The Jenny Yoo studio is the best possible place to find a gown! The designs are stunning, the studio is gorgeous, and the staff are so lovely. I can't sing enough praises to this brand. I was so thankful to work with Cheyenne during this process, and her knowledge of the product is so incredible. She also never made me feel pressured to pick anything, really read both mine and my family/friends body language, and was supportive of each purchase I made. I didn't intend to pick so many pieces for my wedding here - but truly Cheyenne just made it so easy for me!! Thank you for having such expert employees, and making at least one thing about wedding planning so simple! :))

I had the best experience trying on dresses at the Jenny Yoo NYC flag ship store. The stylist was so nice and didn't put any pressure on me to make decisions right away. Every dress was gorgeous.

Jenny Yoo was my least favorite bridal shop experience. Unlike most boutiques, they don’t offer beverages, and despite having 15 minutes left, I wasn’t allowed to try on a dress with a veil due to “timing.” They also offer no discounts beyond 10%. I walked in ready to buy my dress here, but the impersonal experience made it an easy decision to purchase elsewhere.

I met with Corinne. She is so lovely! My mother was especially impressed with how knowledgeable she is of the products and showroom. She had excellant advice. My sister was able to try on so many dresses because Corinne kept things moving. I usually get stressed out during dress shopping, but Corinne made the experience enjoyable. Thank you for staying late to help my sister make her portal account. I hope to see you again in a few weeks.

My only daughter is getting married and I wanted to find the perfect mother of the bride dress. It sold out in my size on the website so I came down to the showroom to place the order. Lovely Briana was professional and pleasant!

0 Customer Service. DO NOT BUY. I went with Jenny Yoo as my bridesmaids live in different states. One of my bridesmaids went and got professionally measured at two different places before putting in her order and even tried on a couple at Anthropologie. She was a size 10/12 and Kayleigh (the manager) recommended a size 16. We questioned this size and we were assured that she should get a size 16, despite sizes 10/12 fitting her. Fast forward to delivery and my bridesmaid is absolutely drowning in the dress. 8 total inches have to be removed all of the way down the dress. Upon notifying. Kayleigh at Jenny Yoo, we were told these dresses are final sale and an agreement was signed. Now we are stuck paying $215 for alterations! I find this absolutely ridiculous that there is no accountability for a "manager" to incorrectly recommend sizing. It seems like their only job is to read a size chart posted on their website with no professional advice. Also, if you try and go a different customer service route, you are directed back to this horrible manager, Kayleigh who provided us two non-solutions: 1. Send the dress back and see if it is a true 16 or 2. Buy another dress with rush shipping. She expressed that she felt she had been very helpful with recommending sizing, which is downright laughable. We will not be spending another penny at Jenny Yoo and every one of my friends who is getting married, or will be getting married, I will recommend NOT go with Jenny Yoo.

I loved my dress. The entire experience from start to finish was perfect - pleasant and easy. The dress was affordable, but looked expensive. They don’t do in house alterations so keep in mind that it gets expensive. Alterations was the cost of my dress so make sure you’re shopping that part around.

I loved getting my dress at Jenny Yoo. The prices aren’t exorbitant but the dresses are all stunning. The showroom is warm, elegant, and the whole process was really fun!

While I ultimately did not purchase my gown, I still had a great experience shopping for my bridal dress at Jenny Yoo! The showroom is beautiful and chic. And my consultant, whose name is also Olivia, was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She helped accessorize some of the different dresses with belts, and was quick to follow-up about customizations. Highly recommend coming to Jenny Yoo for bridal dress shopping!

