Jennifer Lam Photography

is unparalleled; every single photo she captured feels like a true work of art. We are completely obsessed with how beautiful our wedding memories look through her lens. Choosing her as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made, and we will cherish these photos forever.

such a fun person to spend the day with! She made sure that she photographed all of our most important shots while also using her creative eye to capture other photos that she thought would be excellent moments. When we received the photos back from her we were in awe! The photos were gorgeous and we were thrilled with the time and energy she put into each one. Thanks to Jennifer, we will have beautiful photos of the most special day in our lives to treasure forever!

day. From start to finish- everything has been completely seamless and blew any and all my expectations! Run don’t walk to book Jen- you will be so happy you did!

capture every moment we wanted without demanding too much of our attention. Multiple guests came up to us the next day saying how amazing she was. The photos came out so beautifully and we got the sneak peaks and the full album so quickly! 10/10 will be using her again for our next life event!

shoot, she caught such natural and fun shots, and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. During the entire wedding process, she gave the best advice, and was extremely helpful with planning our timeline of the day. We don't know what we would've done without her! As the bride, the photographer is there with you most of your wedding day and during some of the most special moments - Jen captured it all on our wedding, but did it seamlessly and naturally, without us feeling like we had any cameras close by. Her assistant, Val, did the same, and did such a wonderful job. Jen is so sweet, and we have already spoken about having Jen be a part of future photos when we grow our family. :) Jen is the best! We highly recommend her to anyone looking to capture beautiful photos and have a fun, relaxed time doing so!

us feel so comfortable. Her talent is undeniable, she has the ability to capture the most beautiful moments in the most natural way. There were times during our wedding when we hardly noticed she was there, yet she managed to perfectly capture every detail. We were so excited to receive sneak peeks just a few days after the wedding, and they were absolutely stunning, beyond what we could have ever imagined. Jen truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for the memories she preserved for us. She felt more like a friend than just a photographer, and we couldn't recommend her enough! I can't wait to use her for our family photos one day.

person you could work with. She is personable and plays into each of her couple's personalities. She makes you feel comfortable and confident while guiding you through every step of the way. She is down to earth and is genuinely happy about your day and the love that she gets to capture between you and your significant other. With her guidance, our wedding day was perfect! We would recommend Jen time and time again!

ery patient, caring and kind. She captured everything special and beautiful of our wedding. Truly the most wonderful photographer you could ever work with. Our pictures came out STUNNING!!!

ot only are Jen's photos absolutely stunning, she is the sweetest person with the most calming presence, which were super helpful on the day of our wedding. Jen made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera and had so many amazing ideas for photos. Ahead of our wedding day, Jen asked if we had any inspiration pictures and any specific pictures we wanted to add to her shot list. Jen and her second photographer, Beth, made sure we got every single photo we wanted the day of our wedding. Beth had our shot list printed and actually checked off every single photo as we got it to make sure no important photos were missing. This was so incredible and we feel like we got every single picture we wanted! If there were any additional pictures we wanted the day of, Jen simply said, "Whatever you want, we will do!" We also got sneak peaks back extremely quickly, in addition to our whole wedding album, which we have been obsessing over ever since we got it. Overall, Jen is the most amazing photographer and person and we've loved getting to know her over the past year and a half. We look forward to using Jen again in the future when we have a family!

ever met. I had a specific style in mind of photos that were light and airy and her photos far exceeded my expectations. We met her prior to the wedding as we had an engagement shoot with her and right from the start we knew she’d be a perfect fit. My husband was nervous he would feel awkward taking pictures and Jen made us both feel so comfortable. On my wedding day she was such a hype girl too, making me feel so beautiful! I will definitely be using her again in the future.

