e of flowers and colors I wanted on the phone and also through email. I sent several pictures of what I was hoping for. I was pretty simple with what I wanted but the color was the main thing I cared about. I really wanted blush flowers. Flowers can make or break the overall aesthetic for a wedding which is why color was important to me. I unfortunately have to say the flowers for my wedding were disappointing. Most of them seemed old and wilted upon arrival. I already had to compromise on the flowers for my bouquet which I was willing to do but after I saw the bridesmaid flowers and groomsmen boutonnieres I was disappointed. The bridesmaids had simple 3 flowers each tied together and they were not blush. They were an off white greyish looking color and they did not match each other. I had said the flowers could be whatever type available but the color should be blush. Some of their flowers had brown petals on them. Another disappointing part was two of my bridesmaids had wrist corsages. These were supposed to also be blush and white. They came bright pink with greenery and did not match the other bridesmaids flowers. Another sad thing was the first thing I noticed while doing my first look photos with my husband was his dead boutonniere pinned on his lapel. I thought he would have a blush and ivory one but his was brown small roses. I could not believe that. Overall the arch and reception flowers looked nice and our sweetheart table turned out well. I really wish the bridal party flowers would have looked more fresh and also been the correct colors.

From the start, she already had a feeling for the type of look and vibe that I was going for, which made our consultation super easy and smooth! It was like she could read my mind :). She takes the time to offer her own suggestions and recommendations based on what you are looking for, and is honest about what she thinks will and will not work. You can tell that she has so much knowledge and loves what she does. The day of the wedding couldn’t have gone smoother. I was so happy to have her as part of the wedding day not only as my florist, but as my friend. I was in awe of how beautiful everything turned out. She really went above and beyond and worked her magic- we couldn’t have been happier! Everything from the alter, centerpieces, boutonnière and corsages, and the bouquets were perfect. I could tell she put her whole heart and thought into everything, as always. I’m so lucky to know her and am forever grateful for all she did to make my wedding day perfect. Thank you, Jen! for my wedding date, waited 2 weeks and never heard back so I sent a follow up email, thinking maybe they missed it. The response was sorry, sure we’ll schedule a consultation. So I respond “great! What date/time and is this in person or phone call?”Jenny’s response- phone call. My response- great what time. So far, I’m thinking wow you really need to stay on top of these folks. So we schedule a consultation and she never calls, I call her shop and her staff says she left. So I say okay no problem please have her call me back upon her return. NEVER GET A CALL BACK. Next day I send her an email stating that she missed our call and I’d like to reschedule. 2 weeks later, STILL NO RESPONSE. I’m glad I experienced her unprofessionalism early on. I can’t imagine dealing with this business for my wedding.

to be honest about all my other feelings. Through the planning process of my own wedding, experiencing the day and through being a part of other bridal parties, I have come to realize that one of the most important things to a bride on her wedding day is a lack of stress. Honestly, there is no greater gift a vendor can give a bride than being incredibly prepared and handling any issues that arise with minimal drama. And unfortunately that is not something Jenny B Floral did for me. I am sad to say that at the end of my wedding day, Jenny B Floral was the only vendor I had that not only didn’t ease my stress but made it significantly worse. And I’m very sad to have to say that because the flowers themselves were beautiful the communication between her and her employees was closer to a 3/10. She scheduled my final planning meeting with one of her assistants instead of meeting with me herself and it became very clear during my wedding day that her team DID NOT communicate any of my desires with her. Furthermore, rather than handling the issues, she defensively and abrasively came to tell me the issues as I was literally getting into my dress, behind schedule and being told that the groom is on his way for the first look. There I was, minutes before my first look with my husband, being told that a HUGE FACTOR of my wedding just hadn’t been planned for by the florist despite multiple extensive conversations with her team. Jenny also argued with my sister (MOH) when she was supposed to bring wrist corsages for my mother, mother in law and grandmother and she brought pin on corsages instead. She argued about it, instead of just fixing the problem. One of her other assistants fixed the problem with no fuss. If it was such an easy fix, why waste time arguing about it?! Lastly, 5 minutes before the ceremony started, my sister’s boyfriend was running around looking for anyone to please tell him if there was supposed to a giant bucket of flowers sitting underneath the gazebo, right in front of all of our seated guests, exactly where the bridesmaids would be standing. Jenny and her team left behind a giant bucket of flowers under the gazebo and it took my sister’s boyfriend to finally move it somewhere 5 minutes before I walked down the aisle. I just simply don’t understand. Not cleaning up after your team before leaving the venue so that one of my family members needed to shove a bucket of flowers behind a table somewhere is unacceptable. My wedding was November 1st, so over 3 months later, I am clearly still frustrated with my experience. Did it ruin my day? No. But it did put a lot of strain on my first look due to stressing out minutes before. And the only reason anything was finally made right was because my day of coordinator was a rock star and fixed it all herself. If you’re a bride that isn’t easily stressed, you can book with Jenny B and get beautiful flowers. But I personally, would not book with her if I had to do it all over again.

