We got married last month, and I’ve taken my time writing this review because it’s just that special. How do you even begin to put into words what someone like Jenny means to you after she’s brought your wedding dreams to life? I mean, I think our faces during the room reveal say everything, but we'll give it a try!
Over the course of a year, Jenny spent countless hours with us pouring over every detail, listening to every idea, every change of heart, and every wish we had for our day. She took the weight of planning off our shoulders and connected us with the most incredible team of vendors (seriously, a full-on dream squad) who not only understood our vision, but elevated it and brought it to life! She was our MVP. Our calm in every hiccup. Our hype girl. Our ultimate advocate. As an anxious bride/girly, she gave me the freedom to be present, to soak in every magical moment, knowing everything was in the most capable, caring hands.
She is sweet, thoughtful, and meticulous, but also fiercely dedicated to making sure you have the day you deserve. I genuinely don’t know where we would’ve been without her. She brought so much heart and intention to every part of our wedding, and I still can’t believe how flawlessly she brought it all together.

Jenny and her team helped give us the most perfect wedding! From our first conversation with her, Jenny was very bubbly, fun, yet very professional. Jenny was always on top of everything and very responsive throughout the year we worked with her. She was always available when we needed her and she made sure to always completely answer our questions, ensuring that we were never confused or stressed. We used most of the vendors she suggested and they were all amazing. The program she provided for us, AislePlanner was super helpful and such a great resource. She gave great advice and made sure that our wedding went off without a hitch! Working with numerous vendors in the industry, all of them were familiar with Jenny and they all spoke very highly of her. We highly recommend using Jennifer Mary Events for any event!
Jenny helped us put together the most MAGICAL day! We utilized her partial planning services which worked out perfect for my mom and I who wanted to be heavily involved in the planning process. Jenny helped us put together a beautiful design plan, budget, and recommended amazing vendors at different price points. She was incredibly responsive to both my mom and my's questions, and helped us feel so secure in our decisions. She was full of sage advice and helped us craft the perfect day.
Come wedding day, her coordinating services were unmatched! She took over smooth contact of all our vendors the month prior, and made sure everything was put together as we envisioned. Our entire wedding party appreciated her timeliness, professionalism, and guidance through our rehearsal to the big day! We had guests commenting on how they had never been to a wedding where everything was ON TIME- all thanks to Jenny. And gosh, when we got to the point of the day of our room reveal- Jenny spoke the most beautiful words to my husband and I as we opened our eyes. She made that such a special moment that we will continue to treasure.
Her assistant, Raquel, did phenomenal work keeping everything organized for us at the end of the night and making sure all of our personal items were packed and ready to go. We literally didn't have to worry about a thing all night!

I hired Jennifer Mary Events for a coordination package, and she and her team did an incredible job and flawlessly executed our vision. Literally NOTHING went wrong our wedding day, it was everything we wanted and more. I am as Type A as it gets and my family and I have incredibly high standards when it comes to professionalism and service, and we all were extremely happy with JME. I'd highly recommend JME's services to any couple.

1. Her professionalism, attitude and energy. Jennifer is a kind and genuine person. The day of, she was never frantic and always was calm, cool and collected, extremely sweet but could keep people in line as needed. She is highly professional, presents herself elegantly and speaks well. Every single person who interacted with her loved her and was impressed. Jenny genuinely cares about what she does and for her clients.
2. Her Guidance and Recommendations. Although I only booked a coordination package, Jenny was easy to go to for recommendations on vendors, wedding etiquette or just for a sounding board or second opinion. Finally, she makes recommendations and gives feedback in a way that is not overbearing and with grace. She communicates with tact and grace.
My fiancé is Lebanese and I am American, and Jenny was an invaluable resource on Lebanese culture and wedding traditions to ensure I was incorporating my new family's traditions in the day.
3. Jenny has a wide range of event planning experience under her belt and works on all different types, sizes, scales of weddings and a range of budgets. Despite these factors, Jenny makes you and your event feel like a priority.
