My husband (!!) and I met Jenn for our engagement shoot nearly 11 months before our wedding. She was professional the entire time and once we started to relax from our nerves, we truly had so much fun. Jenn knows how to make anyone feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. She both listens to your ideas but also guides you to what she knows looks good. I knew we'd be in good hands come September. The morning of my wedding, Jenn arrived on time, quickly got to work and kept us on schedule. I never had a doubt in my mind that she or her equally fantastic assistant Phil would miss a shot or a moment I wanted captured. There was one photo in particular that my family lovingly calls the money shot, with the train of my dress appearing to be blowing in the wind behind me and my husband kissing my temple. It looks like something out of a magazine and I have Jenn to thank for patiently lifting, throwing it in the wind, and rearranging my dress several times to capture the shot. It's perfect. For ever other picture, Jenn did everything from helping grandparents be where they needed to be, to making my 2 year old nephew smile. She will get the shots you want, no matter what it takes, and that ease of mind is priceless on your wedding day. I remember Jenn saying during our consultation that at the end of the day, all you have left of your wedding is your pictures. I am so thankful to my family for investing in such an amazing, experienced and professional photographer who has left us smiling and reveling in our joy from that day. My mom knew early on she wanted Jenn to shoot my wedding, as Jenn had done many of her friends' children's weddings. It wasn't long before I realized why: she's simply the best at what she does. I had to reserve her business over a year in advance and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. Jenn, a thank you just doesn't seem to cover it!!!

Jennifer Childress is the full package! We booked her over a year prior to our July 2018 wedding after seeing her work on Pinterest. Our venue, Union Trust, is somewhat dark and we wanted someone we knew could handle it! Jenn is professional, talented, and an overall comforting presence all in one. Her turn around time on both the engagement and wedding photos was highly impressive. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough, her second shooter Phil was also very talented and personable. Most importantly, her photos are STUNNING!

Jenn is an amazing photographer, that's just a fact. She has so much experience and expertise to share with her clients. Booking Jenn as the photographer for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. It's not an easy job to capture these wonderful memories, but Jenn is able to bring me right back to the amazing day when I look over the photo album. The small and big moments are all there and brought to life. I keep going through my album and trying to pick my favorite, but I can't because they're all SO GOOD! I can't pick! Many people have already asked for her information, she's awesome!!

When we selected Jennifer to be our photographer, we wanted someone who had photographed at our venue before. After meeting with her and seeing her portfolio, we were very impressed by her style and experience. In particular the way she captures light brings a radiance to the photographs. Her portraits are noteworthy for the focus on the subject’s eyes which really draws you in. The weather forecast early in the week potentially called for snow on our (April) wedding day. Jennifer asked us for the nearest hotel recommendation just to make sure the weather would not be a factor for the start of photography. Fortunately, it wasn’t needed, but that shows Jennifer’s true dedication to her clients! On the wedding day, Jennifer was the glue that held it all together. Her professionalism and upbeat attitude made us feel completely comfortable in the whirlwind of events. Her assistant Phil was spectacular as well and did a great job of keeping the guys on time. He was also the utmost gentleman, offering his jacket to the bride during the chilly evening photo session. We are tremendously pleased with our photos, so many amazing shots were taken that day. Compliments from friends and family have been nonstop, reassuring us that we made the right decision to hire Jennifer for our wedding day. She is truly an expert and will not let you down. We look forward to doing it all over again in ten years!

Where to begin? Hands down the best wedding decision we made. From the moment I saw Jenn’s work I knew I wanted to hire her. Since I’m a strong believer in second opinions and exploring all options, I looked into a few other photographers, all that did was make me want to hire Jenn more. I remember I sent her three possible dates, as we were still finalizing our actual wedding date, because I would have planned my wedding date around her availability, no joke. You hire Jenn and you have nothing else to worry about. You get 25+ years experience and the piece of mind that you WILL have the wedding photos of your dreams. Period. Jenn sees the whole picture. For example, she would fix my dress, veil, hair, tell me how to stand and pose in a way that made it all feel fun and natural. Jenns work obviously speaks for itself, but anyone who may be on the fence, let’s get real, your wedding pictures are all you will have left when the day is over, so go big or go home and don’t skimp on good quality professional photographers. In my opinion, you get what you pay for in this aspect of weddings. Jenn had a preview of our photos up on her website about 49 hours after our wedding! I mean I knew she was good, but who does that!!?? I can’t describe the feeling of seeing the images for the first time it’s like you scroll through on the edge of your seat and it just kept getting better! I truly want this for every bride and Jenn can deliver in a way that only a true artist and experienced professional can. Ohh and our engagement pictures are also a work of art. Jenn, from the bottom of my heart thank you a million times, your work is something we will cherish forever. Justin and I and our families are still in awe. I’m basically ready to get your name tattooed on my chest!

