Jenny Flora Photography

scout out the perfect spot at our venue for a first look, with every Fall color imaginable. Jenny and her assistant were able to capture the joy and went along with me and my husband's silliness. Jenny was incredibly communicative and sweet. She let us know when to expect our photos and gave great directions for me and my husband because we tend to be awkward with posed photos. She made the photos feel and look natural. I wish I could share my whole album on here because I love them all!

ped us stick to our tight schedule for the day. She was super professional and supportive with choosing locations and poses for our shots - we did not have to worry and the shots came out so amazing! During the ceremony and reception she was able to capture all our special moments while still allowing us to experience and enjoy our event. Looking through the album, we are so happy with how the pictures turned out. She really captured the essence of us and the joy we felt on our big day. We would highly recommend Jenny's photography services!

new how to showcase the beauty of our love. Her ability to capture candid moments was remarkable, and every photo reflects the joy and emotion of the day. Jenny has an incredible eye for detail, from the stunning venue shots to the intimate portraits of my husband and me. We are beyond thrilled with the final images—they perfectly encapsulate the love we share and the happiness of our celebration. Jenny made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process, and her professionalism shone through. If you’re looking for a talented photographer who truly captures the essence of your special day, I wholeheartedly recommend Jenny!

s makes her an outstanding photographer. There wasnt one second of our wedding day that wasnt captured because of her. We are so thankful to have hired Jenny to capture our moments. We hired her through a friends recommendation then two more friends hired her from our experience. We think that speaks volumes about how incredible she is.

y responsive leading up to the wedding and helped ensure our day ran smoothly and on time. Of course, she captures magical shots and has a unique eye for photo opportunities and color.

light and airy" photos with the scenery we had hoped for! Highly recommend!

style and b) were available for a not astronomical price. When we looked up Jenny's info, we were immediately excited by how clean, bright, and airy her photos are. She definitely did not disappoint for our wedding either! Jenny was always communicative, helped us build our ideal shot list, and had a lot of good suggestions for how to make the most out of our time. Her experience with the venue was a huge boon here as we easily got all our traditional posed photos done with time to spare pre-ceremony, and she knew the perfect route to take us around the venue (which is huge and has so many photo opps). She and her assistant Nicolette are also just super nice and easy to be around which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. They never once made us feel awkward or forced. She turned around our highlights within a week which was an incredible surprise to get on our honeymoon and I love every single picture already. We definitely recommend Jenny!

beautiful aspects of the venue allowing for a great variety of photos. And a good mix of candid and posed shots. It was so apparent that takes such pride in her work and loves the art, making us feel so comfortable and calm the entire time. Both my husband and I are camera shy but Jenny gave us clear direction and took into consideration everything we were and weren’t looking for. Jenny and Camilla were also extremely flexible and supportive the entire day. We can’t thank them enough for their enthusiasm and dedication. It’s so apparent in their work. Thank you, Chris & Danielle

was a dream to work with. She did our engagement photo session, as well as our intimate wedding ceremony in April 2024. She was extremely thorough, and she captured so many amazing and beautiful pictures. Moreover, she was always on time and kind. Ahead of the big day, she also sent us a questionnaire & we had a phone call as well. I was really impressed that she took the time to ask who would be attending, and she made a list of attendee’s names & asked exactly who we wanted to have photos with. At the ceremony, she even knew their names & quickly coordinated all the photos we wanted with family and friends. The photos speak for themselves. I am going to include several in my review. Jenny is an extremely talented and gifted photographer, and she clearly knows what she is doing. Also, her prices are beyond reasonable. You won’t find the quality of work she does at that price anywhere else in the area. Reach out to me directly if you want, or if you have any questions. I would love to continue to sing her praises! She is an amazing human, and she is such an incredible photographer. So thankful we hired her for this important season in our lives!

me to listen to us about the specific style and shots we wanted and was flexible in accommodating everything we needed on our wedding day. She also spent the time to get to know us and our style, all of which shows through the photos! Jenny truly captured the essence of our big day and we can highly recommend using her for your wedding! Thank you Jenny!

person because we already had our engagement photos done) and she made my husband and I feel so comfortable in front of the camera immediately after meeting her. I’m pretty particular, and I LOVE someone who is as particular especially in their craft, and Jenny is ON TOP OF IT. If even a single hair was not where it should’ve been, or if your arm, leg, or anything could be moved to look better, she would notice it and adjust it before taking photos, so the photos came out AMAZINGGG!! She cares about the details and the little things that take photos from great to amazing. She was everywhere all at once, and she was fantastic at direction for a big group and getting people on task and on time. Thank you so much Jenny!!

d wedding photos so much!

. She was on time and extremely helpful in getting us into poses that made us comfortable and that look great! Jenny made both photos shoots fun; we could not stop laughing and smiling! She had some great ideas and we felt free to incorporate them or do our own thing. We really enjoyed working with Jenny as she is very talented. More importantly she is a very kind and caring person! Got to know my wife and I personally and to me that came through in the photos.

the requested shots, and also candids. Jenny has a great eye and great photography skills. Digital files are also delivered in a timely manner and are easily accessed. You can’t go wrong with Jenny.

so kind, fun, and professional. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but as soon as we met with Jenny she took away all my worries. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer!

ked for a better photographer to capture the best day of our lives and we will cherish the memories she captured forever.

back on such beautiful memories for years to come. Jenny and Nicole were with us the entire day and did not miss a beat. Jenny's personality is so nice and easy to work with. It was a pleasure having such a calm and happy person with us on such a special yet stressful day. Jenny also previously did our engagement photos which were absolutely stunning. Our engagement photos have already been blown up on all of the walls in our home and made for a beautiful "Save-the-Date." I highly recommend Jenny and her team for all of your wedding/engagement photo needs. Thank you, Jenny and Nicole!

ay that was most meaningful. We are so happy we found Jenny for our wedding and couldn't imagine her style and eye for detail with anyone else.