4. Her Attention to Detail. I am extremely detail oriented and had a really hard time letting go of my planning and delegating during my engagement, and once Jenny came on board 6 weeks before my wedding, she immediately got up-to-speed and transitioned my vision, vendors and details to be under her care and got to work. She made sure to check in with me when last minute things came up and we made calls together. For example, my uplight and the venue lighting were too bright, and she recommended we keep the chandeliers off the day of and it looked so romantic! Another curveball: My fiancé brought 26lbs of baklava for our wedding and I forgot to tell Jenny and the Venue and she handled it like a pro.
All this said, I would highly recommend Jennifer Mary Events!
Jenny was professional, sweet and amazing to work with! She also provided some therapy on the side for this stressed out bride. She delivered exactly what we wanted and has the calming energy you want on a stressful day. She was also super patient with wedding party members that don't listen (sorry) Overall, 10/5 stars. I was doing a destination wedding so I used Jenny as a wedding day coordinator. She was amazing at coordinating all our vendors and making it feel like I was at my destination. Having her as a wedding day coordinator was indispensable I find. She's the sweetest
I am from Texas but our family lives all over the US so we decided to have our wedding in Las Vegas! Now this isn't your typical wedding chapel wedding....nope! this was an all out wedding extravaganza which included outdoor ceremony at the gorgeous Paiute with buffet dinner and entertainment throughout the day for our guests. But I couldn't plan this alone...no no...Jenny was on the CASE! She created the PERFECT wedding for a bride that over analyzes and demands perfection! She helped and encouraged me throughout the wedding planning process! She is not only affordable, but treats you like the QUEEN that you are! I promise! GO with JENNY! Do not fear your wedding! Jenny and her team were unbelievable the day of my wedding. She was empowering, encouraging, and so on top of it. Throughout the entire planning process I never had a single doubt that everything would be perfect because of her years of experience. And IT WAS. She made sure of it. She had the perfect recommendations for my husband and I and made communication with vendors a breeze. Jenny and her team go above and beyond. Tide pens for stains, lent roller for the men, blister packs for my feet, a mini CURLING IRON she popped out of no where when I needed it. You name it, she had it. You guys, I am not kidding I don't think I could have done it without her. I am so sad my time with Jenny is over. She really is that good. If you are in Vegas and you're not booking with her you are making a massive mistake.

Jenny and her team were fantastic! This was our first wedding and we didn’t quite know what to expect, but had a lot of ideas. We are sooo so glad we we had a Coordinater and moreover that it was Jennifer Mary Events! They made our special day go smoothly from start to finish. We began getting into the details about 2 mo prior with weekly check-ins to ensure nothing was missed - from set up to take down and all the details in between. We felt so at ease going into our day knowing that everything was going to be taken care of - from the big tasks like working with our fabulous team of vendors to the details like making sure our table settings were as envisioned, she had it completely under control. In all honesty, we're truly so grateful and feel so fortunate to have had Jenny as our wedding planner. Even right from the get go when we had our first meeting w/ her, I knew she had the personality and characteristics we needed and were looking for to plan our perfect wedding day. We bought her partial planning package which was super nice since we were able to still partake in our wedding without having to deal with the major stressors of it all. The parts that we did have to do ourselves (we DIY'd our stationary's since we didn't believe in paying so much for paper that were just going to get thrown away) were literally stressful enough (we both work 2 jobs where each shift is about 12 hours so we had very limited free time to plan a wedding) that I cannot even imagine planning a whole wedding w/o Jenny. Even w/ the parts we were stressed out about, she offered words of encouragement/resources when we needed them. She made it so easy for us - we gave her our budget and she catered to it so well, showing us vendors that were within our budget and all we had to do was choose and then communicate w/ them in terms of contracts, payments, etc. She was still in communication w/ them also throughout the whole process. Now, the weeks nearing