usband and I always enjoyed talking with Jennifer and every time we hung up a call or left an appointment with her, we would look at each other and say she was the BEST thing to ever happen to our wedding. When I first told people I was hiring a planner/coordinator everyone said I didn’t need one because I am such a planner myself. For anyone else in the same boat, please do NOT listen to these people. Jennifer made it so I didn’t have to stress over anything throughout the planning process. I’m always over planning everything in my life and it was amazing that Jennifer made it so I was able to just enjoy the wedding planning process. Of course anyone that has seen an event planned by Jennifer B Events knows that there is no detail overlooked & she makes everything so beautiful. She will give you great advice on decor/ design and has tons of experience which is extremely helpful when it comes to budgeting and choosing details accordingly. One of the best parts of working with Jennifer is that she knows so much about the industry. Her knowledge goes far beyond just making the day “pretty”. She has great relationships with vendors and took over all the communication with my vendors leading up to the wedding. She laid out a full timeline for the day and it made the day run so smoothly. Most importantly, no matter what is thrown at you on your wedding day, Jennifer and her team are equipped to make your day perfect. I really could go on and on about how wonderful Jennifer was and I highly recommend anyone looking for a planner book Jennifer B Events- you will not be sorry! I also want to take some time to mention Lynne who was our day of coordinator and Valentina, Jennifer’s assistant at my wedding. They were both so friendly and were constantly checking on me and making sure everything went as planned. People could not stop raving about my wedding and I am still getting texts with compliments. Every response I send I can’t help but give Jennifer and her team so much credit. To put it simply, Jennifer & her team are truly the best-Professional, knowledgeable, talented, and so so so good at what they do! Every bridge needs them in their life.

y after that (yay!) and quickly hired Jennifer for day of coordinator and consultant services. My husband and I met with her and she went through our vision, guest count, venue ideas, etc. to get the ball moving. During the planning process, I was able to reach out to her for consulting help. The month or so leading up to the wedding is when we worked with her the most to finalize the day of timeline. Lynne (one of Jennifer’s employees) was our actual day of coordinator and she was fabulous. As soon as I met her at the wedding rehearsal, I felt so relieved because I knew I wouldn’t have to stress the day of the wedding. The night before the wedding, she checked in with me and was so thoughtful. Then the big day finally came and she was a lifesaver. She has a very calming presence and very down to earth. She helped organize everything for the detail shots, bring my sign to the church and then back to the venue, helped me into my dress, keep me calm when I got cut (right before I walked down the aisle,) organized everyone down the aisle, helped re-curl my hair, re-apply lip gloss, etc. just so helpful. Your weddinf the biggest day of your life so I recommend hiring Jennifer B events for day of coordinator especially because it helps the day run smoothly and gives you peace of mind. ifer gave me advice on how to go about postponing & walked me through this stressful process. Unfortunately, Jennifer was not available for our new date (10/30/2021) but we had Kaitlynn as our day of coordinator & omg - AN ANGEL. Kaitlynn was such a calming force that day, she was more like having my best friend around to help and be there for my husband & I all day. My husband still can not get over all that Kaitlynn did for us that day - always checking in on us and making sure the day was running smooth. She kept our large bridal party in check & took care of the 2 ring bearers and flower girl which was a job in itself!! I cannot imagine what our wedding day would have been like without Kaitlynn. I cannot thank this amazing team enough & I know that our day turned out the way it did because of Jennifer B Events ♥️

Both Jen and Shannon did not miss a beat when it came to wrangling my 11 bridesmaids or 13 groomsmen, they didn’t break a sweat when I forgot a screwdriver for my bubble machine or when the limo company forgot to load the alcohol onto our party bus. No one even noticed. They executed our grand entrance into our ballroom with ease and even took pictures and videos for us all day long. It was SO NICE to have pictures to post and share the very next day. If you spend your budget on nothing else, Jennifer and her team are worth every single penny, don’t even bat an eye, if they are available - book them, you absolutely will not regret it!

