ere a right fit after our first conversation, in which we went over what I was looking for. I needed a day of coordinator for a reception-only wedding. I had everything organized before contacting her but I needed someone on the day of to keep all of us together. And I must say that's exactly what she did and more. Her response rate through email/text/call was amazing! Jennifer's communication with vendors, review of documentation, setting to-do items and meeting those required items on time, and offering her expert suggestion that fits your vision were met above my expectations. Honestly, one of the best decisions I made during this wedding planning process. On the day of she swooped in and started the day at 10 am and worked so well coordinating with me and my family. Throughout the day she checked in occasionally and made sure that she took charge of things related to setting up the venue. She also recommended things during that day that had slipped my mind as well. Her assistant was amazing as well and I loved her energy. I felt that they both fit so well with our family and group of friends throughout the night. It was a long day - the whole process started at 10 am and ended around midnight and Jennifer did not miss a beat throughout the whole day. Some of the things that stuck out to me during this process with Jennifer was that she is an active listener and she writes everything down. I never felt that I was just a random client, it always felt personally catered to service. Honestly, if you're considering her service, you are in great hands! Thank you so much, Jennifer! Jennifer was the best 'woman on the ground' as we iterated through many different versions of what the wedding would even look like. I can not convey the level of stress that I was feeling and the numerous conversations that I had with her in which she assured me whichever way I decided to proceed, she could assist. My husband and I decided to do a Minimony on 12/31/20 which was one year to the day that we got engaged and the main celebration of a Sequel Wedding will be on 1/1/2022. It was important to both of us not to delay the marriage, just the celebration in which we hope COVID19 becomes a distant memory. I felt totally confident in her experience to bring the vision that we spoke about to fruition and that she did along with an excellent Floral designer, Patricia of Patricia Sterling PS Events and Designs. The floral designs used in the church were spot on and looked just like the picture. It was replicated to the point that I felt like I was standing in the middle of the same picture. If ever, I have a need for any events, Events by LadyJ is the only planner, I will need and refer my friends. I received so many compliments on the level of kindness and professionalism shown. I cannot wait to do it all again New Year’s Day 1/2/2022.
