I have several emails and text messages about how much she loved my work, the engagement photos of herself and fiancé and her family, she said they were amazing over 9 times in communcations. She canceled her wedding photography 1 month before her wedding saying she was "going in another direction”. the true reason for canceling is unknown. She did not mention how much she loved and gushed over her engagement photos, or how they were published on How He Asked by the knot, and how they were NOT paid for! Or how much she loved the photos of her sister’s family. She is sour over the fact that her retainer is non-refundable. Her retainer was given to me via check in the backseat of her car, she was aware it was for a retainer and it was non refundable, it was collected a year before her wedding and is meant to hold the date and for me to turn down other jobs on the same date which both myself and my second photographer did, due to it being a popular wedding date. I made an exception and applied her retainer towards her engagement photos plus other items such as travel and downloading of gallery, etc.. I do not think she should be allowed to give this type of review because it is false.
