Jennifer is so detailed oriented and organized that I never once had to worry something was not done. She was always two steps ahead! Jennifer transformed the venue into Zamunda! From the African drummers, the dancers, the subway theme photobooth, the animals, the royal thrones, the women dropping rose petals as I entered the room, the signature cocktail, the eddy murphy impersonator, more upscale table settings, the singer to serenade “she’s your queen”, the “Mcdowells” theme party favors, my face as “employee of the month” even the tables were named after quotes from the movie. EVERY DETAIL WAS DONE BY JENNIFER!  My guest and I felt we were part of the movie! All the vendors Jennifer used are so punctual, and professional! The DJ kept the party going and alive song after song. The photographers gave me all my professional photos within 48hours of the event! The flowers looked so fresh people questioned if they were all real! The cake was not only delicious but a piece of art! My original makeup artist back out, but Jennifer  Evans events came to the rescue and did my face and several of my friends of all various skin tones/textures! Jennifer kept us informed as much and as little as we wanted. She respected our budget, and made the party come alive. I’m personally a type “A” person and host all holidays/events for my family but this was the first time I got to sit back and relax and enjoy the party! I will definitely be using Jennifer Evans events for all my future parties!

Jen took the time & felt us out, asked lots of questions and wanted to see photos of us and what we like to do. Jen really wanted to get to know who we were as a couple. She just simply cared so much! My fiancé & I decided that we trusted Jen so whole heartedly that we hired her to plan our wedding from soup to nuts! She handled EVERYTHING. So much so that I can honestly say the only thing I had to do was the guest list. JEE answered every single one of my calls on the first ring, FaceTimed me with such excitement ( & not to mention her show stopping outfits she was always in), handled paperwork, contracts, knew exactly which photographer, hair & makeup artists I’d love, florists, limos, busses and I can keep going. ERYTHING about her so I knew I had to have her for my wedding. My wedding was almost two years out from when I spoke with Jennifer and she was there to guide me no matter the day or time! She provided honest advice and opinions which were beyond helpful!!! Jennifer also came with me to my appointments making it so much easier! many years with Covid that we wanted to do some thing BIG that truly brought everyone back together. When I first spoke to Jen, I just knew she was the perfect person for us. She was warm and bubbly. I just knew she was going to make the party of our dreams and I felt the immediate connection on phone call ONE! I knew the theme that I wanted and different ideas and inspirations that I had! Jen took those ideas and made them a reality, but even better than we have ever expected!! She truly planned the party from start to finish! It was a stress free party for us, which was something we are not typically used to, and it allowed us to really enjoy our son’s first birthday!!! Jen took care of everything from venue visits, speaking to all the necessary people, sketching the designs, collecting/paying everyone, Invitations (down to the stamps and sealing), favors, decor, experiences for the kids, and every little minor detail! bout her services as I wanted to hire someone to plan and design my baby shower (2021). I was expecting my first child (and possibly my only) and I had never really thrown myself a party, so I wanted this to be over-the-top. After speaking to Jennifer, I very quickly felt at ease because I knew almost immediately from a short conversation that I had found who I was looking for. She was like me - A type personality; super friendly and outgoing, assertive, actively listening to my wants, needs, and concerns. Our conversations through the planning process were balanced with some of her own suggestions and ideas (as a pro with tons of experience) along with considerations and objections that I would never be able to anticipate. Jennifer took the reins when it came to working directly with the venue(s) to ensure this part of the process was moving along. There were also many times that I looked to her for friendly advice, and she became my consultant and confidante. I have never met someone more organized and who has such a meticulous attention to detail. This made the experience that much more positive and less stressful for me, and it allowed me to focus on preparing for the baby (in case of Baby Shower), and with the Baptism (I was 2 months postpartum and extremely overwhelmed when the planning started so I entrusted JEE with everything). Baby’s first birthday “Winter Onderland” - same thing. As much as Jennifer ran with most things, we connected regularly on all aspects of the party and she was excellent and resourceful when we hit some minor roadblocks or had to pivot for various reason. This included everything from my invitations, menus (including specialty cocktails) cake/treats, party favors, decorations, balloons, flower arrangements, photography, table assignments, music, linens, down to the smallest details.. the list is endless. If you are looking for a true professional/ an artist/a creative visionary with exceptional talent and tons of experience.. someone who will listen to your every want and need, and who will work relentlessly to bring your dream to life, and deliver the most illustrious party of the decade, Jennifer Evans is it. The biggest stress of a party is the cleanup. At 8am the next day, all of Jenn’s vendors were already breaking down the venue and decor…long before we even woke up! We couldn’t have done it without Jenn and we were able to truly enjoy the process and the party from start to finish thanks to Jenn and her team.