our wedding date and the actual wedding day was seriously when we were even more so grateful for Jenny. As you can imagine, there's a lot going on during your wedding day and it was nonstop for us from the moment we woke up to when we went to sleep that night. I can't even imagine having to worry about the details of setting up the venue and all the background details, dealing w/ the vendors, etc. without her (& the venue coordinator also)! During our wedding, she had such a perfect balance of keeping everything in line w/o being a dictator about it. She made sure everything went as planned, was within our timeline, and kept everything and everyone in check. Our wedding was definitely not as traditional as most, but she made everything work and she made it perfect for us. We forgot a few details too during our wedding but she was quick in finding solutions and was very innovative also. Me and my husband are able to look back on our wedding day and think about how much fun we had and how everything was so worth it, and it truly could not have been possible w/o Jenny. Not only were we the ones to admire and appreciate her hard work and efforts, but everyone did as well, including our bridal party and close friends and family. Everyone shared how much fun they had at our wedding and how amazing everything looked and truly thanks to Jenny. All in all, we were blessed to have Jenny be a part of the most special day and we are eternally grateful. We honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without Jennifer! We purchased her day of coordination plans and she made the best day of our lives runs so smoothly and effortlessly. From the start, she was organized, punctual, and just as enthusiastic as we were for planning the wedding. There was a time during the wedding where we were having our first look, and our guests kept cat calling us (out of excitement im sure lol) but she stepped in right away and made sure we felt comfortable with that and if not, she’d handle it! making our first look more personal to us. Jennifer just knew what to do without even having to ask, but she always gave you an option ! At one point I didn’t even know what to decide on for anything and she just stepped in and knew! There's absolutely no way I could've ever imagined what they put together for us on wedding day. Everything was absolutely breathtaking! A few things didn't go as planned the day of, but Jenny & Monica were always right there to help fix it immediately. Monica is absolutely phenomenal! She is the reason our wedding flowed so smoothly. We hired JME for our day of coordinating. About a month and half before our wedding Monica reached out and we had our first meeting. Throughout the time before the big day, we made timelines together for the ceremony and reception, she even made a checklist for me for what every vendor is responsible for and sent it out to all vendors. I could not have asked for a more organized person.
The rehearsal was smooth due to her organization. We had discussed what was important to my fiancé and I and she made sure it was a priority. The day of….WOW. Her team and her did an amazing job setting our reception room and my welcome table. She was constantly checking in during the time we were getting ready. She made sure everything was going super beautifully and kept us on our timeline throughout the night so we could really enjoy ourselves.
I’m a perfectionist and can’t give up control easily, but Monica made it easy for me to do so. I was able to enjoy my wedding because of her and her team’s hard work. We could not be more thankful to JME. You don’t have to worry about anything when they are a part of your big day!
Jenny is a planner with a mission!! She has a details meeting with you as soon as the contract is booked, sends a questionnaire to set her up for the entire planning duration, and got sinto action immediately! She is one of those "get it done and get it done right" type of people and that is exactly what we needed for our wedding day! She is sweet, personable, and a go getter that I have so much respect for! Her father also passed away right in the middle of our planning process and after she took her time off to settle family matters, she came back into action ready to go for work and I can only commend her for that!! Her dedication was so obvious and she did whatever she needed to do to make up for that time lost! Come the wedding day Jenny shows up with her 2 assistants and they were on top of everything! They communicate via walkie talkie and know everything that's happening at all times whenever they are through out the venue! They were professional, courteous to all our guests, and made sure it went by so smooth. Jenny, we are forever thankful for you!!! We love you so much!!
