worked out details with the church so I did not have to worry about a thing. The day of the wedding when Jennifer and Kaitlyn arrived to my home, it was all hands on deck. They immediately started helping me, my bridesmaids and my mom get ready and settled. She was in contact with one of the groomsman where my husband was getting ready to assure that everything on their end was running smoothly. I was actually relaxed the morning of my wedding! Never did I think that would be a possibility. The minute myself or any of my girls needed something, they were there and ready before we even turned around. At the church, Jennifer and Kaitlyn made sure that all of the items/decorations for the church were displayed, the bridal party was standing in their correct positions, gave out exit props, collected items from the bridesmaids, all the little the things I was stressed about they handled. They even stayed with us at the church after the ceremony while we were taking pictures to fix my make up, hair/veil and dress to reassure that our photos were picture perfect. Upon arriving to the hall for our reception, Jennifer and Kaitlyn did a walk through of the venue to oversee that everything was being set up properly. There was an issue with our centerpieces that was taken care of without me even knowing. Jennifer felt that my centerpieces were too pink rather than red (an issue I had with my florist when we had our mock trial) and she called them and they came back with red roses to add to our centerpieces and they were perfect! Problem solved without a hitch! Throughout the night, Jennifer's presence was known by my guests and it was appreciated. Our guests have not stopped saying how wonderful Jennifer was. They even noticed how well she kept things organized and on time. Overall, Jennifer and Kaitlyn truly were a blessing and we are so thankful to have had them be part of such an important day in our lives.
I truly can’t say enough great things about Jennifer and her team. From Day 1 of talking with Jennifer I felt so at ease knowing we were in the best hands. She was beyond helpful and professional throughout the entire planning process. My now husband and I always enjoyed talking with Jennifer and every time we hung up a call or left an appointment with her, we would look at each other and say she was the BEST thing to ever happen to our wedding.
When I first told people I was hiring a planner/coordinator everyone said I didn’t need one because I am such a planner myself. For anyone else in the same boat, please do NOT listen to these people. Jennifer made it so I didn’t have to stress over anything throughout the planning process. I’m always over planning everything in my life and it was amazing that Jennifer made it so I was able to just enjoy the wedding planning process.
Of course anyone that has seen an event planned by Jennifer B Events knows that there is no detail overlooked & she makes everything so beautiful. She will give you great advice on decor/ design and has tons of experience which is extremely helpful when it comes to budgeting and choosing details accordingly.
One of the best parts of working with Jennifer is that she knows so much about the industry. Her knowledge goes far beyond just making the day “pretty”. She has great relationships with vendors and took over all the communication with my vendors leading up to the wedding. She laid out a full timeline for the day and it made the day run so smoothly. I found Jennifer B on Instagram before I was even engaged and was so impressed by her expertise and professionalism. Since I am a very detail oriented person myself, I knew I needed her if I ever got engaged. low and behold I got engaged shortly after that (yay!) and quickly hired Jennifer for day of coordinator and consultant services. My husband and I met with her and she went through our vision, guest count, venue ideas, etc. to get the ball moving. During the planning process, I was able to reach out to her for consulting help. The month or so leading up to the wedding is when we worked with her the most to finalize the day of timeline. Lynne (one of Jennifer’s employees) was our actual day of coordinator and she was fabulous. As soon as I met her at the wedding rehearsal, I felt so relieved because I knew I wouldn’t have to stress the day of the wedding. The night before the wedding, she checked in with me and was so thoughtful. Then the big day finally came and she was a lifesaver. She has a very calming presence and very down to earth. She helped organize everything for the detail shots, bring my sign to the church and then back to the venue, helped me into my dress, keep me calm when I got cut (right before I walked down the aisle,) organized everyone down the aisle, helped re-curl my hair, re-apply lip gloss, etc. just so helpful. Your weddinf the biggest day of your life so I recommend hiring Jennifer B events for day of coordinator especially because it helps the day run smoothly and gives you peace of mind. Hiring Jennifer B Events as our day of coordinator for our wedding was easily the BEST decision we could have made. She was one of the first vendors we booked & I am so glad we did. After having to postpone our original date (4/10/2021), Jennifer gave me advice on how to go about postponing & walked me through this stressful process. Unfortunately, Jennifer was not available for our new date (10/30/2021) but we had Kaitlynn as our day of coordinator & omg - AN ANGEL. Kaitlynn was such a calming force that day, she was more like having my best friend around to help and be there for my husband & I all day. My husband still can not get over all that Kaitlynn did for us that day - always checking in on us and making sure the day was running smooth. She kept our large bridal party in check & took care of the 2 ring bearers and flower girl which was a job in itself!! I cannot imagine what our wedding day would have been like without Kaitlynn. Jennifer & her staff are top-notch planners ,and we were incredibly lucky to have had their help. They always made us feel as though they had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want this in a planner. It's like Jennifer was reading my mind and one step ahead of me! She respected our input and added her special designer eye to our ideas. We hosted a "European Style" wedding reception that had a lot of moving components .The day ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment.