utely stunning. We knew we wanted light, bright, and colorful wedding photos to match our vibe! If you love this style as much as we do then look no further than Jen! Every shot captured the emotions and essence of our special day perfectly. We were in awe of the attention to detail and the creativity that went into each image. Jen has a true talent for turning moments into art. But it wasn't just the final product that impressed us. Jen made the entire process wonderful, enjoyable, and stress-free. Jen and second photographer Danielle were professional, punctual, and had an amazing ability to put us at ease in front of the camera. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and their calm demeanor was exactly what we needed on our wedding day. Our families and friends are STILL talking about Jen and Danielle months after our August 2023 wedding. They were charming, funny, sweet, and made sure to capture all the special moments and even the moments we didn't realize were special at the time. Jen also went above and beyond to understand our vision and preferences. Jen listened carefully to our ideas and suggestions, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making our photos unique to us. We appreciated her flexibility and willingness to work with us to ensure everything turned out just the way we wanted. Jen carefully studied each email, instagram message, pinterest board, and request so that on the wedding day she knew exactly what we wanted, even if we ourselves had forgotten what our next step should be. The turnaround time for receiving our photos was surprisingly fast, and the presentation was impeccable. Jen gave us so many preview photos while we were still on our first leg of our honeymoon! Our full album was delivered not too long after that. The files are organized by category which makes locating each picture a breeze. Overall, we can't recommend Jen enough. She’s not just a photographer; she’s an artist, a professional, and a true pleasure to work with. We will treasure these photos for a lifetime, and it's all thanks to Jen! If you're looking for a wedding photographer who will exceed your expectations, look no further! Thank you, Jen, for being an integral part of our special day and for providing us with memories that will last a lifetime. You are truly exceptional.

luding a stop for photos in front of our house, which Jen happily made happen! Jen’s photos are extremely beautiful and clearly capture the fun, happiness, and love of our event from start to finish. These will all be special keepsakes for years to come. We also loved our second photographer, Siobhan. She was also very talented, and had a great sense of humor (as evidenced by my husband’s groom prep photos!). No matter who we were with or where at the reception, we could always find either Jen or Siobhan for a quick group or one on one picture with friends and family. Jennifer Lam Photography is AMAZING! Hire Jen for your upcoming wedding - you won’t be disappointed!!

action in my sister's two weddings due to covid, it was a no brainer that we had to work with her. From our engagement photos to our wedding day, Jen makes you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera, and has a way of capturing special moments in the most perfect way, and somehow manages to make you forget you're being photographed. She was extremely flexible and enthusiastic about special ideas we wanted to incorporate into our engagement photos and wedding day, and made sure to stay on top of certain photographs that were really important to us. We received so many compliments on the day of our wedding from family and friends on both Jen and Danielle, and we were so overwhelmed (in the best way possible) with the amount of amazing and beautiful photos from our big day. We really could not have imagined our wedding day without Jen, and are so grateful for all of the special moments that were captured as a result of working with her.

shot with 3 young children and she came prepared to keep them happy and comfortable in front of the camera. We finally got a sneak peek at our photos and she absolutely blew our minds. We shot on a very windy day but the pictures came out flawless. The photos were bright, airy and absolutely stunning. I can’t recommend Jen enough! She made our day absolutely perfect. Everything executed perfect. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

ing this review so many months after my wedding as this past year has been extremely busy with my wedding, career, new job, and a cross country move. This review is especially for all those future brides/grooms looking for the perfect photographer to capture their wedding or even those newly engaged couples planning an engagement shoot, Jennifer Lam is your DREAM photographer. I was planning my intimate wedding ceremony and came across Jennifer Lam Photography after being referred to her by another photographer who had conflicting dates. What a blessing that was. From the moment I connected with Jennifer, she immediately became a part of our wedding journey. She is quite personable, professional, easy to work with, and very accommodating. She took the time to get to know me and my fiancé and walked with us each step of the way up until after our wedding day. She seamlessly captured so many beautiful, natural, and priceless moments and the photos came out beyond BEAUTIFUL! Her photos have a certain elevated style, and elegance while remaining natural, light, and flawless (or shall I say perfectly imperfect- if you know what I mean). Everyone that has looked at my wedding photos has really complimented her photography. Just going through her stunning Instagram page JENNIFERLAMPHOTO is quite literally a joy! Seriously, check it out! I truly commend her in all that she does particularly on a professional level and we felt so lucky to have worked with her on such an important day of our lives. I would love to work with her again in the near future and would be willing to travel to New York (from Texas) for another photography session with my husband and family! Best Wishes to you all, From a happy and loyal Jennifer Lam Client

s moving along, and that we got all of the shots we were looking for! Working with Jen leading up to the day was effortless. I also appreciated both of their positive attitudes on our actual day. Despite rain or changes in locations, Jen and Danielle were right there to make it work! Our friends and family are so impressed with the HUNDREDS of beautiful photos we have. We are so lucky to have these memories thanks to them!