If you are a modern, easy, budget conscious bride - this is the only place for you! I wouldn’t even try anywhere else tbh. This was the first place that I went to try on wedding dresses and I was a definitely bit nervous and overwhelmed going into it a whole wedding dress experience but the entire Jenny Yoo Team is a well oiled machine who is there to walk you through every step of the way. From their social media to their online assortment to scheduling the appointment to the beautiful salon to the exceptional staff, I wish I could do it again!! I recommend this to literally everyone that is in the NYC area. Location: easy to get to by subway! Timing: booked an early 11 am appointment so that everyone was awake and fresh, highly recommend. The appointment started on time which was great. I was there with my bridesmaids for about 1-1.5 hours, which seriously flew by. Process: I spoke with my bridal stylist, Olivia, who is the absolute sweetest. I told her about my wedding, budget, and style and she did her magic! I tried on a total of 7 dresses and ended up falling in love with the second dress I tried on. There are also clear slip on heels in various sizes in the fitting room which was incredibly convenient. Fitting rooms and vibes are super comfy and not intimidating at all. Olivia accessorized and made me realize that I love a good veil!! She also took my measurements and wrote down everything for me to take home. Pricing: Most dresses are around $1000-$1500, which is definitely affordable compared to the other bridal salons that I was researching. The dress I couldn’t stop thinking about was $2000, which was a bit over my budget, but I saw it on the hanger and knew I had to try it on!! I did not feel any pressure at all when I was there. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience at Jenny Yoo and I can’t wait to go pick up my dress in a few months! Thank you to the Jenny Yoo Team!

I had a lovely experience at the Jenny Yoo Collection boutique in New York. It was the last of 5 stops on a whirlwind day with my MOH and I had just come from another boutique where my favorite dress was over my budget but I was still thinking about the Octavia I tried on at BHLD. I walked in and told my stylist exactly what I loved about Octavia as well as my reservations (too plain) and she pulled three dresses and I found the one! I felt beautiful on my big day in Eden and received so many compliments. Plus it was in budget which felt like a huge win!

not only does Jenny Yoo have gorgeous and affordable dresses, the NYC showroom is a real stunner. everyone there was friendly, but working with Kayleigh was a dream come true. she’s super easy going and kind, and really knows the pieces there inside and out. as a plus sized bride, i never once felt uncomfortable or out of place like i have at other bridal salons. dress shopping was initially stressful for me, but kayleigh was super non-judgmental and tapped immediately into my style. jenny yoo’s gowns are out if this world beautiful, so having them available in larger sizes felt so incredible too. i’m so excited by the gown i ended up getting (hello, shiloh!)— it has everything i wanted but couldn’t find elsewhere. honestly, i couldn’t have asked for a better experience- not once did i feel rushed, pressured, too fat, or anything other than beautiful during both of my appointments. thank you kayleigh and jenny yoo— i can’t wait to look and feel my best on my big day. ❤️

HIGHLY recommend this salon to brides and bridesmaids. They had an amazing selection, including a ton that were unique and original. Extremely professional and polite, we felt very at ease there.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--especially during covid!!!!!!!!! Despite covid shutdowns, they will not refund you with your original payment. They say that the refund policy is clear, which they changed during covid-AFTER dresses were purchased. Before this, you could not get even store credit. That was an okay choice given you thought the wedding would take place, but did not because of covid. Given that shut downs could keep happening and you may choose to do something small, this is a terrible option!!!!!!!! It's truly a heartless policy--given that this was no one's fault. ABSOLUTELY do not value their customer, but instead themselves and think its okay to say oh you can just spend the credit on another dress you might like. Clear depiction of financial differentials going on in our country right now. Will absolutely never use for my own wedding and bridesmaids and will be sharing this with many friends