We love Jenn! She is amazing to work with and really takes the time know her clients. She finds ways to make you at ease and captures the most beautiful pictures! You cannot go wrong with Jenn and her team and we cannot recommend her enough! Her photographers and videographer work hand in hand to capture the best memories!

Jennifer was recommended to us by a friend who used her at her daughter's wedding. We saw their album and loved it and decided to meet her ourselves. As soon as we met her, we knew we had found our photographer. Her photos are fabulous but she also has a wonderful personality to go along with her great work. She is perky and upbeat and we know she will put everyone at ease and get great natural looking smiles. We already have proof - the pictures from my daughter's engagement shoot are fabulous and the smiles are all so genuine - you can tell they were really having fun and enjoying themselves/not just smiling for the camera. The engagement shoot needed to be rescheduled twice due to weather and Jennifer was very flexible and accommodating, and really went out of her way to make sure they were able to get their engagement session done before the winter weather set in. In addition, she includes touch ups of all photos that will go into the album something that other photographers either wouldn't do at all or charged extra for. Can't wait to work with her at the wedding in June. We highly recommend her and are grateful that we booked her while our date was still open!

5 stars doesn't do Jenn justice! Jenn and her team (amazing second shooter) were organized, professional, calming AND FUN!, and without them, our day wouldn't have been as special! Jenn isn't just a fantastic photographer (though I could not possibly adore our engagement pictures/wedding pictures more), she is also an unbelievable source of knowledge and support! Jenn is beyond experienced and was the most professional person I ever worked with over the course of our engagement. From day 1 my husband and I said that booking Jenn was the best decision we made! I am positive that our day (and all the days of planning leading up to our wedding) would not have been as successful or memorable without Jenn! I am SO beyond thankful that we found Jenn, and I cannot wait for my sister to get engaged so we can work with Jenn all over again!!

Jennifer is incredibly professional, easy to work with, and cares about her clients. Chase and I had a fabulous time all throughout our wedding experience working with her - from our engagement shoot in a local park up until the day of! There was a great mixture of shots ranging from more formal/ classic poses to fun and quirky candids. I had some very specific requests which she honored without question, and I really could not have been happier with the results! I would 100% recommend Jennifer for any bride to be!

If you are looking for a photographer Jennifer is it!!!!! She was amazing and my husband and I are beyond happy with our wedding photos. Jennifer did our engagement photos first and we loved how she took control. My husband and I are no models and have been using the same pose for 8 years. Jennifer helped us to find poses that looked best for us and knew everywhere to place us. This continued on into our wedding day. She took control of our rowdy wedding party and got us the most incredible photos. Each one was better than the next. We couldn't have been happier she was a dream come true. I smile from ear to ear looking at these photos. Jennifer thank you so much for capturing our day perfectly. We love looking back and reliving it over and over.

Jenn was nothing short of amazing the entire time we worked with her. From the get-go, we were blown away by her beautiful photography and easy going, no BS nature. She is incredibly talented, professional, and so much fun. We did our engagement photos with her not knowing what to expect, but she helped get us comfortable in front of the camera and we had a blast (not to mention, our photos were stunning)! On our wedding day (which was outside), she completely rocked everything despite frequent downpours. I’m sure she was drenched by the end of the evening, but she never once slowed down or sacrificed a great shot. Jenn and her second shooter, Dave, were very organized and efficient, and of course they got many priceless photos that we and our families absolutely love and will forever cherish. Her daughter also happened to be assisting her for the summer, and even she was a godsend! We can’t recommend Jenn enough, we are forever grateful and know we have her to thank for helping make our day so perfect and memorable.

BOOK HER! You absolutely WILL NOT regret it! I have had multiple photo shoots with Jen now ranging from boudoir, to engagement, and then finally (but most importantly) my wedding. Jen came recommended to us by multiple friends and I am SO glad they decided to share her with us! From the second I met her, I knew she had to be the woman with us for the most important day of our lives. Jen is so laid back and down to earth. She makes the scenario super comfortable for you, no matter where you are. I also should note that my husband does not enjoy getting his picture taken in the least, but somehow she managed to get GREAT shots of him! I think she is reasonable with pricing and even though some may say she is on the more expensive end, my mentality is “you get what you pay for”. Wedding pictures were one thing I was NOT going to cut back on for our wedding. I mean really-- you only get one and you will have your pictures for a lifetime! Let me tell you, the pictures she captured for us far surpassed my expectations. *She was also super quick at getting them back to me, i.e. she left my wedding and posted teaser pictures THAT NIGHT! We got married July 3, 2016 at the Pen Ryn Mansion in Bensalem, PA. Jennifer Childress was our top choice for a photographer and it was definitely the right decision. Her prices are a little expensive, but definitely worth it. She does a free engagement shoot with you also, which was awesome and gave us the opportunity to get to know her better before our wedding day. She was super flexible with timelines and making changes throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, she arrived early with another photographer (Steve) and they both did a phenomenal job. As the bride, I felt totally confident in letting Jenn do her thing; she handled the timeline and pictures perfectly. She sent us the proofs so quickly after the wedding and they came out beyond amazing. They were absolutely perfect and we cannot wait to see the album! We highly recommend Jenn Childress for your wedding photographer.