We don’t live near Fullerton, and actually live over an hour away, but we happened to find Jenny B through “a friend of a friend.” We are so grateful that we found her and her floral team because we couldn’t have been happier with our special day. We got married in November 2019, and everything about our decor and flowers was gorgeous! The flowers were wonderful quality, and some of our flowers lasted several weeks after our wedding (they were too beautiful to get rid of right away!). The floral arch above the altar was so stunning, and all of our guests raved about the table decor, our centerpieces, and all of the little touches that Jenny B and her team added throughout our venue and event. We cannot thank them enough for helping give us our dream wedding!

I met with other florists and choosing Jenny B was easy- they had a ton of books to look through so you could show examples of what you like (and don't!) and were up front about costs and an overall budget. I was SO happy with the way everything turned out, their responsiveness throughout the process and for making everything low stress. Would definitely recommend to any couple!

so I fault myself in that. 2 days before my wedding, I received a phone call from Amanda saying they were having trouble finding ranunculus and if I would be ok with replacing them with peonies. This wasn't a problem as I love peonies, too! What I didn't realize is that I'd receive a whole bouquet of flowers that were completely white instead of a mixture of blush pink and white. I was ok with a lighter mixture but not an entirely white bouquet, but upon pick up they apologized and said they were having trouble finding pink flowers. I would have been fine with a different blush flower if I knew they were having so much trouble. The reason for why all white is problematic stems closer to cultural reason because entirely white flowers are used in funerals and symbolize "death," so my Chinese family and I were a bit embarrassed with a whole set of white on everything and had to just keep going with the wedding. It's hard to make phone calls or change things as the show must go on. Life as a bride on the big day is hectic as you will learn and you don't have time to let these things bother you. The flowers were still pretty, and Amanda is a really nice person, but I think everyone should know that Jenny B differs a little from other florists in that direct communication with the florist is normally non-existent. Amanda seems to be in charge of handling the communication for weddings and this can be good and bad to be disconnected from the florist herself. Amanda took the time to really sit down with me and take detailed notes of what I wanted over a 45 minute meeting (she impressed me with her ability to identify every flower in my photo and explain to me the pros and cons of them), but I guess what I received from the notes differed pretty drastically, given I was ok with a little change. There were also a few times that emails weren't answered and I had to call or walk-in. Everytime, the folks at Jenny B were really friendly and apologized, but I do think they are maybe overbooking too many weddings over the weekends. I'm honestly not sure if they took the easy way out by leaving out a key color of pink in a bridal bouquet (for some reason my venue was able to decorate an entire ceremony room, cocktail area, and reception area for 160 guests with both blush pink and white flowers), so I'm not sure what really happened.

t I really wanted. She was accommodating when I asked to have a charm of my recently passed grandma on my bouquet and she strung it on beautifully. When I went to see a sample of my centerpieces and wasn't liking one of the colors, she understood that my eye liked contrast and subbed out one color for another and made it perfect. She used a really interesting mix of flowers and textures and I am beyond thrilled with how they turned out. I can't thank Jenny B enough!

