We had already planned a lot of our wedding and had all these amazing designs in place but still needed help tying it all together on top of needing event management for the day of. Jennifer came in about 5-6 months before the wedding and totally took over by communicating with vendors, helping us tie together our entire design, and we also got to add in some extra rentals and decor that we hadn't thought of in the beginning. She also came up with our layout for the ballroom, one we had never seen done before and so unique, which we absolutely loved. It's safe to say, there were a ton of moving parts and Jennifer absolutely killed it by perfectly coordinating and managing it all. She was extremely detail oriented, which is exactly what we were looking for. She was also professional, very responsive, and extremely kind through out the entire process. Because of her, my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our special day and didn't have to worry about anything at all. We highly recommend hiring Jennifer for your wedding day, it was truly the best day of our lives thus far and Jennifer played a huge role in making that happen!

ng that we were going to do it all ourselves- I realized that would be impossible for me to do on top of attending medical school in a another state. I began researching wedding planners and I stumbled upon Jennifer's Instagram. We got in touch and after speaking with her, I called my (now) husband and said we HAVE to hire her! We booked with Jennifer for Design and Event Management. It was the best decision that we made. Jennifer planned and organized tastings, the design presentations, and other meetings around when I could be in town and we didn't have to worry about a single thing. She handled all contact with the vendors and helped us tweak anything we were concerned about. If we needed a recommendation for other vendors, she always had a list ready for us. She went out of her way to stay in touch with us, to get another quote or vendor, and to make sure every single detail was absolutely perfect. She provided her wisdom and recommendations which we really trusted because Jennifer is truly an expert in her field. When it all came together in the final presentation, I knew that it would be beautiful- but it was still hard for me to see the complete vision in my head. It didn't all truly hit me until the day of- as the vendors were setting up and Jennifer had everything coordinated down to every single floral arrangement and furniture piece. Walking into my ceremony was truly breathtaking- all of our guests have commented over and over that it was the most beautiful wedding they have been to. We used the same venue for ceremony and reception, and the room flip was flawless. Before the guests came in, I commented to Jennifer that I have no idea how she sees all of this in her head and makes it happen- and that is truly how I feel. My husband and I keep saying to each other that we wish we could experience it again. We did not worry about a SINGLE thing on the day of our wedding. We were able to focus on our marriage and enjoying our food, drinks, cake, and the company of our guests without a single worry about flowers or tables or chairs. If you are looking for someone to make your day unforgettable- look no further! I have said this to anyone who asks and I truly mean it: I never had a dream wedding until Jennifer planned it.

er, but really glad we got Jennifer's help! You think that wedding planning is all fun and games, but boy is it a lot of work! I hired Jennifer as our Day of Coordinator after speaking to her on the phone. She is very knowledgeable and has lots of tips for making the wedding day beautiful and run smoothly. She’s worked with many of the wedding vendors in the Tampa Bay Area and was able to give her recommendations based on the vibe of the wedding. She also has discounts with some of the vendors.
She offers a wedding planning app, that she is able to access - that helps with budget, guests list, visual boards, vendors, etc. This tool was really helpful throughout and kept us on track with payments and timeline.
As I said earlier, our wedding day was perfect. Jennifer connected with all the vendors and gave them all the timeline of the events. One of the trickiest parts of our wedding is that we had our ceremony and reception in the same venue, so that involved a room flip. She made this look effortless. One of her main things is that she wants everyone to enjoy the wedding and not have to worry about anything else. She is amazing!

