I can’t recommend JJ Bridal enough! From start to finish, the coordinator, Abby, was incredibly easy to work with. Before booking, she answered all of my questions and helped guide me through all of the services offered. It made booking an easy decision! Leading up to the wedding, my trials were easy to schedule and it was nice to meet my makeup artist (Meghan) and hair stylist (Rachel). They were both amazing and listened to what I was looking for with my wedding day look. On wedding day I asked for a few small changes and they were completely on board and made sure I liked my look! And wedding morning was so much fun - Rachel, Meghan, and Robyn chatted with my party, our groomsman, and my moms and made all of us comfortable while chatting away and playing our favorite music! I couldn’t have asked for a better crew to kick off our day! On top of it all, everyone loved their hair and makeup. Especially me! Both my hair and makeup stayed flawless all day through the eating, dancing, and happy tears! Everything was perfect - I 100% recommend JJ Bridal if you’re getting married in the MKE area!

I LOVED my experience with JJ Bridal Artistry. Cali, my makeup artist was a saint, as we were dealing with hair fiascos, and did so amazingly on mine and my bridesmaids makeup! My makeup lasted all night, looked BEAUTIFUL and everyone was so impressed. 10/10 would reccomend!

Robyn did an amazing job with my hair!! She made sure it was personalized and unique to me during my trial, and truly carried out that same vision on my wedding day!! She did a fabulous job with my bridesmaids as well :) She was super easy to communicate with over text, and really easy to carry out a conversation with, which helped to ease my nerves the morning of my big day! I would highly recommend her and JJ Bridal Artistry!

I got married on 10/18 and I am so happy I went through JJ’s bridal makeup and hair for my wedding! I had Katelyn as my makeup artist and she was absolutely amazing! My makeup was flawless, and I usually don’t wear anything, so Katelyn created a perfect soft glam look. It lasted throughout the whole night, through the tears and the dance floor without really any touch ups needed. My bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law were also blown away with her work!
Lexie did our hair and she was incredible! She was so efficient and was able to give us all our dream hair look just based on an inspo photo. My hair looked and felt perfect the whole day/night. My trials with each artist were also great, and they were super easy to communicate with.

I recently got married on Halloween 10.31.2025. I am blown away with JJ Bridal Aristry. They were always very sweet to talk to and was very quick with their responses. My makeup artist for our wedding was Katelyn and she was amazing!! All of my bridal party adored her and she did an amazing job. She showed up on time and was ready to work right away. 10/10!!!

I do not go all-out for hair and make-up on a regular day to day basis, so I was nervous about finding someone who would make me feel beautiful while also making me feel like myself. I absolutely loved my hair and make-up ladies, and they made everyone look incredible! Plus I felt like they were extremely reasonably priced. Highly recommend Annika and Elizabeth!

My JJ Bridal Artistry crew was absolutely amazing! Shawna and Heather were my lead stylist and makeup artist, they made the entire morning feel relaxed and fun, and my hair and makeup turned out better than I ever imagined. Everything stayed flawless through happy tears, photos, and dancing. Heather was also so kind and accommodating — making quick touch-ups and changes to help a few bridesmaids feel their best. Ashley did such an amazing job on everyone’s hair! She was so professional, kind, and easy to work with, and she made the whole getting ready process smooth and stress free. She was incredibly fast without ever compromising quality. Every hairstyle looked flawless and lasted all night long.
She was also super open to feedback and happy to make any tweaks or adjustments to make sure everyone felt their best. Ashley worked beautifully with all different hair types and lengths, and every single person looked stunning.
We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. She’s so talented, efficient, and sweet. We’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hairstylist for their wedding!

Our experience with Jennifer Janssen Bridal Artistry was wonderful! We had Isabel and Alyssa for our bridal party makeup as well as Betzy for our bridal party hair. They were all so wonderful, punctual and everyone was done with plenty of time to spare! They were professional and fun to be around the morning of the wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better group. We all loved our makeup and hair- the girls all crushed it and would absolutely recommend them for your wedding needs.

I found JJ Bridal Artistry on Instagram and loved how natural all of their brides looked. I'm not someone who wears a lot of makeup and it was important for me to look like me but also glammed up for my big day. Betzy did my hair and she did a great job, we even changed it up on the day of and it was perfect and stayed in place the whole night. I LOVED my makeup by Mandy and she was very helpful with overall makeup education and suggestions that helped my makeup stay the whole day. My only comment is that some people in my bridal party had changed their minds after I had made the contract so I had to pay extra for services that they chose not to get.

Jenny was the hairstylist for my wedding day and she did a beautiful job! My trial was fantastic and my wedding day was no different. She was able to complete 8 people with plenty of time! I could not have asked for a better person to make me feel absolutely beautiful on my special day and I would highly recommend!

