Jennifer is kind, professional and timely with her work and very detail oriented! She has only sent a few photos to me and my husband so far and they are STUNNING. I would absolute...
ly recommend her as your professional photographer for your special day!
A wonderful photographer and friend, very professional and knows what she's doing. Can't recommend enough. Always busy, always booked, and for good reason.
Working with Jennifer was wonderful! I have known that I was going to hire Jennifer as my wedding photographer for quite a while. She photographed a friends wedding before I had ev...
en met my husband! I had always kept her in mind and she was the first vendor we booked after getting engaged.
She was incredibly flexible - we had to pivot to a lot of plan B's and C's over the course of our engagement shoot and the wedding day. She was great at making us feel comfortable in front of a camera. I also love how she embraces the shadows in the dance floor photos, those are some of my favorite pictures from the day.
Jennifer was spectacular from start to finish! We loved that she was authentic, helpful and her passion for her work was evident from our first meeting with her. We never felt stif...
f in front of her and felt the freedom to be silly and express our truest selves. Not only was she excellent from a personal perspective her work alone is out of this-world good. I mean I've never seen anything like it. My dad is a photographer and even he was blown away. On top of her expertise, she is AFFORDABLE! We cannot recommend her enough! If you are reading this. BOOK. HER. NOW.
If you’re looking for one of the best wedding photographers out there, look no further! Seriously go book her ASAP.

remost an amazing photographer. Her photos are elegant, vibrant, and full of life. I loved her work from the moment I stalked her instagram! I feel she has a very timeless and classy editing style and I know that looking back on our photos they will never feel dated.
She was incredibly thoughtful throughout the whole planning process and has even sent us gorgeous gifts with heartwarming notes during our engagement. It really felt so special! She makes it clear that as the bride and the one with the contract, your opinion is what matters, which is helpful when getting through the craziness of the wedding day and helpful when planning out what photos should be on the list.
Jennifer photographed our engagement photos, our rehearsal dinner and welcome party, as well as our wedding and she captured all of the special moments both big and small. She did an excellent job of posing us and our family during portraits which made a huge difference in how they turned out. I know first hand not all photographers do this. She kept us on schedule and made sure we had time for the important pictures. I love her all day coverage since I didn’t feel like I was going to miss out on getting photos of anything, whut was so important to me.
Her photos came back in a timely manner. I truly could not recommend her more! Her rates are incredibly reasonable for the quality of work that you are getting! I am still getting so many comments from all kinds of friends and family raving about how great our photos are!
If I could give Jennifer 6 stars, I would! Jennifer photographed our engagement session, our mini ceremony in 2020, and our larger wedding event in 2021. We could not recommend her...
enough! She did such an amazing job capturing the authentic moments in a beautiful way. We will cherish our photographs from Jennifer for the rest of our lives! She helped our wedding day run smoothly, ensuring we had ample time for all photographs we needed.
If you need a trusted, authentic and fun photographer for our wedding, do not hesitate to hire Jennifer. She will not disappoint!

ld friend and was easily the best decision we made for our wedding day. Her attention to detail and love of wedding photography is unmatchable.
We purchased the “Collection 3” package which includes 8 hours of service, USB with a super cute keepsake wooden box with prints, timeline consultation (which was an absolute game changer), high-res images, AND an engagement shoot. The engagement shoot was such a benefit because we got to practice our wedding poses and have gorgeous pictures that were truly an extra surprise we didn’t think were in our budget. As soon as we met Jennifer, we felt a sigh of relief because not only did she make us feel relaxed, we also knew right away this girl knows her stuff and is truly a master of her art.
She was genuine and dedicated to making our wedding the most memorable day/night of our lives. And SHE DID! She was very informative and upfront about working with us towards meeting our expectations for our wedding and thought of every detail that I forgot. She kept us on track with our timeline and ensured we got all our shots we wanted.
We felt cared about and our pictures speak for themselves. Her photos tell a story of our wedding day and her aestetic and attention to detail shines in her work. I could go on forever on how we couldn’t have wished for a better experience.
Jennifer photographed my wedding back in November and she did an amazing job. The results of the images she gave back were hands down more than I could have ever asked for. If you'...