On our wedding day, she was such a pleasure to be around, and was really great at giving us direction. The prompts she gave us were really creative and we love the photos we have gotten so far! I would absolutely recommend her to any couple!

us feel comfortable, which was really important to us, and she was so personable and chill, which was also really important to us! The photos came out beautiful, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Couldn't recommend her enough.

or our outdoor couple and wedding party shots, and did a fantastic job with family shots, as well as the ceremony and reception. We received a first look of 30 shots about a week after the wedding, and the full album of 600+ photos a little over a month later. Jenny's photos are fantastic, her packages are reasonably priced and flexible, and she is a pleasure to work with!

ing with her and are super happy with how everything came out!

in front a camera (we are pretty awkward for photos!)

photos and her creativity really showed through her work. Jenny took the time to meet with us and give us lots of pointers on what looked good in our pictures. I could tell that she loved what she does, rather than someone who is just doing a "job". We planned our wedding during the pandemic so it was a challenging time. Our wedding/engagement pictures came back in a timely fashion and everyone who has seen them commented on how beautiful her work was. I loved the way Jenny's pictures were bright and the different poses that she used. Jenny was very easy to work with and talk to. I would definitely recommend Jenny to another couple planning their wedding.

of everything and guided us with clear directions throughout the whole day. Jenny is definitely my first recommendation to family and friends!

alk to, but had no trouble in directing our large and noisy families! I could not recommend Jenny more, and I will jump to recommend her to friends and family. Thank you, Jenny!!!

captured excellent candid shots that I had no idea about. Jenny was very communicative, quick to answer emails, and was very familiar with our venue (Waterloo Village). Reasonable priced too!

natural photos that captured our event and the joy of the day. Jenny did that so well! On the day of, she arrived early and found beautiful locations to take photos at both our ceremony and reception spaces. She definitely has an eye for design! Not only did she guide our guests through the photo shoots, but my husband and I as well (since we really aren’t pros with our poses). The photos came out gorgeous and just what we wanted. Jenny captured the beautiful moments between my husband and I, our families and friends, and the memorable day plus the aesthetic we wanted.

adway. Her prices and packages were fair and affordable and the end result were clear and crisp. Her pick for the second photographer was also as talented as she was. I would not hesitate to recommend her to other people!!! Definitely Visit her website to see some of her past work. You will not regret going with this photographer.

detail. Additionally, she made my husband, family and I completely comfortable in front of the camera. I would definitely use Jenny again in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing photographer!

as super flexible!

ic we have and what pictures we'd want to be captured. She absolutely nailed it. Not to mention she was SO patient with our unusually large Wedding Party (13 Bridesmaids, 10 Groomsmen, Flower Girl, Family, + Bride & Groom!). As you can imagine, coordinating that many people was a challenge and she was awesome. We can't recommend Jenny enough. THANK YOU!

tos taken feel very easy and comfortable--her warm and down-to-earth personality sets the mood and helps you feel like you're just hanging out with a friend who has an impeccable sense for poses and lighting. Jenny was highly communicative, responded to all of our emails asap and was always ahead of the game in terms of planning our timeline for the day of the wedding. Jenny was also proactive about solving any timing issues with other vendors without any work on our part (for instance, Jenny reached out to our DJ to figure out the timing of certain group photos on our dance floor). Jenny was also exceptionally kind and welcoming to all of our friends and family, including my sister, the maid of honor, who is a person with developmental disabilities. We couldn't recommend Jenny highly enough, and we're sure that we'll be going back to her for more photo shoots in the future!

ig day! Jenny is personable and professional!

ate 7-person COVID ceremony. She took our “engagement photos” after we’d already been married for 11 months. And then she capped it all off by capturing our one year vow renewal complete with all your traditional wedding reception moments. Each time she absolutely nailed it. She has such an artistic eye, capturing beauty and intimate moments you don’t even realize are there. She frames every photo perfectly, managing to get perfectly landscaped shots without any bystanders, even in a crowded space like Union Square Park! And she made us feel warm with love and optimism despite our wedding day being an unseasonable 35 degrees in a torrential downpour in May! She felt more like a friend celebrating alongside us for each event. And we are already talking about when we can have Jenny take pictures for us again, not only because she does such an amazing job but because we genuinely miss her as a person! We can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Jenny for everything!

super flexible when I decided last minute that I wanted a shot. She captured the true spirit of the Best Day of my Life.

r use of natural light makes for beautiful pictures. She is very thorough and talented and really knows how to make sure she captures all the most important parts of your day in the most beautiful way possible. Our pictures came out so nice. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

d- she made us feel comfortable and look our best in the rain and in sun, in all different locations (in the woods, then a park, then on a farm)! We'll cherish the memories she captured forever and will recommend her highly!

e working with someone like Jenny I highly recommend her services

ns with having our wedding during a pandemic. However, she made the process seamless. We are elated she was able to shoot our wedding. The pictures were everything we wanted. The difficulty is choosing our favorite ones because they’re so many great ones to chose from. We highly recommend her.