I am so thankful that we hired JEE to help make our day run so smoothly. I was very nervous for the ceremony and to walk down the aisle, and somehow, the day of the wedding I could not have been more calm from start to finish thanks to JEE. From me forgetting important accessories in the morning, Jenn running and getting everything I needed, Lynn fixing my dress when a hook and eye popped off, making sure my vendors were where they needed to be, directing my bridal party, etc. The list goes on. For me it became very confusing trying to coordinate who rented a wall, a sign, light up numbers, balloons, etc. as from what I was seeing a lot of these vendors were separate. As soon as I spoke with Jenn she knew exactly what we were looking for and had great ideas to coordinate with our florist and just tying everything together. Jenn was extremely good at responding to texts/calls and helping with emergency situations! The DJ we hired was a friend of my family but turned out instead of saying he couldn’t provide someone for the night of the party he strung me along that 6 weeks before we were without a DJ. I called Jenn, we spoke and within 10 minutes we had a DJ and at a much better price! The night of the event our focal point looked absolutely amazing and our DJ was phenomenal, the colors, the lighting everything coordinated perfectly, the DJ had everyone dancing all night. The party was amazing! We used Jenn’s event consulting services so while she was not physically there she was definitely on top of what was going on and called/texted me to ensure we were happy with everything before the party started, Jenn is amazing and I highly recommend her!

We had no idea what it took to plan a wedding but Jennifer took complete care of that. Throughout the months leading to our wedding, Jennifer would send us some options to choose from with small pieces of inspiration. We made all our choices but, being across the country, had no idea how it would look. We decided to trust the process and it paid off. We flew into NY, not knowing what to expect and were pleasantly surprised by the most beautiful wedding room I have ever seen. Everything was beyond what we expected. My wife and I are so happy we chose Jennifer and her team for this amazing occasion.

From our first conversation ,too meeting at the venue space & planning things out SHE WAS A VIBE! I told her what I wanted & she delivered more then that. My event was beautiful, amazing, intimate, romantic. She was able to get me beautiful real flower bouquets , a customs ice sculpture with my sons name carved in it, a top tier cake on a swing. My Babyshower had an outstanding desert cart as well as the balloon scheme from the ceiling all around the room with draped sides AMAZING! I definitely can’t wait to book her AGAIN. She is family now & I want to include her in everything. 1 million thank you’s to her team of vendors that came through as needed. I don’t think anyone else in this profession can really top Jenn at what she does the woman has this game in a choke hold HANDS DOWN! My sister is in the bridal industry and when I asked who I should use as a planner, she did not hesitate and recommended Jennifer Evans. She said “she will get shit done”. I said we need her! And when I tell you, I was not worried one bit because I knew we had jenn and she would take care of everything. Jenn always was honest and up front with what we were dealing with and gave us the pros and cons first. She let us work with any vendors we wanted and did not push any of her own into us. Even though I mentally left the planning process, she was there to keep it all flowing and meeting all of our deadlines. On the wedding day, we had jenns team there and they helped with anything snd everything. I was so confident that the day would be perfect just because I had the JEE team taking care of it. Even though things went wrong as they always do, I had no idea and did not notice anything! That is how it should be. rl to marry me the next step was to have the craziest wedding possible. I knew I needed a wedding planner but when all of these prices hit you at once you start to second guess it. THAT WOULD BE A MISTAKE. I hired Jennifer Evans and it was the best decision Icould’ve ever made. from the first phone call, you know that she is no joke. Not only is she the best at what she does but also the best dressed, which I appreciate. Jen made us feel like this wasn’t just some job we hired her to do. She literally put her all into making this wedding exactly how we wanted. Once we booked our venue and we had our first site visit I saw right away what I paid for, an absolute gangster, she came in like a lawyer. She killed this place on our contract and she saved us more money in one day than her entire rate. The money jen saved us throughout this nine month process was literally unbelievable. You can ask my wife, every day I said she’s worth every penny and more. The venue me and my wife picked was incredible. So we thought. The people that work there are literally the worst and jen had to deal with them every single day even she was ready to explode on these people but she didn’t. She was an absolute professional and fixed the millions and millions of problems that the venue gave us. On my wedding day the venue and some venders weren’t doing the right thing and I felt like somthing was wrong. But jen didn’t let me know. All she keep saying was “we are all good baby”. but I knew and she fixed everything and when I walked into that room I can’t even explain how incredible it was SHE DID IT! She made our dream wedding come true. Jen became more then just some lady I hired for my wedding she’s my friends she’s our friend for life and she will be doing my parties FOREVER .

I couldn't be happier that I did. Jennifer was so easy to work with, I gave her my ideas and she ran with it. She is unbelievably talented and has an incredible eye when putting all the pieces together. My guests were in awe of how she transformed my backyard for my 40th Fiesta. Her attention to detail is top-notch. She was so easy to work with, and for the first time I was able to relax the day of my party because she took care of everything along with Val and her team of amazing vendors.