Jenn, was my first and only choice when it came to capturing our wedding day. She made everything so easy from the start. She was so well organized leading up to, and on the day of the wedding. Of course our pictures are beautiful! She posted one "teaser" picture before we left for our honeymoon (the day after the wedding) and in only a few weeks she had 80 pictures for us to preview. In less than two months we had our entire gallery! I am not sure how I am going to chose for my album, every picture is beautiful and captures every emotion of the day perfectly.

Working with Jennifer and team was such a pleasure and we are SO HAPPY with our wedding photos! They turned out absolutely beautiful and are timeless! Jennifer Childress was my photographer for my wedding day and my engagement shoot. Although photography is a little pricey it's the one thing from your wedding day that will last you forever and what you have to show your children one day. Not only was Jen absolutely amazing at what she does, she also took great care of me! She even helped put my dress on when it was giving me a problem and held it up for me to pee! She's a great person and not to mention my pictures are to die for! I've had strangers stop me on the street asking if I was the bride from the pictures she shared on Facebook and they told me they were the most gorgeous pictures they've ever seen. Jen also brought her amazing team with her who also were fantastic. Jen thank you and my sister will be using you for her wedding next year!

My pictures are beautiful and were exactly what I was looking for. Jenn is very easy to work with and makes sure that you know how to pose the right way without feeling awkward. Would definitely recommend.

Jen and joe are extremely creative and professional. Our engagement session with Jenn was phenomenal. On our actual wedding day it seemed like nothing could go right, the first half the day it poured and the second half was freezing cold. Which was very unusual for a Memorial Day weekend wedding. On top of that there was a huge accident on the main road connecting to our venue and half the bridal party was over an hour behind, including me the bride! However, Jen and joe did such am awesome job of sticking to a time crunch and getting all the shots in we wanted and more. Every shot was breathtaking. I also loved the photo station they set up, so many people got awesome pictures with their significant others that they really value as a special momentum from our big day.

Jennifer did a fantastic job as our wedding photographer and beautifully captured all of the most important and memorable moments of our day. Her amazing photos are full of creative and artistic shots that are always crisp and vibrant. She is both professional and fun and we really enjoyed working with her and Joey. They both gave great direction and kept us on schedule, but kept us laughing and relaxed throughout it all. We cannot say enough great things about Jennifer. She truly exceeded even our highest expectations and we are so glad we chose her to do our wedding photography! Thanks Jennifer!

I loved working with Jennifer, she was great. I had never had my photograph taken professionally and i was very nervous she was great. I recommend having a engagement session, if it is your first time as well. i can't wait to see my wedding photos.

Seriously, best photographers ever. Jenn and Joey are easygoing, funny and creative, and our bridal party thought they were incredible too. They take beautiful pictures and we can't wait to see the rest of them!

Hiring Jenn was was best wedding decision we made. She captured every detail, emotion, and memory on our big day and the images are beautiful! I honestly couldn't be happier with her work. Her 2nd shooter Joey was equally amazing and they worked together great as a team. I had a huge bridal party and on my wedding day it did not stop pouring for a second. We were forced to take pictures inside with limited space and somehow they made it work. They got all the pictures we requested of us, our families and the bridal party (we had barely any space or light to work with in our venue but they still got great shots) and they did it quickly so that no one got cranky while we were all cramped in a small space together. They showed up on time, they had great attitudes all day and they were organized....they exceeded all expectations I had! Jenn posted teaser pictures a few days after the event and they were stunning. Shortly after that, she had the entire photo gallery up and running for us to view. I know most brides probably don't know what to ask for and what to look for when booking a photographer. I know I didn't....You are hiring someone to do more than take a pretty picture. You need someone that is dependable, trustworthy, and not looking to rip you off! I originally hired another photographer and ran into nothing but problems with her. She was not responsive, she made us feel uncomfortable, and her pictures were wayyyy overpriced. Once we had had all that we could take of the other photographer's neglect and unprofessionalism we were able to hire Jenn and Jenn was WONDERFUL! Ok.. I think that's enough raving but I honestly feel like she deserves the highest review for the amazing job she did for us. If you are looking for a photographer, Jenn is your girl.