Jennifer was a dream-come-true-photographer. When we saw her work, we knew it was the style we wanted. We hadn't decided on the date for our wedding yet, but were thinking Septembe...
r 16th. Contacting her was a breeze, and when we found out she was booked the 16th, but not the 17th, we literally decided to change the date to the 17th!!! We were THAT settled on booking her before we even met! From the very first meeting to the last, Jennifer was organized, articulate, professional, and OH-so friendly! She made us feel extremely comfortable, and I felt like she was always thinking about capturing our "good side." And that proved true when we got our prints back (in record time)! Jennifer's talent is unquestionable, BUT it's all the extra little things, and surprises she does along the way that make her an EXCEPTIONAL choice as your wedding photographer. I can't even put into words how amazing Jennifer is! Let's start with the fact that she was willing to travel all the way to Costa Rica to capture our beautiful day. She was very f...
lexible in doing so with all the arrangements. She delivered our beautiful pictures super quick! The quality is beyond excellent! Every picture is beautiful, colorful and vibrant! She capture all the beauty of Costa Rica, of the tropical flowers, the beautiful venues, and the amazing sunset. But what I want to focus on is how I feel every time I see our pictures. Jennifer capture every detail in such a magical way that when I look at our pictures, I know exactly how I was feeling at that moment. I feel a rush of feelings as if i were reliving our wedding day. She also capture everyone having the time of their lives during the reception. It definitely puts a smile on our faces as we see everyone having so much fun!
Jennifer came to Costa Rica, and joined our family during the weekend! She was very professional, you can see how much she cares about her clients and delivering an amazing product. Jennifer ended up becoming part of our little group of friends and family! We all love her! She is awesome and her work is 100/10. We recommend her to everyone a million times!

ked and making sure the areas in which we were photographing in were free of clutter so that we received the nicest possible final image. She worked well under pressure as we gave her a tight window to work with in. She was patient and pleasant while dealing with a group of about 20 friends and family members that were all hungry. Jen delivered a large gallery of full resolution images ahead of her guaranteed deadline, which made my husband and I very happy. If we could do our wedding over again, I’d choose Jen to photograph it without a doubt.
From start to finish Jennifer exceeded our expectations. I knew her photos would be exquisite since I had studied her work via her website prior to requesting a booking. What I was...
blown away by was her professionalism, attention to detail, and superior customer service skills. She does an initial meet and greet, which allowed us to explain our wedding vision. The engagement session allowed us to become comfortable in front of the camera and work out poses for the actual wedding day. She sat down with us and did an extensive shot list which included every grouping we wanted for the formals. When our wedding day arrived, Jennifer was an artistic machine. She kept us on schedule and didn't miss a single moment. The final product, presented in a stunning custom engraved keepsake, was filled with beautiful memories from a day we will cherish forever. When booking a vendor for something as important as your wedding, don't settle for the ordinary. Jennifer Lourie Photography pushes the bar higher and gives back more to her customers. She gives a piece of herself along the way.

ep of the way, from our very first meeting to our last when we finalized our special day with all the fine details. Jennifer was very flexible & open when it came to setting up a day and time to meet and her communication was speedy. I felt that she was always very organized in the sense where I never had to worry about what the next step was that needed to get done. I can't express how much I LOVED our engagement photos and when I received our wedding photos, I fell in love even more. I was dreading the wait time to receive both engagement & wedding photos but not with Jennifer, we received both so quickly and in a timely manner. Everything leading up to our wedding was so stressful but when it came to our photographer, she made it seem like a piece of cake. The most valuable item we spent on our big day was our pictures and we truly can't thank Jennifer enough for the beauty, love and happiness she captured that day. Our wedding day was perfect and we couldn't have picked a better person to capture it with great artistry, top of the line quality, and professionalism.

in a beautiful linen embossed album we will treasure throughout our lifetime. Jennifer Lourie came prepared to meet the day head on with ideas, poses, helpful hints, creativity, and thankfully her patience. Her professionalism goes above and beyond, she is truly gifted and thoughtful. I will always be grateful she knew what I should do with my hands, and made sure to capture every special moment of our day. ting someone to capture your memories on your big day is a HUGE deal. And let me tell you- it felt so good to not have to stress about that. She is super organized, which means I didn't have to be- she literally started working the second she got to the venue and got photos of everything and everyone I wanted. They turned out better than I could have asked for. I'm hoping she will do Christmas photos for us again this year!

tail before the wedding. We loved exploring Northern California for our free engagement photos. On the day of the wedding she made us feel comfortable and got all of the many many family photos we needed, as well as all of the great couple and candid shots. She even got us a sneak peak with almost 100 photos within 2 days of the wedding! Her work is beautiful and she is just great to work with. Her prices are very reasonable as well. Her 2nd photographer Viv was also great. Hire her, you won't be disappointed.
Working with Jennifer was one of the best parts of our whole wedding experience! My husband and I are usually very awkward in front of the camera (which I'm sure Jennifer noticed) ...
but none of those awkward feelings translated into any of the photos. She did a great job at giving us tips and tricks and making us feel comfortable. I highly recommend getting the package that includes an engagement session. It serves as a good warmup for the wedding day and its a chance for you and Jennifer to get to know each other and see how each of you works. Our timeline was a little blurry and not everything went as planned on the wedding day, but Jennifer did a great job of getting things moving and getting all of the pictures we had requested. We are overly happy with the pictures we received from her for the wedding and engagement session! Her work is priceless and we cannot thank her enough! She did a great job at capturing all of the love and emotions that were expressed that day. She is extremely professional, fun, kind, and most importantly...she is a phenomenal photographer. She also is extremely thoughtful in her gestures and sends the cutest gifts! She is so great at building a personal relationship with each client. We have the most perfect pictures to relive our special day with thanks to Jennifer!!!
