Jennifer Mooney was the first big decision we made when wedding planning and our second vendor to book (right after our venue). The moment we spoke with her over the phone, we knew we were in great hands. When you hire Jennifer and her team just know that you are signing on with the best. Whether it is for her photography services or wedding planning, Jennifer’s knowledge of the region, vendors, and venues is second to none. When we say she is the total package we mean it. Jennifer and her team's attention to detail is spot on, they helped us shape our wedding weekend into the dream we wanted. We were absolutely blown away by our bridal session pictures, wedding day photos, and adventure session (highly recommend!!). Jennifer is in touch with the surrounding area so when weather or traffic or park regulations were an issue, she easily navigated us around it and came up with alternative plans for locations to shoot photos in. We just received our wedding album from Jennifer and it is gorgeous, her work put together nicely and such a nice product, we love it! We have since ordered several canvases and other prints from her as well, all delivered across the country safe and sound. You can see how passionate she is about her work and it is very apparent in every thing she does with her clients. She is amazing and we were so lucky to work with her and her team. 10/10 recommend

The best decision I made for my wedding was having Jennifer capture and plan our day, hands down. I initially reached out to Jennifer because I fell in love with her photography aesthetic, and to no surprise, our wedding photos and adventure session at GNP turned out indescribably beautiful, beyond what I ever could have imagined. We could not be happier with how she captured our wedding day! It isn’t only her photography that is getting 5 stars – as well, her planning is 5-stars. Jennifer is so kind, extremely organized & professional, and always made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with – to me, this was priceless. We live in Ohio and were planning a destination wedding in Bigfork with 100 out of town guests, at a private venue that hadn’t held more than one wedding in the last 20 years. It was a complicated situation that Jennifer made seamless and simplified. Our wedding day was absolutely flawless and turned out *exactly* how I envisioned it in my mind, all thanks to Jennifer and her amazing team. I was able to enjoy the day stress free because Jennifer was handing everything behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough - trusting her with your wedding photography and planning will be the best decision you make!

It was wonderful working with Jennifer. She captured our engagement photos perfectly and we were floored with the results. My fiancé and I decided to travel from Detroit to Montana after seeing Jennifer’s portfolio. It was important to us that we capture the beauty of Montana in our photos and Jennifer did this wonderfully. She was very familiar with Glacier Park and knew exactly what roads were open and where to go to capture the photos. Jennifer also provided direction when taking the pictures, which was incredibly helpful to us. Throughout the experience, Jennifer asked if there were any additional pictures we wanted to take at each location or if we wanted to try any different poses before moving on to the next spot. She provided the perfect amount of input and direction and made the entire experience easy and stress free. We were provided a preview of our photos quickly and received the entire selection of photos in a timely manner. We are so happy with the results and would highly recommend her.

My husband and I eloped (without any guests) in Glacier in July and we were happy to find a “one stop shop” photographer and officiant in Jennifer. We were impressed by her organized portal with all of the info about the park tickets, marriage license, etc. We also answered her questions about the kinds of photos we were looking for, specifically saying that we have a more natural vs. dramatic style and we wanted a mix of candids and some more traditional portraits too. I uploaded a few examples and linked a Pinterest board. Long story short, we unfortunately didn’t end up with many good close up photos at all and honestly don’t even have a single “regular” smiling picture that we both love. After Jennifer shared the preview gallery, we asked for a few portraits so that we could send our families a smiling photo from our wedding day (which almost seemed bizarre to even have to ask for), and once we saw what she sent back, we began to worry that we hadn’t been on the same page - not a fun feeling on your honeymoon. This was shocking and confusing to us because we really enjoyed the day with Jennifer and she kept saying how awesome the photos were. She also provided direction, often telling my husband to put his hand in his pocket, etc., so we assumed that she was making sure that we were in sync with each other (smiling/not smiling). In the end, we realized that she was mostly focused on getting the same far-away editorial style photos that you see all over on her IG. And those photos are beautiful but we also wanted others that captured our personalities (and where you can actually see our faces). On that day, Jennifer mentioned that it was her busiest season ever (understandable after what happened with Covid), and that it felt like she had taken on too many clients. I’d like to give Jennifer the benefit of the doubt and hope that we would have had a more personalized experience had we gotten more of her attention. All in all, it was a disappointing experience that takes away from our memories of our wedding day, so we wouldn't recommend Jennifer.

We had an amazing experience with Jennifer and her team from Day 1 and really made our Wedding Day special. Jennifer is professional, extremely organized and helps simplify the planning process. She always made herself available and would return phone calls/emails promptly. Her photography is stunning and we could not be happier with how our photos turned out. My husband and I choose to do a mountain elopement. We had three different locations in mind when we came across Jennifer’s website. We completely fell in love with her work! Our wedding date and location was based on her availability, that’s how much we loved her photos! Not being from Montana, Jennifer was there for us from start to finish. Jennifer was a wonderful pick for our engagement photos, wedding photos, and Glacier National Park adventure shoot post-wedding. I fell in love with her romantic editing style, appreciated her professionalism and quick response time, and loved how much she plans! She made it so easy to pick everything, from the package we purchased, to the locations, to what photos we did day of wedding. The day of wedding timeline was a must! I love how she got genuine reactions from us, and allowed us to be ourselves. My favorite day was our GNP shoot, where we got to enjoy the spectacular views and just love each other. I cannot recommend her enough! While I didn't require her planning services for the entire wedding, I would imagine that she would be just as thorough and exceedingly helpful for those brides!

