which makes it even harder to have to right this review. It took forever to get our photos and then many of our important moments were missed despite her and her friend being with us the whole day. Apparently, her camera was accidentally off (although she originally said it was on the wrong setting) while we were getting ready and so we have zero photos of the groom getting ready with his party and I have 1 photo of someone in my party. We don’t understand how something like this happens or what happened to the photos from the other cameras. There were also other moments I’m certain she took photos of such as my husband and I posing right after the ceremony. We received zero of those photos but she claims she gave us all the photos that her and her friend took. We didn’t get hardly any full length photos during the ceremony. Very few of me walking down the aisle. Zero photos of what the inside of the reception venue looked like. There were two of them with us for 8-9 hours and they were constantly taking photos. Where are the photos? In one of the photos attached you can see the other photographer taking photos at angles we never received but she says she gave us all the photos. She offered free headshots but we don’t want head shots we want photos of the most important day of our life. And despite one sorry she seems pretty un-empathetic, did not even bother to respond to the concerns I stated and doesn’t seem to have interest in making sure we fully understand why so many photos are missing. Some of the ones she did send are blurry (not in an intentional artsy kind of way). People make mistakes and we get that but something doesn’t make sense and if there was an honest reasonable explanation we would have been open to hearing it. Unfortunately, we already paid her full fee of over $4000 plus a nice tip. Two stars for the positive in person interactions and the several photos that we did like.

at weddings. In both settings, I've been extremely pleased with the quality of work and experience. As a photographer, Jenny is punctual, thoughtful, and experienced. She has a wide array of talents, from boudoir to weddings to corporate events!

ts and she had lots of ideas/suggestions for pictures. I am very happy with how my pictures turned out. She took so many great shots. She took shots of my ceremony from all angles which I was surprised by because I didn't even notice she was walking around! Her website portfolio is beautiful and the style and quality of my wedding photos matched what she has in her portfolio. I would highly recommend her!
