d! From the very beginning, Jen was friendly, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions and helping me figure out exactly what I wanted in a wedding invitation. Despite living out of state and planning during the COVID lockdown era, she even took the time to FaceTime with me to show me examples of other invitations that she did and go through my options with me. The ordering process was simple, and Jen handled every last detail to make sure the invitations came out just right. Once they came in I was truly in awe of how beautiful they were, and I received so many compliments on them!! After being so impressed with the invitations I continued to work with Jen on the rest of my stationary. Menus, church programs, place cards, thank you’s - you name it Jen does it! Even after postponing my wedding due to COVID and having to reprint the invitations, Jen remained kind, patient, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire process. And really, every single thing she did looked amazing! I would highly recommend Jen’s Invites to any bride, and plan on using her again in the future. Thanks Jen!