We used Jenny Yoo for my wedding dress; bridesmaid dresses for our large, mixed gender wedding parties; the flower girl dress; and my veil (through a 3rd party vendor partner). They were very helpful in facilitating such a large, complex order and let me and my bridesmaids make appointments as many times as necessary to make sure everyone was happy with their choices. We also took advantage of a month-long sale in August 2017 and I was so thankful that Jenny Yoo and my bridesmaids were all able to get their orders in from all over the US and UK for us to take advantage of the sale in a very limited amount of time since my husband and I were covering their outfits. My only real constructive criticism is that the software their website was using was really outdated and not user friendly so I think it made it a little more difficult for everyone to submit their order through, but perhaps they have updated this infrastructure in the meantime! Overall, I think my bridesmaids enjoyed that the outfits were a little different than what else is out there (we went with a floral pattern and chose 5 different styles including a skirt/top combo that they could then pick whichever they liked best). I was happy overall with my dress and veil in that I liked that they went with our overall wedding theme of a summer garden party, looked good next to the bridesmaids and groomsmen outfits, and that it was a fun blush color. Perhaps I would have chosen something a little less traditional looking in retrospect (I also really loved some of the subsequent Jenny Yoo designs that came out in 2018 & 2019 seasons!), but the dress & veil looked good in the wedding photos and worked well overall. And I can't thank the Jenny Yoo team enough for making sure such a large, complex order went so smoothly!

Having been a bridesmaid at many weddings over the years, when it came time to plan my wedding, I wanted my bridesmaids to have flattering dresses that they would be able to wear again. I didn't want them to have another dress to add to their closet graveyards of taffeta and sateen. I immediately fell in love with Jenny Yoo's selection, and arranged for my bridesmaids (or at least the ones that lived in NYC or were able to make it up) to have a fitting. This boutique was super flexible, and Taylor was great at helping my bridesmaids pick out dresses that were flattering. Jenny Yoo was also really great at accommodating fittings. My bridesmaids looked gorgeous and happy at the wedding. Jenny Yoo rocks!

I had a wonderful experience at Jenny Yoo Collection for my bridesmaid gowns, my rehearsal dinner dress, and post wedding brunch outfit. Even during the weekend, where the salon was a bit busy, the experience felt personal and intimate. Chelsea was my consultant and was prepared with gowns I had mentioned I would be interested in and even a few others that would fit nicely within. She was incredibly patient with each of my maids and made them feel as comfortable as possible to find the best style and fit. All of my girls were very happy with our appointment and their dresses and the ordering process was seamless. Chelsea stayed in constant communication during the ordering and ensured I understood every step and when my dresses would come in. The showroom is adorable, girly, and chic with pink and gold accents. I found this experience to be exactly what I was looking for in bridesmaid dresses: convenient, seamless, and body positive. I even went back for my rehearsal dinner and post wedding brunch outfit and can not wait to wear them! Would recommend to any bride or bridesmaid looking for a personal and tailored experience for either you or your bridal party. Not to mention the quality of the gowns are wonderful.

Beautiful clean showroom. Easy to book a very last-min appointment (same day!) and my attendant listened to what I was looking for and was so patient with me going thru the dresses and trying on a bunch of styles! And also taking pictures of me in the dresses so I could send to the bride (we are scattered all thru out the country). Thank you!

The dresses at Jenny Yoo are a dream! I wish I had gotten my bridesmaids dresses through her! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in New York after flying out from CA for my wedding dress. Everyone was courteous and friendly. My stylist was welcoming and suggested styles for me that I didn't dream of but totally worked for my body. The prices of the dresses range from very reasonable to stunning elegance. Each and every dress, no matter what size or price, looks of amazing quality.

I love Jenny Yoo's bridemaid collection! The colors, the silhouettes, the quality are are perfect for a fun, romantic, and comfortable wedding. Our experience at the NYC showroom was excellent. I went to JY for my first wedding dress appointment and can't say enough good things. Kayleigh was amazing and made the experience perfect. I almost don't want to write this because I want JY to stay a hidden gem! The dresses were beautiful, high quality, perfectly cut, modern, and very reasonably priced. I've gone to a few stores since (I'm indecisive) and all other dresses felt garish, revealing, and of lesser quality even though they had higher price tags. I was so pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the JY gowns are! I've told everyone I know about these dresses and my girlfriends agree these dresses looked better on me than any others I tried on. I only wish they did in store alterations but oh well! Thank you!!

