My husband and I aren't super comfortable being the center of attention, and we didn't feel confident in what we thought might look good in pictures. Because of that, we wanted someone with a lot of experience - with photographing weddings in general and, more specifically, our venue. Jen had exactly that. We met Jen and John in person before the wedding, and we felt more much more at ease after going through everything with them. When we met, we also discovered that we had a connection around soccer. We wanted to try to take some fun, soccer-related photos, and they were so excited. That meant a lot to us - their willingness to try something new and a little different. The wedding day was perfect! It was October and raining, but Jen and John had umbrellas and were more than willing to follow us around, capturing gorgeous pictures in the cold rain. Everything came out absolutely amazing! We love our picture and are so happy we have these beautiful pictures to look at. We highly recommend Jennifer Bach Photography!

I ended up scratching my eye when we were taking pictures in downtown Mystic and my eye was watering like crazy, John popped into a store to ask for tissues for me so I didn't ruin all of my makeup. Jen and John are so sweet, have an amazing eye, and put us at ease since neither my husband or I are comfortable with our photos being taken. I also wanted to do a surprise first look for my husband where his best friend would surprise him instead of me, and Jen and John were totally on board and captured the reaction perfectly! I would highly recommend Jen!!

After meeting her and John, before even seeing the photos from the engagement shoot, we knew without a doubt we had to have them for our wedding. We were blown away by the engagement photos and overjoyed to have them as our wedding photographers. The wedding photos were beyond stunning.
