Jen is the most wonderful photographer I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with! My wife and I wanted to make sure we found someone we felt safe and comfortable with, who would perfectly capture who we are without judgement and we found that with Jen. She has such a caring, sweet, and infectious personality. She took the time to get to know us and helped us work out a photography package that fit our budget and style. She was great and responding whenever we needed her and always kept us up to date on our timeline, photo status, and any other info she had for us. She perfectly photographed our personalities and our wedding. Everyone at our wedding loved Jen and Carly(second shooter) and how organized and sweet they were! I'm so overjoyed with how the photos from our engagement session and wedding turned out. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to meet such a wonderful person with such an amazing talent. We will definitely be working with her again in the future! I highly recommend Jen!

We could not have picked a better photographer than Jen. Despite planning a very spring wedding, our wedding day ended up being during the blizzard of April 2018. Jen had amazing indoor photo locations and still gave us the images of our dreams despite not being able to make it outside. Beyond the quality of her photos, Jen is a joy to spend time with and has awesome customer service. Her in-home viewings (with wine!) make reliving your big day even more special! Cannot recommend more highly!

Working with Jen and her assistant was one of the highlights of our wedding day! She is so much fun to work with and made first-look photos, wedding party photos, and family photos fun and not stressful! She will pretty much do anything to get the shot, even scale a steep ladder onto a roof, even though she is afraid of heights ;) Booking her for both our engagement photos and as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

I have been a part of two weddings that hired Jen (Jennifer Togal Photography) and she was nothing short of amazing. Not only did the pictures turn out beautifully and timeless, but having her there the day of the wedding, was like having an extra wedding coordinator. Both of the brides that worked with Jen couldn't stop talking about how she truly listened to their photo requests and made their wedding photo dreams come true. I feel that Jen is priced fairly compared to the industry standard, but you are getting way more than you pay for. I would recommend Jen to anyone looking for professional, meaningful, and breath taking photos - whether it's for a wedding or other special occasions!

We are so incredibly happy with our decision to work with Jennifer for our wedding! She was so sweet, professional, and very funny. We appreciated all the moments she made us laugh and how comfortable she made us feel in front of the camera. She made sure she knew each part of our wedding day schedule and captured all the special moments. Jennifer shoots in both film and digital, which was a huge plus for us. There's something so special about film photographs! We couldn't be happier!

Where do I even start when talking about how amazing Jen Togal is?! My best friend hired her to capture her wedding day and truly the images couldn't be more stunning! But beyond that- Jen was down to earth and SUPER fun to work with throughout the day. Made everyone feel so incredibly comfortable and at ease while taking pictures all day. I absolutely LOVE Jen and the work she does! I have never felt soo beautiful in my life, she know just the right angles, poses and moments to capture! It is so very obvious how much she loves what she does and her attention to detail is impeccable! I could not rave about Jen anymore! She is not only extremely talented but also so fun to work with. Jen had the exact personality I was looking for in a wedding photographer! My husband and I are not ones to be super comfortable in front of the camera, and she was able to make us laugh and really enjoy ourselves through a process we thought may be a little challenging for us! Jennifer has the most amazing energy! She made everything so fun and relaxed with both our families and friends. She took each idea/"look" I had and ran with it, doing something even better than I would have pictured! She made us all feel so comfortable. I asked her to 'direct' me as I'm not always very photogenic and she did just that! Jen was easy to work with and produced some really lovely photographs. She was open to negotiation to give us just what we were seeking for our small, less conventional wedding. She was willing to climb around in the snow to get a great shot. Overall we were very happy.

Jennifer was just awesome. She captured so many details of our wedding that I didn't even know were there. She told the perfect story with our pictures. The day goes by so fast and was so glad we have these memories captured forever.

As a bride, I suffered from being overwhelmed by decisions and was on guard of being nickel-and-dimed. Being an artist, I fell in LOVE with Jennifer's portfolio and but knew quality came at a price. I was prepared for her work to be WAY out of my league. After talking to her, I fell in love with her personality. I knew she was too good to be true. Then, she blew me away with her willingness to work with my budget and schedule, as I was planning a wedding from out of state. My husband was hesitant about taking photographs but she made it so much fun, it felt like we were hanging out with a friend at the wedding. As far as our pictures, both our families are STILL raving about her work. My large wall mounted photos just arrived and they couldn't be more spectacular. She captured the whole magical atmosphere of day and theme of the wedding. For us, she was the PERFECT photographer for the job. Hands. Down.

I must say, this photographer was awesome! It really looked like she made sure to get all the small detail shots you normally wouldn't think to get, while making sure everyone was relaxed and enjoying the day. I have known Jen for quite some time and always loved her creativity and passion for what she does! I am an extremely un-creative and non-photogenic person, but I trusted Jen to work her magic with me. With Jennifer Togal, you don't just get pictures of your day, you get the whole story. Jennifer went above and beyond at my wedding and was always flexible with my husbands and my schedule. Jennifer really takes time to get to know you as a couple which I feel is why that the photos from our wedding really expressed how we feel for each other and was able to make it seem more of a story rather that just pictures. She also has a wonderful eye for capturing the beauty of our venue which was at Temple Israel in Minneapolis. Overall, if I could give her 10 stars I would. Jen was the best photographer we could have asked for to cover our wedding. From day one she was personable, good humored and just plain wonderful. We did most of our planning via e-mail and were able to schedule an engagement session a couple of months before our wedding. The images from that session only confirmed that we had made the right choice. Jen is great at capturing personalities and the joy in such an occasion. I get compliments on my photos that Jen took all the time! They are absolutely perfect! She listened to everything that we wanted. She was able to give great direction while letting us 'do our own thing' too. My pictures truly tell a story. They are beautiful, romantic, funny and full of love. I've worked with multiple other pro photographers before, and they were all way more money, stressful to work with and didn't come close to fulfilling my expectations.