Working with JJ Bridal was seamless. Abby was super repo since, and my make up artist Isabel did such a great job, was right on time, and so professional and kept to schedule perfectly. A lot of the girls in my group don’t wear a ton of makeup regularly and she did a great job making sure they still look/felt natural day of. The whole experience was great and stress free!

We had the best experience with our hair and makeup team through JJ Bridal Artistry! Francesca (makeup) and Jenny (hair) were absolutely amazing. They took on our contract at the last minute, yet were so flexible, professional, and calm throughout the entire process.
Both ladies truly brought my vision to life—I felt so beautiful and confident all day. Guests were coming up to me all evening with compliments on my look, from my hair to my makeup to my dress, and it was everything we had hoped and dreamed for.
I’m so grateful to Francesca and Jenny for their incredible talent and kindness. They helped make my wedding day even more special, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team!

I’m so glad we went with JJ Bridal Artistry for our wedding hair and makeup! Jordan (makeup) and Shawna (hair) both traveled over an hour to do our hair and makeup and they both were so great! Everyone’s hair and makeup looked beautiful and lasted really the whole day! The JJ Bridal team is very on top of and transparent with communication and pricing. Abby was the main point of contact and she juggled all of my changes I made through email and I’m so appreciative of her! I used JJ Bridal artistry for my hair and makeup for my June wedding at the Villa Terrace. Abby was great at facilitating communication with both. Jenny Danek was my hair stylist and Jackie Patten was my makeup artist. Both exceeded my expectations. They also did the hair and makeup for my bridesmaid. Everyone loved the final look. I would 10/10 recommend.
The only thing I wish was different is the payment method. I would've preferred to send the final payment via Zelle or cashapp instead of worrying up bringing cash the day of the wedding.

The girls absolutely loved Jamie! After she was done with each head of hair, the girls would go to the mirror and be in shock of how good it looked. She took into consideration our hair color and made suggestions based on our idea photo on what might work / Look better on each of us. She was so personal and made every girl look and feel her best, even in the 101 degree heat and 40mph winds! Our hair held, and I mean held! You would have never guessed our photos and ceremony were outside. I would highly recommend her, she works quickly but takes her time in the details. She even touched up all our hair at the end and finished ahead of schedule! She absolutely is a girls girl and wanted the very best of us all.
I (the bride) was the only one to get makeup services. I never wear any makeup and Jamie nailed the "all natural and minimal makeup" look while still making me feel like a bride. She kept all my facial features looking natural and made corrections if there was something I just didn't think looked like me.

I was really pleased with everyone's hair and makeup! I was surprised to be paired with artists who lived so far away (I'm in Milwaukee and was paired with someone from Geneva and from Illinois) which made the travel fee for the trial inevitable. Katelyn did my and my bridal party's makeup and she is so kind and did a phenomenal job! She was also great about asking questions to figure out the perfect look during the trial. The person I was initially paired with for hair seemed new, anxious, and did a sloppy job on my simple updo (a low knot bun). When I indicated my concern, Abby was quick to jump in and sort everything out, and Shawna then did our hair and did a very expert job. Loved how we all looked on the day of!

She was responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. My hair (Ashley) and makeup (Jeanette) team were also amazing to work with. Jackie (makeup artist) and Rachel (hairstylist) from Jennifer Jansen Bridal Artistry were incredible. They made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself — not overdone, just totally me, but elevated in the best way. Doing the trials ahead of time helped so much too because I knew exactly what to expect and felt so confident going into the big day (the best peace of mind). Getting ready with them was honestly one of the highlights of the day— fun, calm, and full of good energy. Holy freaking moly. Jennifer Janssen Bridal Artistry killed my bridal parties hair and makeup. Brittany (our lead MUA) and Heather (MUA) made each girl feel so comfortable in their own skin. My bridal party was compromised of girls that do not wear a lot of makeup day to day, and each one could not say enough good things about how they felt. Just like an elevated version of themselves. Betzy (our lead hairstylist) and Chloe (Hairstylist) also brought everyone’s hair vision to life. I was beyond impressed with them and could not recommend them enough!

I had a fantastic experience with Jennifer Janssen Bridal Artistry for my makeup and for my bridal party’s hair and makeup. While I used a different hairstylist because of my hair type, they were willing to accommodate for an extra fee. Other HMUA were not willing to work if other stylists were present. From start to finish their team was communicative. I appreciated Abby’s management of my trial, her support updating the contract as needed, and her kind reminders on payment. This level of organization reduced stress in the final week before the wedding. I loved working with Liz, my makeup artist, as did all of my bridesmaids, grandmothers, mom, and mother-in-law. They all enjoyed Lexi, our hairstylist, as well. Both were responsive to everyone’s requests, likes, and dislikes, as well as friendly and efficient. They arrived early and got to work quickly. They made everyone feel comfortable regardless of their level of experience with professional hair and makeup. I would consider reaching out to them for additional hair and makeup needs in the future. I highly recommend Jennifer Janssen Bridal Artistry.