Hiring Jenny was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Though we initially hired her for partial planning, we quickly realized how invaluable she was, and upgraded to her full planning services. From the very beginning, Jenny was was extremely detail oriented, organized, and so easy to talk to! She made the entire process as stress free as possible, which I appreciated since I live in another state and was unable to be as involved in the planning as I would have liked. Jenny also took the time to really understand our vision so that she could recommend the vendors best able to bring it to life (and stay within our budget while doing so). The day of our wedding, she and Monica had everything in place, and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Jenny even went above and beyond and played the role of therapist when I needed to vent to someone about bridesmaid drama! Do not hesitate to hire Jenny and her team. As a wedding photographer it’s important to me to work with incredible planners. The entire process leading up to Jamie & George’s wedding was so smooth. She is not only organized but she genuinely cares about her couples. The wedding day was amazing because of all of her hard work! Everything was absolutely stunning & well designed. I was looking for a wedding planner because I am from the east coast and I was getting married in the west coast, boy was I happy I did! Jenny was on top of everything I asked for and more. She seriously made all of my dreams on my big day come true. I was able to relax and enjoy the ride while waiting for my wedding day because of Jenny and her team. Monica was also an amazing addition to my journey. She not only was sweet, kind and knowledgeable, but she was top of everything. I always thought that getting married you would be overwhelmed and stressed and I honestly was not one of those because of these beautiful woman! I would get married over and over again just because of Jenny and Monica.
Let us start by saying, our wedding wouldn't have been a success without Jenny. We first reached out to Jenny in the beginning of 2020 and hired her for the full wedding planning. From our first meeting with her, she was extremely organized, honest and detail oriented. Our first meeting she asked all the questions she needed to make sure she had a full understanding of the kind of wedding we were dreaming of. She provided multiple options of venues and vendors that were within the budget we had set. Jenny made the whole process unbelievably stress free and a pleasant experience. She continually reassured us that she was going to take care of everything. Unfortunately because of the pandemic we had to reschedule our wedding, but before we could start to panic, Jenny contacted all of our vendors and venue and had everything rescheduled for us within a day. The day of our wedding she had everything and everybody in place. Jenny was more than a wedding planner, she showed us how happy she was for us and it was apparent how important it was to her that our special day went as planned. We will forever be grateful to Jenny for making our wedding a dream come true.
Oh Miss Jenny, where do I begin. :) I think we all know weddings have their Ups and their Downs. I don't think anyone realizes the possible downs until you are in the thick of it and planning. Enter the wedding planner. My hubby and I knew we wanted a planner so we could enjoy as much as the process as possible, and to leave the nitty gritty if you will: planning, the appointments, finding vendors, communication with them, payments reminders, ect to the planner. Jenny was exactly that. She was beyond organized. We hired her services for the entire wedding process. Each month was a new vendor to book. She set up all appointments and was with us every step of the way with her expertise. She was always available and if she wasn't she always gave me a heads up. The day of had it's ups and downs but the amazing part is I wasn't aware of the "downs" aka life and issues that happens with coordinating 10 different vendors for all their unique services in 8 hours. Jenny took care of everything and my night went the best it could possibly go. Jenny makes you feel like your friend planning your wedding. She cares and you feel it. It's not another "job" to her it's in this case, "Kate and Justin's" wedding. It meant alot. She has a calming vibe to her bride's and a "get it done now and right" vibe to the behind the scenes. There were people along the way that's lets just say were not the most pleasant to work with or professional or even prepared (inside joke, *donations* and *color coded dinner diagram* )but I had no stress on my special day because I knew Jenny would take care of any issues and it's your wedding, it's chaotic (and amazing) and life happens, remember that. We hired Jenny for Day-Of services for our wedding at Caesars Palace in September 2021. Jenny is so personable and organized, she instantly made me feel at ease and was available to answer all of my questions leading up to the wedding. Jenny brought in two team members to help us the day-of and they took care of absolutely everything. I couldn't imagine our wedding being pulled off so smoothly without her. They literally thought of everything and have little earpieces to coordinate with one another when they were at different locations around the property. Jenny was there to greet us as we left the ceremony site, had drinks waiting for us before we made our grand entrance, and even had my flat comfy shoes and purse waiting for me under our sweetheart table. I could go on and on about how great Jenny and her team were. Do not hesitate to hire them... they were an absolute dream and worth every penny and then some. Also, in looking back, I think hiring Jenny for a full service wedding would have been totally worth it so if you're on the fence trying to decide - go for the full service!