Jennifer and her team were absolutely amazing. We chose Jennifer to be our wedding planner and our photographer and it was the best choice we could've made. We live in Arizona so it was important to us to make sure we could find someone to be there to make the decisions when we couldn't be. She went out of her way to make sure everything was done correctly and she was on top of all the details and questions we had. Jennifer and Katherine were very professional, and since Jennifer helped with our timeline, we didn't miss a beat all day. Jennifer really takes it to the next level getting to the venue a month in advance to help set up pictures before the big day. She also listens intently to what we wanted (even going into a little valley to be with horses), which made us feel very special on our big day.

We had a fantastic experience! The whole day went very smoothly. The locations were perfect. Having help with the planning ahead of time was really helpful, especially since we had never been to GNP before and were traveling from out of town. Having flexibility with a full day of photography was exactly what we needed to get all the pictures we wanted and especially loved our sunset jump in the water. Pictures were given right at the 6 week mark as was expected. It was easy to download the pictures and use the program. We are so happy with our pictures; they perfectly capture our favorite day!

We worked with Jennifer for our engagement photos and I could not have imagined a better experience. My fiancé and I were nervous about being awkward and uncomfortable but Jennifer made us at ease and cued us to make the whole experience extremely fun. She is the best! I could really go on all day about Jennifer. I had anxiety from the start planning a wedding from across the country, but she put my mind at ease immediately. She was so open and honest with me from the beginning which was a priority for me not knowing anything about vendors in the area. When I asked her which venue I should choose, she helped me understand why one might be better for me than the other. Jennifer was also my wedding planner which couldn't have been more perfect. My fiance and I had been together for 10 years when he proposed and we had never had any sort of photos taken professionally. We aren't very hands on/PDA type of couple so we were actually really nervous before we took our engagement photos. Jennifer made us laugh and we felt SO comfortable with her! The park was on fire during our E photos but Jennifer didn't let that hold her back; we pulled off on the side of the road several times for photos. She hunted for the perfect photo for us. My point here is, Jennifer truly cares. Sure, you can look at a photo and think "wow that's gorgeous!" but now I will always think about who was behind the camera in our photos. Our wedding day was the single most amazing day of my life. She was so cool, calm, and collected, but you could tell she meant business and wasn't going to let anything come in the way of our perfect day. And that, it was. WOW. All of my friends (who also traveled from out of town) immediately told me how much they liked Jennifer and all concurred "you can just tell she knows what she's doing." She got right up on the crazy train that my friends and I were on and took all the photos we wanted, no matter how crazy. She had a special way of making Ford and I feel like we were the only people in the room. She pulled us away for sunset photos and ugh, they are just absolutely perfect. Jennifer is a master of her craft, in every way. Every single one of the vendors she recommended to me knocked it out of the park. All 30 of my guests kept coming up to me all night telling me how spectacular everything was. I only have Jennifer to thank for all of this. She answered emails/texts within MINUTES, even when she was out of the country! I can't tell you how important it is to have someone readily available when you're freaking out on the inside about something wedding related. She gave her honest opinion about everything I pitched to her, and matched my theme so well. I still have trouble not crying when I look at our wedding album. When all my family and friends saw our album, they were blown away and sang high praises of Jennifer and couldn't believe how perfect they were. Our parents loved Jennifer and continued to say how professional she was. Jennifer, I am forever in your debt. I could never have imagined a more perfect day. I just want to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing! "I had the time of my life, and I owe it all to you!"

Jennifer is a fantastic photographer! I fell in love with her aesthetic when searching for photographers last year and reached out to her before we even had a date set with the venue to ensure that she would be available either of the dates. We had a destination wedding, so we scheduled our engagement shoot for last November when we were in Montana for Thanksgiving. We did an Adventure Shoot in Glacier National Park two days after the wedding, and although the weather wasn’t the best, Jennifer knows all of the best spots in the park and got some epic images! It easy to see in Jennifer's photos how amazingly talented she is; but working with her and second shooter Stephanie gave us an experience above our expectations. From day one, Jennifer has been so helpful and involved in planning our journey. My fiancé and I recently had our engagement pictures taken in Glacier National Park - and let's just say the weather forecast did not look too promising. Jennifer was in contact with me throughout the entire day, not only giving me weather updates, but also webcam updates of our shooting locations! Jennifer and Stephanie took the risk with us as we drove to Glacier National Park and proceeded with our engagement photo session. Even as it poured down rain on our way to Logan Pass - neither of them gave up on getting the perfect shot. We could not have asked for a more beautiful outcome as the clouds slowly parted and the mountain peaks shined through. This photographer team is simply amazing. We look forward to working with both of them as we continue to plan for our big day!