From the moment I booked with her, she was SO incredibly helpful, organized, thorough, and just all around so friendly – I felt like I knew her for years. After having our wedding postponed several times due to the pandemic, we decided to host our wedding at our home rather than at a venue. But after watching friends go through a similar thing, we knew we would need help. From the moment we had our first consultation with Jen, we knew we were in good hands. And from that moment on, she was with us every step of the way. Jen was involved in every vendor appointment, she meet with us several times to plan out every little detail for our wedding, and she was available for frantic emails/ texts/ phone calls whenever we needed. As a very type A personality, saying I like things organized is an understatement. But Jen takes things to a new level - from detailed vendor payment spreadsheets to a wedding timeline that breaks down every minute of your special day, she's got you covered. When it came to the day of, Kaitlynn and Jen made sure everything was absolutely perfect. And I do not use that word lightly. We could not have asked for anything else if we tried, mostly because they always thought of what we needed and gave it to us before we realized we even needed it! All of our guest could not say enough great things about the wedding, and one of the most common things we heard was how wonderful the JBE team was. I truly cannot thank Jen and Kaitlynn enough for all their hard work and dedication. Without them, our wedding genuinely would not have happened. So to boil my feelings toward the JBE team down to one thing, it is this: if you are evening thinking about hosting an event, call Jen. pportive she and her staff was through the entire wedding planning process! I hired Jennifer once COVID delayed my wedding and I lost my father unexpectedly 5 months before my new wedding date. So last minute I canceled my original venue plan, and hired Jennifer to help me plan a backyard wedding in just 5 months. At this point, I was defeated, trying to plan a new wedding and grieve the lost of my best friend, my dad. Jennifer was like a fairy god planner, who came in and immediately took away the stress and worry there is to planning a wedding. Jennifer was the one who finally got me excited again for my wedding day, she took care and thought of everything I didn’t even realized went into a good backyard wedding! The actual day of my wedding was beyond perfect and I can confidently say that was all because of Jennifer and her team!!! Lynn, who came with Jennifer and her staff that day of my wedding, was like my second mother!!! She kept me calm, made sure I ate and drank water, made sure all my bridesmaids, and family members were taking care of and in place, and most of all supported and by my side the entire morning of my wedding day. We loved Lynn so much we invited her to our honeymoon 😂 While Lynn played the best mama role ever, Jennifer transformed my backyard wedding into the Most gorgeous venue I (family and friends) have ever seen!!!! It was breathtaking, and it even rained for an hour during cocktail which everyone loved the atmosphere that Jennifer and her team created they didn’t even care, they continued to party in the rain and hours after! Jennifer, Lynn, and her team took care of the entire day for me so my family and I could just enjoy the day. They made sure each vendor was in place with a schedule of the day, they made sure the bridal party was in place, and dressed properly, and they made sure my guest were in place and taken care of. The day couldn’t have ran any smoother and that was because of Jennifer B events! I will forever be grateful to Jennifer, Lynn, and Jennifer B team!!! Every bride deserves a team like Jennifer B events to make there dream wedding come true! Hiring Jennifer B events was the best decision my husband and I could of made because we look back on our day and just filled with love and happiness as well as gratitude that we had found Jennifer B events. arried June 13th 2020. As the date drew near, and things began to shut down, Jen immediately jumped in and helped to reschedule my vendors. Once we pick our new date May 8th 2021, she sprang into action, helping us get new contracts adjusted and all the people squared away. When it came to the actual new date, Jen was not available as she had another bride that needed her to, so she sent me the next best thing, Kaitlynn! And at first, I was nervous. But that nervousness immediately went away when I spoke to Kaitlynn for the first time. She totally knew exactly where my vision headed and helped me make sure the big day went smoothly. When the day FINALLY came, Kaitlynn was there, making sure my family and bridal party worried about NOTHING! If things were going wrong, I definitely had no idea! She was on top of everything and made sure our timeline was followed so we didn't miss a thing! The icing on the cake for me... when I made a funny request to see if the limo could hit the McDonald's drive thru because I was hungry... Kaitlynn (the voice of reason) said she didn't think it would make it through the height requirement. Sad but still smiling I got on the bus and headed to a park for photos. Would you believe Kaitlynn went to McDonald's and brought us back a cheeseburger and fries! I was more than elated and could not believe the above and beyond. So what else can I say but WOW! AMAZING! OUTSTANDING!! This team of people was beyond compare and I could not recommend them more highly if I tried! If you are thinking Day of Coordinator, do not hesitate and make sure you give these wonderful woman a call! Thank you to the moon and back for everything you did for Clint and I! you are WRONG! You absolutely need one. Jennifer was the 3rd vendor that we booked for our wedding! As soon as I stumbled upon her company I knew I had to work with her & my husband was completely on board! As soon as we walked out of her office after meeting her for the first time he looked at me and said we 100% made the right decision. After meeting Jennifer once it is obvious how dedicated and knowledgable she is. Our whole family could not understand why a type A person like myself would need the help of someone like Jennifer, but regardless we went ahead and booked her. When the day finally