Dresses from Jenny Yoo are beautiful and the quality is amazing! I love the bridesmaids dress options and the color palettes they are available in! I had to custom order all my bridesmaids dresses to get the color I wanted and the JY team was incredible to work with. They were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I was worried about timing but they were very efficient with helping me get it done so I will have them in time. So happy with my experience with the JY team! I hope someday I have another reason to buy from here!

Our bridesmaid dresses were perfection!

Jenny Yoo was great to work with. I knew I wanted dresses that allowed my bridesmaids to feel comfortable and like themselves while maintaining a cohesive look. I gave them the option of choosing any style (we had short AND long!) in the Crimson color and Soft Tulle fabric. The Crimson color I wanted was being discontinued and Jenny Yoo NY helped me to make sure we got the orders in on time to get that color. The ordering website needs an update and was a little confusing, but the staff & showroom in NY were top notch. Highly recommend if you are looking for a chic, romantic look that your bridesmaids can customize to their own style.

Such a fun and wonderful experience with Jenny Yoo's team! I had the pleasure of working with Wendy, who helped me for a good year leading up to the big day. Wendy not only found me a gorgeous wedding dress, belt, veil and earings, but she also helped my mom find a Mother of the Bride dress, and she helped with selecting the colors and styles for my bridal party -- and even assisted with the fitting for several of them. I felt so beautiful in my dress the day of and couldn't have been happier with how everyone's look turned out. Thank you, Wendy -- you were so incredibly helpful and great.

Despicable customer service. Between a massive lack of communication internally and a completely lost dress order, there is little-to-no effort in making customers feel appreciated at Jenny Yoo. Dealing with this team was my only headache in the planning process; I'd stay away if you can!

I bought my wedding dress (Magnolia) from the Jenny Yoo showroom in NYC. I'd been to half a dozen other stores and nothing had really clicked yet. I was looking for something simple (we got married in the woods!), flowy and with straps. The consultant, Wendy, was fantastic, and really listened to what I was looking for. I'd said I didn't want any sparkle, but she suggested I try on a dress that had just a bit, and I'm so glad I did because it was perfect. I didn't really have that big "moment" like on TV, but there was pretty much nothing about it I wanted to change and it looked great on me. We took some photos (major bonus points for allowing photos in the store!!!), then headed to two other appointments.... but ended up back just before closing to buy my dress! Wendy was super helpful with the purchase process. I was also pleasantly surprised to get an email from her this summer about a special accessory sale and free hair and makeup styling event. I was still looking for a veil, so I signed up. I got my hair done somewhat similar to what I was planning for the wedding and then looked at the veils and found one that I kind of liked, but luckily they were able to special order the perfect one, with the sale price for the special event. The only "issue" I had with my dress was that I had the crinoline layer removed in alterations (not through Jenny Yoo - they don't offer them), which resulted in the dress being pretty sheer, so they had to add an extra layer of lining. It ended up looking amazing though. Wendy and Jenny Yoo were great to work with the entire time, and very reasonably priced compared to many other boutiques and dresses. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something beyond the standard strapless puffy ballgown.

After looking at thousands of dresses online before my wedding, I fell in love with Jenny Yoo's Vionette dress with cap sleeves. The salon was the first (and only) we went to, and the Vionette was the very first dress I tried on. It fit perfectly and looked beautiful, the perfect embodiment of what I was looking for. On my wedding day, the dress couldn't have felt any more fabulous and was extremely comfortable the entire night. I am so happy with my choice and will forever be in love with my Jenny Yoo wedding gown.