I'm not ever sure where to start with this review and even waited about a month after our wedding to post, just to try and find the right words. So I'll start at the beginning...My fiancé and I live in Arizona and are both originally from Ohio. We got engaged in October 2019. Generally, when any of our friends and family get married back home, I'm always offering to help them because I love planning things and love helping people with their weddings. It didn't take long for me to feel overwhelmed when we decided to have our wedding in Las Vegas with all of the different options. I was actually in Las Vegas for work a couple of weeks after we got engaged and met with a couple of venues and decided that I needed to look online for a wedding planner. I explain all of this so that you understand that I honestly never thought I would have a wedding planner because I'm an 'OCD planner' but after working with Jenny, I would recommend that everyone hire one (especially Jenny!).
We signed up for Jenny's full planning package and I'm so glad we did. She listened to everything we wanted and brought us great venue options. We decided to go with the Palms and were so looking forward to having our wedding there, but then COVID happened. Having Jenny during COVID was such a blessing. She helped us work through our options with the Palms when they didn't reopen and quickly found us different venue sites to review. We ended up going with the Las Vegas Country Club and it was beyond perfect! Her responsiveness was outstanding and her patience is out of this world. She really helped put us at ease despite all of the uncertainty during that time.
The other thing that I absolutely commend Jenny on is her amazing ability to connect couples with amazing vendors. Not only was Jenny great, but I cannot say enough about the photographer, videographer and DJ that we ended up hiring.
And then there is just her amazing ability to deliver the final product. I was honestly amazed at how our ceremony and reception spaces turned out exactly how I imagined it all would. It was absolutely perfect!
All of our family and friends that encountered Jenny and her team on that day had nothing but positive things to say. My husband and I are beyond grateful that we found Jenny and that helped us create the day we dreamed about! :)

My husband and I are from out of town. We know that we didn’t want a typical Vegas wedding so we decided to hire a wedding planner that could help prepare us for our special day. I’m so thankful to have found Jenny! She did just about all of the work for us! And was always there for us when we needed her! Our wedding was the most stress free experience ever! And we have Jenny to thank! She listened to our wants and needs and produced exactly what we wanted and more! Our vendors were on point and our wedding turned out just absolutely perfect!!!! I hired Jenny for the day-of our wedding. I was unsure if I wanted to hire a day-of coordinator as I thought I had planned everything out already. I was wrong! As we went over the wedding timeline, I found that there are things I was forgetting. I am so happy I decided to go with Jenny. She was sooooo helpful and super nice!!! She took away my stress the day of my wedding. She answered all my emails and text messages. She was punctual and always answered any questions that I had. Our wedding was just how I pictured it to be and I have her to thank for that! I HIGHLY recommend!!! Do not hesitate hiring her!!!
Jenny was very knowledgeable, patient, professional and assertive when you need it most in my case. Had some issues with the venue and Jenny whipped them into shape in a time i really was considering relocation. She's very understanding, kind and actually cares that your day goes the way you want. I ended up postponing my wedding twice and finally got to got to celebrate this year. I honestly didn't know how my wedding will turn out without her. Jenny is very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate on what she does. Did I also say she's OCD? But a perfectionist and detail oriented to her clients' wedding vision and needs. Jenny guided me through the wedding day's timeline and program. She was my middle person and reached out to my vendors for questions and clarifications. She always make herself available whenever I had questions and concerns. Jenny has a very welcoming and pleasing personality towards me and the rest of the bridal party/family during the rehearsals and wedding day. Where do we start? Jenny is simply, indescribably amazing. We were planning our wedding during the COVID-19 era and there were many times that we were panicking, but Jenny remained calm, positive and uplifting. We had to adjust our guest list multiple times, due to COVID-19 restrictions, and she never appeared to be irritated or annoyed. She had most of the answers and the ones that she didn’t have, she got very quickly.
