t completely achieved our vision while also staying within our budget. Our wedding truly exceeded our expectations thanks largely to Jennifer's floral designs and I highly recommend working with Jennifer Cole Florals.

f blush for my wedding florals. I also wanted my florals to be lush, beautiful, and elegant. In the several months that I spent planning my destination wedding, I was worried that my floral vision wouldn't come through, so I even sent Jennifer a powerpoint with pictures/colors/descriptions of exactly what I wanted and was picturing for my wedding. On my wedding day, just moments before I was scheduled to walk down the aisle, I was horrified to discover that I had bright PINK flowers lining my aisle (I also had two different colored drapes- white and ivory-on my arbor which I thought was very strange). Granted, the arbor and arrangements looked nice overall, but the flower arrangements looked disappointingly sparse. I was honestly very confused and upset, but I was determined to let nothing ruin my wedding day. Fast forward a couple weeks, I sent Jennifer an email thanking her for doing my wedding flowers, but also telling her that I was bothered by the color of the petals (which I still think clashes with the rest of the arbor and kills me inside). She replied telling me that she was aware that the color of the petals was NOT what I wanted, but that her supplier from Colombia had a "shortage of popular varieties" and thus had to settle for the "next closest" color. She said that she felt that she had to give me petals "as per my contract," and that the color was "to the best of her ability." Her solution was for me to contact my photographer to ask her to adjust the color of the petals post production because "they can work small miracles these days." I was baffled. I could not believe that she had given me these petals when she was well aware that this was not the color that I had wanted or asked for. She did not reach out to me about this "shortage" before the wedding (I could have easily ordered white/ivory petals from another source to decorate the aisle myself, OR I could have asked for her to get rid of them altogether). Instead, I ended up spending hundreds of dollars just on pink petals that I did not even want. I replied to Jennifer's email telling her that I did not understand how she could knowingly display something that she knew I didn't want at such a central spot at my wedding without even consulting me beforehand. I did not get a response back from her. No apology, nothing. I honestly believe that my day was perfect except for my flowers, and it's really unfortunate that I have to feel this way.