After looking at some the pictures from Jennifer’s Website and Instagram I knew there was no contest for the best photographer in Montana. Jennifer and her second photographer Stephanie were a dream to work with; even for self proclaimed ‘non-photo’ people. We have so many beautiful pictures that we will treasure for our lifetime. If you get the pleasure of working with Jennifer you won’t regret it!

It is obvious that Jennifer Mooney loves what she does as it reflected in her beautiful photography. Her keen eye captured some amazing moments at our wedding. How do you get a large bridal party to all look great at the same time? She does it! She is easy to work with, listening to your ideas and requests and quietly goes about her job. Not only is her photography beautiful but she seems to capture the essence and individuality of her couples.

My daughter and her fiance chose Jennifer to be their engagement and wedding photographer. I was impressed with Jennifer from start to finish! She and her photographer/partner were very 'thoughtful' about every photo taken. They were extremely pleasant and professional and we enjoyed having them with us the entire day! She's amazing! She gave excellent direction to people who aren't used to having professional pictures taken (little things like where to put a free hand so it doesn't look awkward, reminding people to take cell phones out of pockets, etc.) She knows the perfect places to get amazing photos. Our wedding day was smokey due to fires in Glacier Park but she used that's in a way that made our photos look amazing. She also captured great candid photos of everyone. Both photographers were greatly! She captured or wedding day perfectly. Highly recommend!

Jennifer happened to be on the same dock that my fiancé and I were on in Glacier National Park when he proposed. She managed to get a few amazing pictures and, after we lost her contact info and did some serious internet stalking to find her, she gave them to us for free. I want to marry my husband a million more times, partially just so we can go back to glacier national park and hang out with awesome Jennifer Mooney and have her take more incredible pictures.

Jennifer gave us everything and more than we could ever hope for! Even with having to change plans last minute due to wildfires she gave us images and memories that will last in our hearts and in print forever! Couldn’t have been happier- she’s sweet and gentle with the most amazing eye for greatness!

Jennifer made our last minute (48 hours!) elopement dreams come true! She is a professional, easy to work with, immensely talented photographer, but also an incredible resource. She helped us find an officiant, our license & great local food. We spent over 5 hours hiking with Jennifer for our wedding & we were 120% comfortable with her every step of the way. Our day wouldn’t have been as organic or as “us” if she weren’t as friendly or easy to get along with as she is & our photos would not have captured our pure joy. I cannot say good things about this talent!

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She was so fun to work with and is incredibly talented. She made her self available prior to the wedding to see the venue and discuss a timeline of the day.

I don’t even know how my thoughts and feelings words. Jennifer made my wedding day exactly what I had been dreaming of since I was a young girl. Her professionalism is undeniable, her talent is magestic and her warmth was better than a wood stove on a cold winter’s night. I started following Jennifer over a year before we got married and I was so enthralled by her photos. Actually, that is the wrong word, not photos, but art. I am going to be forever thankful for capturing one of the best days of our lives and we will be foreve thankful to her.

We chose to elope to Glacier National Park to be married in the “Swiss Alps of North America”, that is, Many Glacier. Initially, we knew that we wanted to be married in a mountain landscape. We spent some time researching mountain elopements and came across a plethora of amazing wedding photos in out-of-this-world scenery, all from the same individual. We were able to track down the photographer of these insanely beautiful photos and before we knew it, we were planning our Glacier National Park elopement with the incredibly talented Jennifer Mooney Photography. Not only was she our photographer, Jennifer assisted with every step of the process: from the ceremony location, officiant, floral and hair services, hotels, restaurants, and many other aspects. When it came to working with Jennifer, she made the experience priceless, effortless, and genuinely fun! Her extensive knowledge of Glacier eased all of our anxieties of venturing in unfamiliar territory. We are not only left with precious memories of such an amazing adventure, but also, photos that captured the entire experience exactly as we remember it. We cannot express how thankful we are that Jennifer was able to be a part of our day and play a vital role in preserving our memories of a lifetime.

When I was a bride-to-be, I knew that a photographer was an important part of a wedding. I did not know, as a looked back on this incredible day, that our photographer would be the most important vendor we would choose! We knew throughout the entire experience we were in excellent hands. One of our favorite moments while working with Jennifer was our Adventure Session in Glacier National Park. She knew like the back of her hand where we would find the most epic views in in the park. Throughout our photo shoot, even as a Montana native, I found myself on new mountain peaks overlooking the incredible landscape, knowing these would be the best pictures of our lives. While taking pictures, Jennifer provided clear direction and made us feel so comfortable. The entire day was filled with laughter and we couldn’t have had more fun building a new friendship with Jennifer. Getting to meet and marry the love of your life is one of the greatest EXPERIENCES life has to offer.