They worked with me on my budget and accommodated some last minute requests that I had. I am trying to find other excuses to need to use Jenny B for flowers. Most importantly, she was on point on the big day, everything was beautiful and the bride was thrilled. Going into the wedding, we had general ideas of what we wanted for the floral, so we showed her some pinterest stuff, and had an in person meeting, but she was really effective at taking what we wanted and fitting it to what would actually work. Also, she knew our venue really well, she had clearly done her homework. In short, the design was outstanding, the execution was everything we could have asked for, and she helped us make the most of the flowers we paid for. I’d recommend Jenny B to anyone – I recommend her to you!

professionalism. We didn't worry about a thing with floral on the day, which is exactly what a bride needs. The only non positive comments I had were that the men's boutineres were left in my bridal suite, so we had to coordinate how to get them to where the guys were. Also, we had sort of a rocky start, as we were set to meet with Jenny B herself, but as it turns out last minute, we met with her assistant, which were not advised of, but were okay with since she was very helpful. When we came to meet with Jenny on our sample review, she didn't have any knowledge into what we were wanting, as she hadn't reviewed our file before our meeting. I was disappointed that she wasn't as prepared on what we were wanting prior, and therefore our sample was not at all what we were looking for, which made me extremely nervous that she didn't know what my vision was. After a lot of email exchanges, I had her create another sample; which was fantastic and she made sure to spend time with me to ensure it was right. I appreciated her easing my anxieties about my flowers, and everything to follow was fantastic. She created this magnificent succulent wall for me that I was envisioning. She brought my dreams to life and it made a wonderful backdrop for all of our pictures throughout the entire day. We loved and would recommend working with Jenny B. Just ensure that you meet with her the first time to ensure there is no miscommunication.

Flowers are my passion, so it was detail that was incredibly important to me for our wedding. We met, had an incredible meeting, and left relieved and excited to see my vision come to life for our wedding. Fast forward to the wedding day; I was BLOWN AWAY by the perfection that was created. When the team arrived onsite I had asked to see if it was possible to add my great grandmothers brooch to my bouquet. Without hesitation she said "no problem" and inserted it into my flower. The entire experience with Jenny B Floral can be praised. Everything they created was so incredibly beautiful and way beyond my expectations. I wish I lived closer so that I could have her re-create them for me to enjoy longer.

AND BOY DID JENNY B deliver!!! My brides bouquet (If I had pics, I'd share) was, to quote more than 5 friends, "the most beautiful they'd ever seen". It had greens, roses, pine, lilies, berries.... just awesome! I still have it out to dry and remember. The decoration in the reception area was JUST as spectacular and had variety and candles everywhere! I saw photos of what Jenny had done with other weddings and I can assure you that ANY idea or desire you have in your mind can be considered and, very likely, created by Jenny! My family of horticulturalists continue to email me daily with happy memories and thoughts of the day and FLOWERS!!! Just spectacular!

s beautiful, from the bouquets to the centerpieces. They did a floating candle with red roses for my centerpieces and it was stunning. Since I wasn’t really too sure on what I wanted, I entrusted them to create something amazing and elegant; and they certainly delivered. The red roses were so striking against the black dresses and tuxedos. Jenny B floral was also able to work within our budget, which was very important. They had different ideas on how to bring down the costs, yet keep everything looking fabulous. I would definitely recommend Jenny B florist to others and I would use them again.

My wedding planner even said that it looked like I paid $5,000 more for the flowers than I actually did. I highly recommend Jenny B and her team for their incredible work.

There was so much thought and detail that went into every arrangement and when I walked down the aisle I was blown away. And even more so when we walked into our reception! Our arrangements were huge and full and even after our wedding was over they lasted for days! We received so many compliments from people on our arrangements. Jenny B was so professional to work with and very upbeat and positive throughout the entire planning process, always staying in contact with us and answering questions from start to finish. She has so many incredible ideas and has lots of experience in the industry. She will work with any budget and has lots of idea to maximize your flower budget! She even does non-wedding arrangements and is my go to florist from now on! Thank you SO much Jenny!

Jenny was the one who got right in it and went the extra mile to work out options to make our ceremony beautiful. I can't even begin to explain how beautiful our reception was!