It was a very stressful time planning our wedding not only because its the most important day of our lives but also because I was in the process of moving to TX so I was beyond stressed out. This is the easiest review to write. If I could give Jennifer and her team 100 stars I would. We we lucky enough to have both Jennifer & her assistant Shannon with us on our wedding day and have not one single complaint. Not only are they incredible people, making you feel comfortable, beautiful and truly taken care of on your wedding day but they are ROCKSTAR coordinators. Both Jen and Shannon did not miss a beat when it came to wrangling my 11 bridesmaids or 13 groomsmen, they didn’t break a sweat when I forgot a screwdriver for my bubble machine or when the limo company forgot to load the alcohol onto our party bus. No one even noticed. They executed our grand entrance into our ballroom with ease and even took pictures and videos for us all day long. It was SO NICE to have pictures to post and share the very next day. If you spend your budget on nothing else, Jennifer and her team are worth every single penny, don’t even bat an eye, if they are available - book them, you absolutely will not regret it!
We used Jennifer as our day of coordinator our 10/16 wedding and she and her assistant Shannon were absolutely amazing. Any small thing that had to be done they were on it, relieving myself and also my parents of stress so they were able to relax and enjoy every moment. Even my father who thinks everything is a scam said she was worth every penny :) We didn’t have to worry about our vendors or the set up of anything at the wedding because they were on top of everything. The bride and groom being happy is their number one priority. For any bride looking to book a planner or day of coordinator Jennifer is a must.
Don’t walk run to Jen! She is an Angel. Always available when you need her. Never a text, call, or email unanswered. Her recommendations were amazing. She is so positive and kept me so calm through all this craziness and stress. I wish I can get married all over again just to use her! I love u Jen!
When I got engaged in October of 2019, Jennifer was my very first vendor I booked for our 10/17/21 wedding, just based off of her Instagram. I could tell she was amazingly talented and would be the perfect piece to help make our wedding day a true fairytale. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint! I will never truly be able to express just how insanely gifted Jennifer is. From the moment I booked with her, she was SO incredibly helpful, organized, thorough, and just all around so friendly – I felt like I knew her for years. She’s honest about everything, and never steered me in a direction I was uncertain of. I truly had a dream team as vendors, all based on her recommendations and/or suggestions, which made our day so incredibly fun and easy. It’s true what her & her team preach – Say YES to NO STRESS. I never felt an ounce of stress EVER. On the day of my wedding, I had Jennifer, along with Kaitlynn as my coordinators for the day. They kept our day running smoothly from start to finish, keeping our vendors focused, and keeping our bridal party on track with the timeline. My vision of “fall glam” came to life, as they both made sure every little detail I planned was perfectly highlighted at our venue. My husband and I both couldn’t have asked for a more picture-perfect day. We were able to be completely present at our wedding, and never worried once if things were going wrong because we knew JBE would have everything handled. We truly enjoyed ourselves to the fullest!!!
I could gush about Jennifer & Kaitlynn ALL DAY! JBE is the best in the industry, and you would be doing yourselves a disservice not to have her & her team be part of your wedding day. Where to even begin! We met Jennifer over the phone (due to COVID) and immediately knew she was the perfect person for the job. My inner Monica Gellar was immediately swooned by how organized and detail oriented she is. And keep in mind, this was just our first conversation! Jennifer not only helped us stay on track with the chaos that surrounds wedding planning but also made us feel like we had this in the bag. Whenever I felt doubts or worries about the planning process, I always felt so calm and relaxed and confident after speaking with Jennifer. Right before the big day we met the amazing and kind Kaitlynn. When we met with Kaitlynn for the first time, it was at our rehearsal and the family drama from my side was REAL. Before the rehearsal I was ready to just break down and cry. I don’t know what kind of magic she has, but she turned the situation into a peaceful, organized and fun event. That’s a near impossible thing to do with my side of the family. She is a MIRACLE WORKER. Also, she took the most amazing care of our 2 year old daughter the ENTIRE time while still managing to ensure that our special day ran perfectly smooth. I was able to feel confident that I could get everything I needed to do, done while knowing my daughter was safe and so so happy. Because of Jennifer and Kaitlynn, my husband and I had a day we couldn’t have even dreamed of. It was incredible from beginning to end and that wouldn’t have been possible without them. Incredible women that are incredibly talented. We are so grateful for the both of them!!!
I don’t even know where to start. From 3 months leading up to my wedding and the day of Jennifer was on top of everything. She made the last 3 months of wedding planning stress free and easy. The day of the wedding, the minute she walked in she got right to work. She made sure everything went smoothly and was by my side to help me in whatever I needed. Trying to explain how AMAZING Jennifer and her team are is going to be hard. Words can’t express how grateful I am for all her help during the wedding planning process. The first time we spoke was over the phone and her positive energy radiated through it. She is so friendly and we clicked from the moment we started talking. I knew I had to hire her and that it would be the best thing I ever did. Jennifer is so detail oriented and organized. She makes sure nothing is missed and gives her professional advice when needed. Lynn was our day of wedding coordinator and she was just as amazing! She made sure everything was on track the day of and handled everything.