nitely a type A personality and have a hard time relinquishing control to anyone else, but I have to say she is the only one I could entrust with all tasks related to our wedding day and I was fully confident knowing she had everything (and everyone!) totally handled. From the first day I met with her, I literally went from crying the night before, to smiling ear to ear by the time my fiance arrived at the meeting. Even he said, "I don't know what happened in there, but she's worth her weight in gold just to have this stress off your shoulders!"
We had the most exquisite wedding at the Salvador Dali museum, but had to bring in every single vendor, which involved a LOT of moving parts. On top of that, Jennifer helped come up with the design concept for what ended up being a highly stylized wedding, so there were a zillion details to keep track of...and she did it for me so I was able to enjoy it. Every time I sent her an email or a text questioning if something had been done she was already two steps ahead of me. I can't tell you what a relief that was and how much confidence in gave me to relinquish that stress to someone else so I could enjoy the process.
She was invaluable in her recommendations for vendors, and that she already had established relationships with top-of-the-line people made me feel so much better. It made everything SO easy!!! She was my one go-to person and handled all the direct communication with vendors; it really streamlined the whole process. Even the few hiccups we did run into, Jennifer tried to handle them and/or come up with solutions before she ever came to me about them in order to minimize my stress!
The wedding day itself was a breeze. I literally didn't have to do a thing besides get dressed and show up. We did a first look at the museum, and she was there the whole time managing vendors and set up, and long after we left cleaning up. She even returned any necessary items to vendors and donated our flowers for me!!
I can't recommend Jennifer highly enough for any and all planning services. She was priceless to me. She not only helped me design and plan the wedding of my dreams...she was the reason I could enjoy it. Thank you Jennifer!!!

Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work...
with! She took on the daunting challenge of accepting us as clients just 6 months before our wedding. For starters, she picked up all the (poorly planned) pieces she inherited from our original wedding planner, who didn't work out! Beyond that, she managed our vendor relationships so flawlessly and seamlessly that our time was spent handling only the absolute necessary things like contracts and key decisions. She took all of the guesswork out, the back-and-forth, the stages of negotiating, and struggles of uncertainties ... and managed to streamline communication for us, all while keeping us on track!! With our crazy work and personal schedules ... i don't know how we could have managed it all, had it not been for Jennifer.
We had a final guest count of about 220 (i think! haha that's the beauty of working with Jennifer. we let her handle all the specifics.) Her attention to detail and her constant concern for the big picture of managing the logistics and creating efficiencies was INVALUABLE! With a large wedding at the Rialto Theatre (ceremony AND reception) logistics was key! As a blank slate venue, we had to hire a ton of vendors and details ... the need for flawless execution to handle setup, coordination, and of course FLIPPING THE ROOM in one hour flat ... was nothing shy of a wedding planning miracle!
I was most pleased with how she became our one point of contact. It was so comforting to have that one person who could keep track of everything, keep us on schedule, and answer inquiries from vendors or meet with them to do walk-throughs, or even just brainstorm logistics. Having that resource allowed us to enjoy the planning stages, and more importantly, the wedding day ... because our focus was where it should be: celebrating our wedding!
Everything was amazing! It was so nice to have Jennifer in our corner. While most couples are probably spending their final months of engagement sifting through details, attempting to coordinate the madness, all while trying to juggle daily life ... we were able to simply enjoy our engagement and rest assured that Jennifer had the details taken care of.
She was super easy to reach by phone and email - and she was incredibly understanding when my husband and I weren't as easy to reach! ha! She used a great portal that allowed us to have an online view of the stages of our wedding planning. At any given point, we could peak behind the curtain and see as many or as little of the details of the work being done behind the scenes. I had access to timelines, check lists, guest lists, seating charts, etc. and even a minute-by-minute day-of timeline for the wedding! Seriously - a massive coordination effort!
Quickly, just want to touch on the importance of having Jennifer there the entire wedding day. From set-up to break down and clean-up ... she was there to manage it all. We simply showed up, celebrated, and left when the party ended! She stayed back and made sure all the rentals were returned, the place was clean, and everything was in order!
We saw the best and the worst of wedding planners ... make sure the planner can follow-through with what they promise. Jennifer did ALL of that and more... and truly made it a pleasant experience throughout! We'd highly recommend her to any future couples!