came and went they all could not have been more in awe of her and Kaitlynn! After seeing them both in action all day our parents went from not understanding why people hire Jennifer to not understanding how people have weddings without Jennifer!!!!!!!!!!! across JBE and Kaitlynn. I searched for a planner and after reading JBE amazing reviews and seen their incredible work I had to email them for more information. They responded within 24hrs and set up a phone consultation with Jennifer. She asked me about my vision and shortly after we set up a sit down to go over everything in person. From the moment i walked in I was greeted by Kaitlynn and felt at complete peace. All the million thoughts that were going through my head about how to make this dream proposal come true just stopped. Kaitlynn was so professional and understanding of my vision, She showed me a vision bored she had put together and let me tell you she knew EXACTLY what i wanted. I was blown away from that moment on. After our sit down she got right to work. She contacted the owner of the place i wanted to propose at (The bates house Gazebo) and set up a walk through. She started shopping around immediately for a photographer/Videographer, Private car, and all the items i would need to make my vision come true. Let me say again I was blown away with the amazing pricing i was getting from the top companies in the business. She even took care of making a reservation at a restaurant for us after the proposal which was done a day after i hired her. THEN a twist in the story! Two weeks before the proposal I had some unexpected health issues and was admitted to the hospital for a week. Now i had my health to worry about plus the planning of the proposal. Well once kaitlynn found out my situation she sprang into action taking it upon herself to contact everyone and reschedule the walk through and the phone consultations with the photographer/videographer. She even took care of my deposit for the private car and continued to reassure me while i was in the hospital i had nothing to worry about she was "On top of this" and she was! Once i came out of the hospital and felt better she was right there to continue where we left off. She emailed me links to all the items we needed for the proposal, She sent me the pricing for the all the flowers i wanted for my approval and i was able to keep an eye on my budget with her amazing finance tracker. I even emailed her that i did not like the box that the ring came in and the next day she had links to all new ring boxes for me to pick from. The day before she called me to go over the timeline she had put together which was absolutely amazing and then emailed me later on with a breakdown of what was left to pay , a list of who i should tip and even numbered them so it would be easier to put into envelopes. The morning of i was so nervous but she texted me with a huge confidence boost and reassured me how amazing and perfect it would be. I got to the bates house and i was speechless. Kaitlynn had truly made my vision come true. My girlfriend now fiancé was blown away with how perfect it was. I could not even find the words to thank Kaitlynn for everything she had done. From communicating with our vendors, helping us design our tablescape, creating a seamless wedding day itinerary - to helping us comply with NYS and venue COVID restrictions and paperwork, getting a sauce stain out of a flower girl dress, to literally sewing my wedding dress mid reception. She truly knows her stuff and probably every wedding vendor on the island! Planning a wedding during covid with the constant changes was extremely taxing and the second she came on board she went right to work and made the entire rest of the process leading up to the day worry and stress free especially for me, the bride. She handled all communication with our vendors, but always ran it by me first. She is professional, friendly, and really loves what she does and strives to give you the best day ever. I personally dealt with Francesca for a majority of this. I have nothing bad to say; so organized, professional, kept me on top of ALL of my stuff that I was usually procrastinating about LOL. I wasn't the bride that was on top of it all...but they made up for it. In terms of vendors, we used many of Jen's recommendations and we were not disappointed. Everything was seamless with the transition from the vendors via Jen. The day of the wedding we had Lynne has our day of coordinator. Lynne basically saved my life that day. I was apprehensive about meeting her just because I was usually working with Jen but Jen had to build my entire wedding so Lynne was my go to girl the entire day. I don't even have words to describe this woman... superwoman maybe?! Any task we had, it had already been thought of and handled. Family drama? Lynne's got you. She is like the angel of your day always one step in front of you thinking exactly what you are thinking...she's like a magician! My mom and sisters were obsessed with her. I walked into my wedding in my backyard after leaving the house a mere 5 hours prior to the most unbelievable site I had ever seen. Talk about precision, attention to detail, Jen has got it down 100x over. She truly made everything come to life. I am forever grateful for meeting her and her team, and I will sing her praises for any bride who is looking for a planner. Lastly, Jen and the Jennifer B Events team, thank you. and we simply did not want to be coordinating cake arrivals or managing vendor schedules on the day of the wedding. We interviewed multiple planners and reviewed costs and were still unsure when the manager of our venue recommended her own planner to us. Although she was not available, she recommended her colleague Jennifer Boyle to us. Jennifer understood that we were looking for both "last mile" preparation assistance and full day of coverage and was able to provide us with very affordable rates. Once we ironed out a few communications expectations early on we greatly enjoyed our experience with Jennifer. She created multiple tracking spreadsheets for both vendor costs and day of timelines which was extremely helpful to keep us organized and focused. She reached out to all of our vendors to both introduce herself and to confirm point of contact. Jennifer accompanied us to