photographer and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience. From the moment my husband, Josh and I met Jen, she was SO sweet and easy going. We didn’t know what to expect and we didn’t want to look like that awkward couple taking pictures. Well, needless to say, Jen’s friendly personality made us feel instantly comfortable; So, the day was filled the day with laughter instead of awkward silence. To say we loved our engagement photos is an understatement! They looked SO natural and beautiful! Jen even came to our house to capture the best pictures of our fur baby that we will treasure forever. Fast forward to our wedding day, a year later, we knew Jen would do an amazing job. Her creativity and vision matched our personality and vision perfectly! She worked flawlessly with our videographer and together, with her assistant photographer, Danielle, they captured all of our emotions from the day perfectly. Our pictures are fun and playful but also naturally gorgeous! They are everything we imagined and more. On top of that, Jen emailed us our “sneak peak” (so many photos) within 5 DAYS!!! The pictures are a gorgeous synopsis of the day from beginning to end! I wish I could upload pictures of Jen’s work because words do not due it justice. As cliché as it sounds, pictures are truly worth 1,000 words. Our wedding day was perfect and we could not be more grateful to Jen for bring our day to life! Thank you so much!! 🥰🤗💕

e made us feel at ease behind the camera. She went above and beyond-she was always prompt with her email responses, suggestions, and edits. She took our vision for our wedding day and truly helped us bring it to life. Her work speaks for itself and we cannot stop looking at the stunning photos that tell our story. She exceeded all of our expectations!

h a quick turn around with our sneak peek photos (less than a week!! HOW?!) and let me tell you they are EVERYTHING. I can’t stop looking at them. Every detail was captured and makes me feel like I’m reliving the moment. Her photos are light and airy and just simply breathtaking. Even our priest made a comment about how “non-intrusive” the photographers were YET they caught all of the best moments. You NEED this team at your wedding.

art! Her assistant Danielle was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Jennifer and can’t say enough about her work! My photos were perfect and working with her was everything and more! I had a bridal party of 24 people and every single one loved her. Please check her out, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Jennifer for everything and for creating the most beautiful memories I will look back on for the rest of my life!! 💕

w we felt like we were hanging out with friends who were taking our photos all day! These two kept the vibes calm and were as excited as we were about how the day turned out. It's only been a few days since our wedding and we've already received some preview photos and are stunned with how they came out. I can say for certain that we will choose Jen as first choice for any future photos we need. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you so much Jen and Danielle, you are AMAZING! If you're thinking about working with Jen, do it! I would do it again a million times over.

r photographer was. Jen's photos are romantic and light, and they come out beautifully. Not only did we love our photos, but we loved that we had Jen there on our wedding day to guide us. She kept the day's vibes calm and happy, and whenever a problem occurred (like the rain or the bustle on my wedding dress ripping), Jen was such a calming force. (Not to mention, she was the one who sewed my dress back together, so she helped with more than just pictures!) She is so sweet and took time to get to know about us as a couple before she shot our wedding day. Highly recommend Jennifer Lam!

my engagement shoot and I am still obsessed. I was a covid bride and had to unfortunately postpone my wedding. She was super accommodating and patient with me on getting a new date and was encouraging throughout the stressful process. She sent my beautiful wedding gallery back to me so quickly. She is professional, responsive, and incredibly kind. I couldn’t recommend her enough; she is the best in the business! Thank you Jen for capturing our favorite memories that will last forever.

engagement and wedding photos and we couldn't have been happier. Every photo looked like it was out of a magazine. The turn around time for all the photos even sneak peeks were so quick. We will absolutely continue to use her for all our special occasions going forward. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

r the moment! You will love her! I can’t thank her enough for making my wedding day easy breezy and fun!