Dresses were so pretty - my bridal party was a varied mix of heights and sizes and I needed one dress that would flatter them all. I chose the Aidan dress in Ceil Blue and it was the perfect choice for my beach wedding. There are four panels of chiffon they can tie up and style however they want to. They could create straps, a cover up, go strapless or make a nice design in the back. Jenny Yoo NYC lost two stars because they're not the most fun people to deal with. Strike I: When I was shopping for my bridesmaid dresses, I made an appointment like I was supposed to. My mom came with, and we knew which dress to go with but wasn't sure about the color. I guess we were taking too long deciding and that's when Wendy the attendant cuts in with a snarky remark stating they never schedule appointments just to choose a color and that we had to wrap things up. The place was dead. I mean, we were literally the only people there. That tell you anything? See note at the end of this rant about better ways to purchase. Strike II: They/Wendy actually accused me of lying when I said a piece of my flower girl's dress was not in the box (the colored sash we paid additional for). After some unpleasant back and forth, they shipped a new one. My advice - just order the darn dresses during Nordstrom's Anniversary sale right off their website. Free shipping & free returns. Boom. Done.

My bridesmaids wore Jenny Yoo for my July 4th wedding and they were stunning in the Kennedy. Many have told me they will wear their dress again. Wendy was a superb consultant--I would highly recommend Jenny Yoo on style, variety, and customer service!

LOVED this dress. Wore the top for the ceremony, then without for the reception. Was really an easy dress to wear, and so comfortable and FORgiving! Only issue I had was with the lining that kept rolling out of the sweetheart neckline. However I think my tailor could've nailed that down better had I asked for it. Didn't think I needed it, but in hindsite, should've had the whole lining tacked down. Otherwise, beautiful dress. Classic and soft, and just slightly asymmetrical to be a bit different. The store isn't large, kind of a mid-town studio versus a downtown loft, so if there are several brides/bridesmaids there will be a bit of traffic management, but worth the visit. They were cheaper than finding the same dress in department stores.

I absolutely LOVED my Jenny Yoo wedding dress! It was just what I wanted, so simple and elegant, and just my style. I got such amazing compliments on it and wish I could wear it again! I ordered from the California store and had such wonderful service from Ellen and her team. They were so kind, helpful, and excited for my big day. I would highly recommend Jenny Yoo!

I flew to LA/Costa Mesa for the sole purpose of visiting the Jenny Yoo Collection and trying on some dresses, none of which I could find in Honolulu through local vendors/stores. Ellen was extremely helpful both through email prior to our appointment, responding promptly & warmly, and she called in advance to confirm the appointment. She & the other girls were absolutely lovely & very helpful. It felt very special to be shopping with a family member & sister of Jenny Yoo herself! The boutique is in a great area for anyone wishing to make a day of shopping. Overall, the trip was totally worth it & I found a very "me" dress that is incredibly well constructed, comfortable and classic. Highly recommend!

I bought 4 bridesmaid dresses from Jenny Yoo. It takes 15 weeks to arrive so you should plan in advance. You should not plan on receiving it the week before the wedding, since most likely your girls will have to get their dresses altered. Ellen was great in helping getting the dresses altered.

I made an appointment at Jenny Yoo based on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. They were friendly, helpful, organized and not pushy at all. I really wanted something simple and ended up getting one of their beautiful bridesmaid dresses made for me in white. My order was ready a few days ahead of schedule and the quality was fantastic!

I wanted something simple and elegant for my destination wedding and Jenny's designs fit the bill. I loved the staff at the showroom location. They had all the right sizes I needed (after trying to squeeze into size 4 dresses--which I'm not), so I could actually see how I would look on my special day. The dress was done on time, and delivered without a hitch. It was great to have one less thing to worry about!

I went to Jenny Yoo's showroom in Beverly Hills for my first wedding dress fitting ever. Ellen and Molly assisted me and I tried on probably 5-6 dresses. I immediately had a favourite but it was a little bit over my budget. Over the next couple of months I went to 4 other places but none would match my Jenny Yoo favourite. A couple of months later I get an email saying they were moving the showroom to Costa Mesa, CA, which was a lot closer so I decided to make another trip. The new place is great and it's very personal - I was the only bride there and there's no stress of other people watching you. I decided to go with my gut feeling and ordered the dress of my dreams. I picked up my dress in July and I only had to make some minor alterations. It was really the perfect dress for me and the girls at Jenny Yoo and especially Ellen are so nice and helpful I would recommend anyone to visit them for a fitting.