our final walkthrough at the venue and was a real pro when working with the venue staff; you could really feel them relax knowing they were working with an experienced professional (as opposed to, well, us). e way. Planning a wedding, especially during Covid is extremely stressful, but these ladies took on all of that stress for me. Jennifer is the best at what she does, there’s no one made for this job like she is. From early on in our engagement we decided to use Jennifer to help plan our special day and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. She was involved in everything, you name it. From choosing vendors, going to appointments, helping find the style that fits my husband and I best all the way to help with gratuities, running our rehearsal dinner and coordinating the perfect day of timeline. My wedding could not have been nearly as perfect without her. She is a must have for any event. Francesca and Kaitlynn were my day of coordinators and they far exceeded any and all expectations I had. They quickly took care of any hiccups that occurred the day of and were always present when I needed them. The morning of our wedding before arriving at my house, they texted me to see if I needed anything and this only set the tone for how available and helpful they’d be throughout the day. These girls were prepared for anything, and I mean anything!! They made sure the entire day ran smoothly, we ended up running even ahead of schedule which is unheard of for a wedding day. They coordinated my entire timeline with all of our vendors, made sure my hair and makeup was on point throughout the day and that I was fed and ready for every next step. They were there to make sure the room was exactly how we expected and hoped for it to be, to help get my dad’s boutonnière on, come to the rescue to fix a bridesmaids zipper, make sure my husband’s drinks were cold, and these are only a few examples. My favorite pictures from our wedding were all taken by Kaitlynn and Francesca. Besides being amazing at what they do, they are both extremely personable and genuine. They care about their brides, guests, bridal party and of course our families. Both my parents and my fiancé’s parents were extremely impressed with them. I honestly have no idea what I would have done without Francesca and Kaitlynn. When I decided to have a wedding planner and day of coordinator my husband thought it was so silly and unnecessary, his mind quickly changed when he saw how involved they were during the entire planning process and on the day of our wedding. His go to line the month of our wedding was “please text Jennifer and ask her”, she always had the answers. Now he’s saying “I wish Francesca and Kaitlynn were here, they had tums” lol. enue. We had 3 weeks to put together a formal backyard wedding(YIKES) We called Jennifer b events(best thing we could have done). She told us what we would need, recommended and booked chefs, tents, chandiliers,China,linens, flooring to cover grass, waitstaff , portable bathrooms etc. The day of Jennifer did everything from steaming gowns, telling photographer what shots Bride and groom wanted, making sure flowers were set up at church, trouble shooting early deliveries, transportation was on time, house was set up and staff was ready for guests. Our backyard looked amazing! Everyone was blown away with the transformation, delicious food and wonderful staff. You can tell Jennifer loves what she does. She is professional, organized, and detailed oriented. We were able to relax and totally enjoy their special day. We are very thankful for all her hard work.

My parents backyard was fully transformed, so much that we kept saying we didn’t even feel like it was a backyard wedding. Jennifer and Lynn made everything perfect for us. backyard wedding as our next best option. On my first call with Jennifer, I explained everything and what I was looking for and said we have 5 weeks. She responded immediately and said I can make it happen. She took care of literally every detail, renegotiating contracts with vendors, getting quotes for new vendors for things like chairs, forks, and a bathroom trailer to name a few. The week of, she had a detailed timeline of how and when things were arriving and getting set up that put us all at ease. She created a wedding day timeline, not only for our vendors, but for our bridal party so every person involved knew where they were supposed to be. Jennifer and her team arrived the morning of the wedding to not only complete their transformation of the backyard into a “real” wedding but ensured everything was going smoothly with us inside the house for when our photographer arrived for pictures. In typical 2020 fashion, our wedding was the day of a tropical storm. Thanks to Jennifer, we had a plan A and B (and I’m pretty sure she had a C!) She sprung into action and made sure the tents would drain properly and not blow away. Our guests were amazed at her work and every single one of them knew her by the end of the night because she was constantly checking in to make sure no one needed anything and everyone was safe and having a great time. We can not say enough wonderful things about Jennifer. Without her, our wedding would have never happened!

She clicked with everyone immediately. The bridesmaids I had that are already married said they wished they knew about her when they were getting married. It was so nice having a point person that people can go to with anything they needed. The day went so smooth because of her. My only regret is that I didn’t hire her sooner.

I would not need her. TWo weeks before my wedding, my husband and I both working 60+ hours and trying to finalize a 310 person wedding was an actual nightmare. I called Jennifer and she came to my house the NEXT DAY. Within hours, she managed 15 bridesmaids, 8 different vendors and the INN at New Hyde park. Literally hours. The day of my wedding she was by my side, working SO HARD running around and handling everything. I had the best day of my life with my family, friends and now husband because she took any stress I had away from me. Ive never seen someone work so hard in my life and she was an absolute godsend. I do not have one negative take away, not one. The only negative point I have is that I don't have her as part of my every day life.