exactly like we wanted. She did such a wonderful job and I have had so many compliments on her style of photography. I HIGHLY recommend hiring her as your wedding photographer!! She was the first vendor I booked and it was the best choice I ever made! Not only is her photography great but Jennifer is such a lovely person to work with. She is so calm and sweet, she really makes you feel laid back on such a busy day. It felt as if I had another longtime friend with me that day because she creates such a comfortable and fun environment. She even went above and beyond with certain photos that were my wedding inspiration. She makes anything happen for her brides to be happy. It was truly an honor getting to work with her. I am so happy she captured our special day!

she make both our engagement and wedding photography fun and easy, she managed to capture every single moment throughout both our ceremony and reception and sent us the most amazing teasers only days later! Jenn is an amazing photographer and an even better person and we will reccomend her to anyone and everyone looking to have a special memory captured perfectly!

e made it so easy with the timeline that she made! We had to postpone our wedding and she was so accommodating. We canceled our wedding last year the night before and she was nothing but kind and understanding. I can not thank her enough. I highly recommend her for your wedding or any other event! - Can’t forget her assistant Beth - she is amazing as well! She was with my husband the morning of the wedding, plus throughout the day and captured every moment perfectly. Thank you!! Dream team!

r beautiful work speaks for itself. We enjoyed working with her every single step of the way. If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Jen, do not hesitate! You are in the best hands.

d for almost a year now and I still look at these photos almost every single day. They bring so much joy to my family and I. She made my awkward self feel SO incredibly comfortable and at ease from the day I met her. She is such a calming presence and guided us every step of the way. We got married in 2020 (enough said) and she went above and beyond to ensure us that the day would be perfect no matter what. She was very flexible throughout the entire process. I truly can't say enough good things about her. This was by far the most important vendor to us and Jen exceeded all expectations. I had no doubts before I even had the pleasure of meeting her. My family, friends, and coworkers to this day continue to talk about how magical our wedding photos are. Jen is SO talented and I will be forever grateful for the photos and most importantly, the memories she captured for us.

e she was available before booking our venue. SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! She is an amazing and lovely person who will make your day feel so special. Every person who I show my photos to they are beyond impressed and say that it looks like our wedding was a catalog photoshoot!! Please do not hesitate!! Patrick and I will be booking for future occasions!!

models feel so comfortable. I highly recommend booking your event with Jennifer! You won’t be disappointed!

f those vendors that was truly meant to be...we had postponed our wedding 3 different times and were lucky enough to find Jen for our final wedding date. The first time I met Jen was literally on my wedding day, but I knew from our first phone call that she was the one! She put my mind at ease from the get-go and listened to all of our ideas and aspects that were important to us. She also was incredibly personal and would email me occasionally to ask about our house that we were flipping/moving into. Her email responses were always within 24 hours and I never had an issue getting in touch with her. The day of our wedding she was such an angel and was the easiest vendor to work with. We received teasers maybe 3-4 days later and had our full gallery at exactly 6 weeks, just as stated in our contract. My husband and I are not the most comfortable models, and she captured the most stunning and breathtaking pictures that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We are truly so blessed to have had Jen capture our wedding day and would hire her again in a heartbeat!!

ooking for. She made everyone who stepped in front of the camera feel comfortable and it shows in her work. She helped wrangle our three flowergirls, three ring bearers, and nineteen person bridal party all day and did it with ease. And she was just the sweetest and most helpful during the whole process. I could not recommend her enough.

d to see our wedding pictures. Can't recommend her enough to other future couples!!

ly just thinks of everything. We truly loved every second our of time with her for our wedding day. She is the best and a must hire.

oose.