I found Jennifer and her team on Wisconsin bride magazine! Best decision ever! I had Isabel who did our airbrush makeup and she did amazing work on us! For Hair we had Michaela ! She is amazing and did amazing work on all of us! Both ladies were on time in the morning and finished perfectly on time! My hair and makeup lasted till 2am! It was great to work with Jennifer Janssen for my wedding day! Kerry did our hair and did an amazing job! She was so efficient that she actually finished ahead of schedule. She made sure each of my bridesmaids & our mothers liked their hair style at various stages to make sure everyone was happy. Becky did our make up & also did a fantastic job. I had Becky as my makeup artist and she was incredible! She was so fun to work with and made it seem like a breeze. I had such a wonderful experience working with Jennifer Janssen Bridal Artistry for hair services for my October wedding!! We worked with Shawna and Kimberly and both did an amazing job to make myself, my 7 bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law look gorgeous!! My hair still looked perfect by the end of the night and Shawna helped me make sure my hair style would support the long veil I had for my ceremony! Overall great experience and JJ Bridal Artistry did such a good job at communicating all the way through the big day! Loved working with them!

I can’t say enough nice things about this company! The booking process was simple - $100 down to secure your date - just be aware that an invoice is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding date and the remaining balance is due in cash on the day of the wedding (some might like to be prepared for that). Bela (makeup) and Brittany (hair) were professional, friendly, and prompt on the big day. They were attentive to the inspo pictures that each woman gave and especially made me feel so incredibly beautiful. Booking trials was simple and I felt very comfortable with each artist long before the big day. Overall, I am so happy that I booked with JJ!

Working with Jennifer Janssen was amazing and stress-free! Our communication was great throughout my whole planning process and I was lucky to have Isabel as my makeup artist for my big day. I was able to meet her and scheduled a trial before the wedding and she made look look stunning! Being able to meet her and go over makeup styles before the wedding was super helpful and calmed my nerves before the big day. She made my girls and I look absolutely stunning and stayed exactly within our timeline! Thank you again for everything!

Working with Jennifer Jansen bridal artistry was super easy! Our makeup artist Liz, was INCREDIBLE! She did such an amazing job on all of our makeup and is the kindest, most collaborative person to work with! Booking with Jennifer Janssen was streamlined and easy, and I would highly recommend! They were able to accommodate my getting ready group that was smaller than the minimum. I had the pleasure of working with Becca for my hair, and she was fabulous! So friendly, communicative, timely, and open to changes between the trial and final look. My hair lasted all night (and well into the morning!), and I couldn't be happier. If you have Becca as your hair artist, you're in good hands!

We booked JJs for our wedding and my assigned artist was Brittany. Brittany was a gem to work with from the start of our assignment. Trial went great and we only made a few tweaks for day of and she nailed it. My makeup also lasted all night. My only critique with doing a company vs individual is the assignments. Since people come and go, I got assigned two other artists before getting Brittany. I know life happens but it was just annoying tbh.

I recently worked with JJ Bridal Artistry for my wedding day on 8/24/24 and had a great experience. I had the pleasure of working with Kerry for our makeup and Lexie for our hair. They both did a great job and were amazing to work with! All the girls loved their hair and makeup and it lasted all day for us. They made sure we planned enough time to get all the services completed which made my wedding morning very relaxed and not stressful at all. I would definitely recommend them both!

Jackie did my makeup for my wedding day and I would HIGHLY recommend her!! I didn’t fall in love with my first trial and considered cancelling, however Jackie then offered to retrial free of charge. She listened to everything i mentioned to change about the look and she was so kind and understanding. I LOVED my second trial and the replicated look for my wedding!! 10/10 Jackie is absolutely amazing!

I loved working with Jennifer Janssen! They were very professional and allowed us to set up trials with the artist they had available for our date. Then, you could discuss with the artist what you liked, what you didn't like, and alter your look how you wanted to. They were also super accommodating for everyone (i.e., people who wanted lashes, people who didn't want lashes, people who liked less makeup rather than more, etc.). We ended up becoming best friends with our artist, Liz! She was simply amazing! They also provided you with a back up artist for the day which was super relieving!

Working with Jennifer Janssen Bridal Artistry was seamless! Abby was the person I did most of my communicating through, and she was always quick to respond, organized, and kind. We had Kerry for makeup and Shawna for hair and both did a fantastic job!! My wedding morning was stress free and this is largely due to how efficient they were. They finished 8 people's hair and 7 people's makeup with lots of time to spare from the time I said everyone needed to be done by. They were kind and listened to what everyone wanted and executed beautiful hair and makeup that lasted all day! (through sunny, humid weather and rain all in the same day :)). Could not have asked for a better hair and makeup experience!