She was very welcoming and inviting to our bridal party and guests. She even handled a misunderstanding with a rude sprinter driver, just so it wouldn’t ruin my bridal moment. Her team was awesome and helpful! She really took our vision and helped us build a team of vendors, within budget, to make it a beautiful reality.
She designed our reception space with very little inspiration from us and it turned out beautiful. It was still our style and fit perfectly into our vision. She even remembered all of the important little things and made sure everything went smoothly and turned out perfect. Our happiness was her priority on 4.6.21. She works for her clients and not the venue, and we appreciated that!!!
We already picked out vendors before we found Jenny and hired her as a month of planner, and we wished we found her sooner and got her as a full planner! She was so nice and helpful! Our wedding was actually cancelled the first time in March 2020 due to covid. So we postponed it to the following year March 2021. But due to restrictions in our state we could not have moved forward with planning until our governor had lifted restrictions on February!! So we were panicking with only less than a month to plan. And also changing the venue location to outside instead of the ballroom for better ventilation. Jenny helped us get organized with what we need to do. We hired Jenny for the month of coordinator and right off the bat, she was detailed and organized. She made both me and my husband comfortable and flexible, especially due to COVID. I was extremely stressed because of what was going on and how many modifications were going on during this planning process but once I handed everything off to her, it was like a weight lifted off my shoulders. I wanted my wedding outside but since it was windy she modified my outside ceremony to make sure everything was secure so things wont fly away. I appreciated all the help from Jenny and her team.
Over a year ago I met with her in person and instantly clicked. Unfortunately I waited too long and she was taken by another couple. Then the pandemic hit and I reached out just in case my date was given up and she happened to be available again! I put my deposit down instantly and joked it was meant to be. I have a hard time being assertive and upon first meeting with Jenny, I knew she does not have a problem being authoritative in a professional yet friendly manner. This is a skill that is very hard to find or acquire easily. What really drew me to her was her organizational skills and thoroughness. This was both mine and my husband's first marriage so we only knew a tip of the iceberg when it came to planning. We can research as much as possible but at the end of the day, Jenny has been to and ran a LOT of weddings. It's quite obvious she has extensive knowledge on weddings and it shows through her work. She is so warm and friendly I felt as if we've been friends for a long time. She was easy to talk to, ask for advice and always answered promptly. She really watches out for the couple by asking us questions no one else would even think of, suggesting certain things and why so you can better make an informed decision. On my wedding day some things were out of our control but Jenny was upbeat and had solutions for everything. It felt like everything went by flawlessly. Jenny was absolutely worth every single penny and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress free for us. Thank you again Jenny I appreciate absolutely everything you did for us.

Jennifer was an EXTRAORDINARY planner, she took her time to study the brides visual idea of every detail you have in your head about, ceremony, dress, reception, etc.

Jenny is AMAZING! We are so glad that we found her and hired her for month of coordinating. She is so detailed and organized. Our wedding ended up perfect and we both enjoyed the entire day. Jenny took care of everything behind the scenes! Definitely would recommend her to anyone getting married!
Jenny is the absolute BEST wedding planner/coordinator and we are so extremely happy we hired her for our big special day!! Jenny was a dream to work with. She has the best personality imaginable for a wedding planner.
She is knowledgeable, sweet, thorough and was able to ensure that all of the little details I wanted incorporated on my wedding day happened.
Throughout my wedding day and night, she was there to ensure that all of my vendors were taken care of, that the flow of the wedding went according to the timeline and that my guests were taken care of.....all with a smile on her face!
I had multiple guests come up to me and say that they were so impressed with how smoothly the wedding went given it was a destination wedding....and I can say that is largely due to the help of Jenny!