m the day I booked her she was organized, had a bubbly, sweet personality, was extremely professional and always always was easy to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure that during this crazy time I felt comfortable and knew that she had everything taken care of. Which she did ! She shared with me a detailed timeline of our special day which I right away knew that she was going to be amazing. Fast forward to the day of….UNREAL!!! you can clearly tell how much she genuinely loves her work and that’s very difficult to find now a days! She made our day go so smooth and the sneak peak she sends after the wedding I was blown away. Her work is on another level of artistry and she captures every single moment in such a different light. She was more then a photographer, she became a friend and I wouldn’t just suggest her to anyone, I would simply say that she should be your first and only option!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Jenn! Cant wait to see the complete album once you work your magic as you usually do ! I cant thank you enough for everything 😊

ng to know you and your story, and pays attention to every detail. She is so fun and has a great sense of humor. She makes taking photos so easy. She is professional and punctual, During the pandemic she could not be more tentative and caring. She gave so many options and ideas for her brides and offered anything she could do to help. Due to the pandemic, I had to reschedule my wedding, but Jennifer was at ceremony this year, and I cannot wait for her to shoot my wedding next year. I so highly recommend, Jennifer to anyone looking for a wedding photographer, she is truly so talented and such a pleasure to work with!

omfortable in front of the camera and she captures every moment with such ease. We have big families; so our shot list was a quite long, she ran through it quickly and got every single shot we asked for without making us stand there for hours and she never made us feel rushed either. It was such a smooth process and she literally captured everything from our rings & wedding invitation suite to our stolen quiet moments as husband and wife. It was perfect and her photos are STUNNING. We chose Jen because she fit our style: light, airy and romantic. If this is the style you are looking for, she is your girl! Also, her second photographer was wonderful too! She helped get us through photos and captured beautiful shots of my hubby and our groomsmen! Last VERY important thing I’ll mention is - she gets your photos to you so quickly!! We received a teaser for our wedding via email before we even woke up the next morning - she is simply AMAZING!

ommend her to anyone for a special occassion.

cused on us actually getting married! Our wedding pictures came out absolutely amazing. Everyone is constantly complimenting the quality of our photos! I would highly recommend Jen everyday!

professional. She actually photographed our friends’ wedding in 2019 and we were hooked on her style. Combined with her calm, organized and bubbly personality, she was a joy to work with for our mini ceremony this year. I was constantly worried that we were running late and she kept saying “we are totally fine on time...” and she was right!! She uses her experience well to keep things moving when they need to and slow down if we had time to burn. She is also super prepared (like carries a step stool to get the right angle prepared) and always had two cameras at the ready (mostly for different shots but it was nice to know they were both there). We had several family members who had been to other weddings comment specifically on how fantastic Jen was to work with. They noted how easy she made the process of getting photos taken and how she really organized everyone and kept things upbeat. She even sent us a few preview photos that night and we are in love and on the edge of our seats awaiting the remaining photos. We both loved our experience working with Jen and can’t wait to see her again for our larger celebration next year. If you are looking for a world class photographer and the most wonderful person combined, Jen is the photographer for you. She is the best!!

tunate to have had her photograph our small wedding ceremony. It was a hectic day, requiring much more direction to keep things moving since it was just our marriage ceremony and not something most of us have had experience with scheduling wise (wedding postponed due to COVID), and Jen organized everyone, kept everything moving, and made sure we got every photo we wanted (and more!). My husband and I have never liked taking photos of ourselves, but Jen made us feel so incredibly comfortable and calm, and we absolutely love the photos she took!! She was also great with our nieces and nephews and did not miss a single beat. Before you can even think about a photo you might want, Jen is there with her camera (and she's cheering you on and making you laugh while taking amazing photos!). All of our family and friends commented on how wonderful Jen was. She is so kind and talented and genuinely seems to love the work she does. Jen comes with our highest recommendation, and we will be forever grateful!!

ce (once for an engagement shoot and once myself for headshots) and even though I'm awkward as anything, she makes me feel completely comfortable, laughs with me, and boosts my ego like no one ever has. I've never felt more beautiful than I do in front of Jen. And don't even get my started on her editing skills — her photos are light, bright, and DREAMY. I can't wait for her to photograph my wedding day; photography was the most important thing for me going into wedding planning and I have never doubted for a second that Jen won't absolutely crush it no matter what happens on the day of.
